My new favorite is the protein bowl. Ordered it with shrimp and salmon. Shrimp is always good. Protein bowl comes with sautéed vegetables, citrus slaw (delicious) and avocado. I have previously ordered the kale salad, which is also delicious. read more

I've been wanting to check this place out since I always crave fish tacos and it got great reviews. We went on Saturday for a drink and bite. My bf got a burrito and was happy. I got a fish taco and it was OK. I wanted to try the tofu so I stopped back in the following day. It was so good I got one to go also. We're already planning to go back again this weekend. Great fish taco spot, particularly with the shortage of options in the area. Anyone comparing this to a "traditional" Mexican restaurant missed the point here. The menu is very expansive, and the food is always really fresh and tasty. I have gotten wahoo dishes on each visit, and they have always been great. This location's owners are ALWAYS making their rounds in the dining area to check on the guests, and it's clear that they care about the quality of this establishment. Surf taco, chipotle who? This place reminded me of both surf taco and chipotle except the food is good and the quality is so much better. There are also a lot more options Wahoo has to offer. The portions are decent and very very filling. Their citrus slaw burrito was phenomenal and their salsa verde was a 10/10. I will never get a burrito anywhere else. I really enjoyed my visit here. Yes! I finally found my go-to burrito place. As another reviewer said it's like a mix of chipotle and surf taco but a million times better. So far have tried a shrimp burrito and loved it--had more shrimp in it than a similar one at surf taco. Very yummy! read more

I just finished a Banzai Burrito, out of this world!!I enjoy fish, catching them and eating them, I've caught and eaten Wahoo in Bermuda, and this is what it tastes like! The fish was cooked just right to be firm yet still moist and flavorful. The rice, beans and veggies in the burrito were all done just as if I cooked them at home, a bit of crunch where it should be, and moist and juicy in the right places. I must add that I had the spicy version of the dish, and it was on point, without being overly spiced, which can ruin a meal. This was the first time I ventured into the place, and am happy I did. The vibe is laid back, yet sophisticated, clean and a seaside leaning, a place you would like to take a date, or your spouse for a nice meal or maybe just for after work drinks at their lovely bar, just sit down chill, and peruse the menu, you may find yourself staying for dinner! read more

If you want rude, poor and unprofessional service, this is the place to go. The first time I went, I ordered takeout. When I got home, they got two of my orders wrong. The second time, I called in the order and spoke to a girl, who clearly did not want to be there. I dont think they adequately train the employees because she clearly had trouble with taking orders with substitutions and was not knowledgeable between the difference of cheese nachos and loaded nachos. When I went to go pick the order up, there were people dining but no one in line in front of the counter. Two employees thought it was a perfect time to, for a lack of a better term, "canoodle" behind the counter. I understand the place is new, but this place really needs to get it together. The nachos were stale and dry most likely from having been microwaved. Crispy fish tacos, however, were decent hence the two stars instead of one. I would try it again after they work out some, what I hope to be, growing pains. read more
