Worn on my tour in Japan (attached photo in plane and outside after landing) only lasted 1 week :( Returned for 2nd service, experimenting with the wispy spider eye... she used CC curl and I totally didnt realize CC curl at 14mm doll eyes makes my round eyes crazy... I'm more of subtle, natural look. She spent an extra hour to help me, take down some on the middle and I really appreciate the service... I tried to love it but the kids at work asked what happened to my lashes and if I went to a costume party :( I didnt take a photo to share til after 1 week of most of it falling out. (Attached photo where I have a few left of the volume wisp spider eye , wearing black shirt with hair down.) Trying to schedule 3rd appt since April 5th when the gaps started showing..and April 12th how it looks in attached photo wearing black. Really looked forward to what MaryAnne had in mind for when we'd book next appt. I definitely will stick to cateye... but more natural because the volumes fall out of my eyes so easy in 1 week it's not worth paying $160 (before tip) if I only keep for 1-2 week. Booked an appointment to get my old set removed and Caneesha put on a brand new set. Since then, I've booked consistently with Caneesha every 2-3 weeks and luckily have my appointments booked out in advance for the rest of the year. Her attention to detail is amazing and her work is phenomenal. Every single lash that falls out has the most perfect fan base. I've never found a lash that wasn't perfect. When I first met Caneesha she worked out of her home but now she has a big beautiful salon located right on Keolu drive across from McDonald's near the shack Kailua. Even if there was anything negative to say, it would be all canceled out by Paula's impeccable attention to detail and her customer service. Paula is friendly, calm, knowledgeable and approachable. Shes the kind of person that will notice when you're having anxiety; she will talk you through it and when she sees you're getting cold, she will offer a blanket. Pro Tip: You will have to lie on your back for up to 1.5 hours, eyes closed the whole time. If you're not back sleeper like me, bring earbuds to play your own music/audiobook/podcast, just in case...and the caffeine must wait! Even if the calming sounds of the "Spa" like music is playing in the Salon and you are in a private room, unfortunately, it will NOT completely drown out the sounds of any of the usual business happenings of a nail salon (i.e phone ringing, talking etc.) So save any caffeine you need that day for after the service! I was really excited to return. My second visit did not feel the same. I wasn't asked about how I felt about my last treatment, which I would've appreciated since it was still only my second time and since my previous adjustment was a bit off the mark. I did have to take the initiative to clarify a few things before my treatment but it still felt very rushed and a little cold. On top of that, at the end, the POS asks if you'd like to add a tip, which was a bit of a turn off considering it is a clinic, rather than a hair salon. I was hoping this would be my regular place but I'm not sure how excited I am to return after this most recent visit.
