This place is over priced for a sub-par burger. Why HY-Vee replaced their Market Grille with this place escapes me. I found the burger boring and the bun subpar. The fries are not good, the taste like they are frozen out of a bag, where the Market Grille had fresh cut fries. In my opinion you would be better off driving to Bellevue and going to Stella's. read more

The absolute and total lack of response by management make this a horrible restaurant. If there's an issue it will happen again. If you're not satisfied with the food or service it will not be addressed or fixed. You pretty much gamble every time you visit. read more

We have stopped here for breakfast on two separate occasions and each time was a disappointment. We thought the first time was just a bad day so we tried them again and the service is very slow. The French toast was just wheat bread with cinnamon and powdered sugar, they asked if I wanted my bacon crispy and it was burnt my eggs were not fully cooked and had raw egg white in them. The sausage and orange juice were good. I don't think we will be having breakfast here again. We were really disappointed because we use to get breakfast here and it was always very good and the service was great. I don't know what happened but it was definitely not a good experience. The wait time for our food was at least 45 minutes if not longer and there were only two other tables. I don't know what happened as this use to be a good place to eat. read more

One star is a lie!! How can accompany the size of Hy-Vee can think that Wahlburgers was a good choice. If you've never been disappointed, come on in this will be a first if not your last time there over priced pre-frozen food served at a premium price by people that have right having a job. The workers are lazy and they don't care about how the restaurant looks. I would never recommend this place, even if it was free. and that's a shame because Plattsmouth deserves better. read more

We thought we would give this location a second try. They were advertising All You Can Eat Boneless Wings and Fries for 12.99. They had signs in the parking lot, in the store, 500 flyers on the top of the register and a giant billboard on the Highway. We walked up and I ordered first, the employee looked like a deer in the headlights and could not find the button for it. He asked around and someone told him that did not start till tomorrow. I explained that they had it advertised everywhere and I wanted that deal. He said he could not do it and I replied for him to get his manager. He replied he would take and start our order and then have the manager chat with me. He took our order and said he would get it started. Now I know they do take out orders as well but they only had 5 tables in the restaurant with people. A few minutes later the manager stopped by and said "Of course we can honor it!" and then the employee came back and asked what sauce I wanted even though I gave him that when I ordered. 50 minutes later with a 5 year old at a burger place our food arrived and I ordered my refill at that time. Now the food was amazing and tasty but the service was horrid. Bartender stops by 30 minutes later and asks how everything is going and I explained that I still have not received my refill. She came back and said we were next and soon out came my 5 nuggets with no fries. Now I do not have another 30 minutes to to wait for another round so I nowhere got near my All You Can Eat!!!!! I received a $5 gift for downloading the ap but the person at the counter could not help me redeem it. I paid and after figuring out how to access it they refused to honor it except for an additional purchase. Food's expensive but it's never made me sick so they have that going for them. read more
