Arriving to this location and realizing that it wasn't available displeased me. I paid $18 for a bacon, avocado, potato egg burrito that was given to me in a huge box and burrito was oddly lukewarm...why? Literally eating 5 minutes after receiving it too. We usually just order online since parking in the area is a bit tight. He usually just gets out while I wait in the car, so I have never been inside. I have ordered both the bacon and steak burrito. My boyfriends favorite is the bacon, for me it was too salty and the Parmesan cheese was not my favorite. The steak tho is my absolute favorite! My mother in law and I have been here like 5 times since our first visit a couple weeks ago. Everyone is soooo friendly! The atmosphere is fun. The coffee and orange juice is delish! The Parmesan bagel is so fresh and large, we both were super impressed by the bagel quality. The prices seem high but their staff seems to be getting paid a liveable wage and they don't accept tips.... Good tasting burritos with a side of bad service. My friend and I went to go get breakfast burritos and I had ordered a bacon and my friend ordered a steak. Not only did they give us both bacon burritos, but had tried justifying that they might have been incorrectly labeled and that we should open them to see. Honestly, i wish he would have done that himself or give them to someone else because I thought it'd be unsanitary of us to have to open the burritos ourselves and have to risk one being the other's burrito. After checking they were both bacon, we didn't bother to get the other because then we'd have to wait even longer to get a replacement. Also, they only gave us 2 salsa variations when it should be 4 total for our own burritos. Moreover, the ambiance doesn't seem quite welcoming, especially thinking the tables would be of a better quality. I would think the management doesn't invest in the indoor experience due to their increased demand online. Overall, good burritos (if the label correctly matched your order). We ordered online and picked up within 20 minutes. The order came in a little box with napkins, utensils, and their sauce. The burrito was cute sized (went for $16-17), and smaller than an average burrito. We each had half and it was delicious. I didn't get a discount or a free burrito! My girl was disappointed. We shared the bacon and the steak. Both were lukewarm and I know1 reason why, the cheese was cold and not melted! This location is bigger and has seating which is nice, but my food was not. Sorry. I don't think I want to come back here. Maybe downtown, even though you can't sit there, the food is hot.
