They even gave us flowers and maracas for pictures to share on social media. My boyfriend and I went for a 90 minute massage while we were on vacation and we were both happy with our massages. Before the massage they had us do a warm foot bath which helped relax me even more, it was a nice touch. I had the Swedish and I requested he focused a lot on neck and shoulders and my other half had the deep tissue massage. I appreciated that the oil was wiped off with a warm wash cloth after each section was completed. The outside of the building made me a little concerned but the inside was clean and inviting. They even sprayed down and flushed the toilet before they would allow me to use the restroom. Both massage therapists were Very professional and a great value. While visiting Waikiki my mom and I knew our first activity would be a spa day, especially afrer a long travel day. We chose the 120 minute body massage and facial for $208. Even though we did extensive research and chose to book with Waikiki Wind Spa bc it was the most economical, never in a million years did we expect to get over the beyond service and treatment that we received. The ladies are so wonderful, welcoming, and even made time to dress us up with cultural attire to take our photo during the free foot wash. They treated us like queens, and I haven't even got to the 2 hour massage/facial package..I want to go back just thinking about it. The massage and facial was so tranquil and relaxing, I felt as if I was truly in paradise. They mix Swedish massage with Thai massage, so the level of pressure and techniques was tops. Even though the outside building is an eye sore, once you get to the neat and clean suite, you'll totally forget about the eye sore as you enter an oasis. What's not to love! read more

This is a newly opened spa (open since December 2021). I loved my scrub, massage and facial!! I came here today for my birthday and boy was I spoiled! They start you off with a complimentary rose petal foot soak, then they take you to another room for a body scrub (full body). After the scrub you have your own private shower to wash off the scrub then you lay down for a body massage. I'm really sensitive to oils and lotions but whatever they used, didn't leave me greasy! I also loved how clean the place was. For privacy I did not take photos of the massage place as other patrons were there. There is a screen separating the rooms. After my incredible massage, I had a facial. Do note the facial is with masks, facial massage and hot towels. This isn't a deep clean/ pick at your skin kind of facial. A hidden gem in Waikiki! It's located in the second floor of a not-so-fancy building and don't be intimidated by it! Once the elevator gets to the second floor and you will see the spa by left hand side. The interior was so newly renovated and it was so clean and nice. I was able to make a reservation online the same day for a 90min massage and basic facial ($168). Maggie was my massage therapist. She was super friendly and professional. I got a complementary foot soak and had my feet washed before the message. I don't like intense massage and Maggie asked my preference and had the just right amount of pressure. She was very communicative and flexible to my preference. I paid $10 extra for using essential oil and I was able to pick different flavors. Ended up choosing jasmine and it smelled so good. The basic facial involved cleaning, a gentle facial massage, a mask, face location and sunscreen. I liked the hot steam blowing straight to me face and neck during facial. It was very relaxing. The whole experience was comfortable and relaxing. It felt so worth it and a nice treat for myself. They take cash and credit cards. You can either call or book the reservation online. They also offer body scrub and I wish I had more time at Waikiki or else I would definitely come back! Highly recommend this place if you stay at Waikiki area! read more

Went for a couples massage and during the massage , the younger girl masseuse made fun of my wife's lymphoedema while giving her a massage. My partners feet swell up as part of a medical condition, made worse naturally by the walking we have been doing around the island. Anyway, the masseuse was making comments, giggling and physically poking at my partners swelling for amusement while giving her a massage. Basically, being a smart ass and thinking we wouldn't understand because we don't speak her Asian language. News flash. People can tell. Not professional in anyway, childish and rude. And this kind of behaviour is not okay. On top of this , I paid in cash and the woman at the counter started calculating how much I left for tip right in front of me, while having the calculator face me. She put in the total. Then showed me what was left over. Then she divided by 2, as if to say "do you think this is enough ?" Yes. It's more than enough. I left $34 tip for my masseuse which is nearly a 30% tip. Sure you can figure out why I wouldn't tip the other one. If not , now you do. Aside from this , I can say the massage itself was decent. Anyone here saying it's the best massage doesn't get massages that often. Location definitely isn't the best either. It's a bit dodgy. 2 out 3 people I interacted with at this place were plain rude. Absolutely horrible! My husband and I came in for a Thai massage yesterday. My husband was very happy with his male masseuse. But the lady masseuse that was assigned to me was stepping on my SPINE for 30 minutes! I couldn't breathe properly afterwards and asked her to finally stop stepping on my SPINE!!! She noticed I couldn't breathe very well so she started rubbing my back. I've had a million Thai massages and never has anyone ever done that to me. Finally when I asked her to stop stepping on my spine, did she actually start massaging me. The massage part was very average. It was more rubbing and less pressure points. The reason why I asked for Thai massage was to get my pressure points. I woke up today and have difficulty breathing! The welcome I received was kind, thoughtful and sincere. I booked a 90 min Lomi Lomi - heaven. The therapist knew exactly where my stress points were and worked them out!!! It was so amazing that I booked another appointment for the next day. That's right - TWO MASSAGES 2 days in a row. It truly was a unique and wonderful surprise. PART 2 (from Google): Their lobby and waiting area is very professional, clean, and tasteful. Unfortunately this is almost a delusion (compared to both my and my fiancé's experience). The foot bath/soak is fine, nothing super special about it, just a quick foot soak with a very minor foot massage. We move on to the actual services we booked - body scrub, massage, facial - which I had assumed the body scrub was set up like other where there's a shower in the room or some sort of showerhead above in the room which they did not. This info was not communicated which they also did not have the bigger sizing for the disposable underwear they would want you to wear as well. Not a huge problem as I would just stay in my own personal underwear which one of the masseuses had said they make sure to keep us covered during our services. One of the first issues - during part of the body scrub my chest was exposed while my fiancé and the male masseuse were also in the room. Again, I work in healthcare and don't really react as I think it's a simple mistake. Also during the scrub, her and the male masseuse are talking, which is fine, I don't pay any mind as they are talking in their native language (foreshadowing). After the body scrub portion is done, she tells me to go take a shower. This is in the same area, but you have to walk past another treatment room which blocked off by a curtain in the corner. After that is done, she starts my massage after she changes the little plastic wrap on the table (BTW this is also somewhat awkward and uncomfortable to lay on). First thing about this - she starts roughly massaging me, I am 100% a deep tissue client, however the way in which she was going about this massage was not relaxing at all, especially since now I'm forced to be naked (due to the shower, which is not my preference, I like to have undies on) which is vulnerable for anyone. Again, working in healthcare, I just continue with the service as I've already gotten this far. For a bigger person, I actually have back dimples which my fiancé is the one who had told me about it (dimples are just missing muscle which is normal depending on genetics) which also means I have less tissue/layers of skin here before you directly hit my spine. She decides to put her elbow in this area and basically applies her whole body weight into it. I immediately try not to scream, but immediately become stiff and start moving my leg around to get her attention. She finally gets the hint and removes her elbow and asks if it's too deep of pressure...needless to say she then fixes her pressure during the massage and instead uses Ashiatsu massage techniques to get around this. Not the most relaxing technique for what I needed and AFTER what had just happened to me. Second issue - while she's stepping on my back, the sheet that's covering me which is short and exposes my butt... She doesn't immediately try to cover it either, finishes whatever she's doing on my back then covers me. After this is done, the staff changes so that the skincare technicians can get the room set up for facials. Third BIGGEST issue - my fiancé looks over at me and tells me that while I took a shower, the masseuses were talking and ended up speaking English and had made comments about my weight IN FRONT OF MY FIANCE. I'm not sure if they just assumed he was asleep or what, but apparently the older female masseuse had a very clear "problem" with me which she expressed multiple times. Personally, I don't care that they were talking trash, however do it on your own time as this is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Again, I work in healthcare and have lots of stories which are usually told NOT IN FRONT OF PATIENTS. Again, the only reason this review has 2 stars is literally the facial which all their products were gentle and the facial massage was great (which for the first time during this whole package, I was able to relax). Fourth issue - After we dressed and went to pay, the owner or manager (?) tried to have me pay via card initially but the total comes out to something like $528. Two things wrong with this - first is the package was about $240 so for 2 people should be about $480 (not including tip). Second, she tells me that they can do cash which is cheaper because with card there's a 9% tax which was not communicated before hand. Side note - I had also called 2 days before the appointment which I had confirmed price and appointment time (which they moved it up 15 mins due to miscommunication). I had also asked if there's anything else I needed to know, which there was nothing else they said nor is there anything in the confirmation email either. I told her I can do cash which she showed me the ATM machine..that is across the street for a bank. I come back with the cash and have to explain that I DO NOT WANT TO TIP the female masseuse after explaining what happened. Instead of doing anything for my CURRENT session, she gives me a 20% discount for future services. read more
