    Lavender hot oat milk Latte.

Cute place, decent coffee, good vibes. A nice amount of tables and chairs inside and outside. Seems like a great place to do some work and hangout at, it has perfect study and work vibes written over it. Very fast service! Thanks for the beautiful heart latte art. My oat milk iced coffee was chefs kiss * perfect!

We ordered a vanilla latte as a pick me up. Service was friendly, but it took quite a while for our drinks to come out, 15 minutes. Not bad, but longer than expected. The shop wasn't completely crowded, but it warmed popular. The shop is spacious. Vanilla latte was pretty average, not too sweet. Espresso was smooth, nutty. Drink was slightly creamy. There is street parking and a parking garage nearby. Solid place to get a vanilla latte, but be prepared for a bit of a wait.

Coffee here is alway good! And also their breakfast. I love their space. Plenty of table & chairs. Good for big groups. Good for hanging out with friends and/or working on your computer. There are 2 rooms basically. It gets pretty crowded though...especially on the weekend. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable about coffee. They have signature drinks and seasonal specials. They have milk alternative

We made our way through the Coffee Passport and unfortunately, Copa Vida was our least favorite. The service was a little off-putting and it was LOUD inside, both from people and music. It seemed like there were too many guests and not enough seats; people hovered trying to get the next table, which were really untidy (on and under). While we didn't get a ton to eat, it look a significant amount of time for it to come out. The coffee was okay, nothing to write home about.

There's both street and structure parking to get here. There can be a line but it moves fairly quick. After you order they'll call out your name. There's loads of seating here. The atmosphere is cozy and chill. The noise level was decent. It can be a nice place to study or meet up with a friend. The staff are nice and helpful. I got the seasonal hojicha latte. The latte was a bit hot at first but quickly cooled to a good drinking temperature. This latte was pretty good! It wasn't too sweet. I'd definitely return here again.

Good place for coffee break. Very cozy place to hang out while strolling here in Pasadena with family. Self serve. Seated on your own . Ordered Almond croissants which was yummy. Crunchy not too sweet. The Coffee Latte was very fresh .

Good location, good wifi, good coffee. Service is great, place is nice with plenty of tables. Music a bit too empowering and taking away from the nice vibe.

Stopped in for a morning coffee , it was fairly busy on a Friday morning. I ordered a drip coffee and sat by the window . Nice open coffee shops , music was a little loud in the one side , but did notice thy had another room that was a little quieter. The only down side is no refills on drip coffee .

Recently came back and tried the chai tumeric or golden chai latte. Was tasty and iced was great for a hot day. Good spot to get a little work done with a whole second room giving lots of good seating. Been here a couple times to work and have always had a good experience. Just FYI, they close the bathroom around 30 minutes before closing. Probably because the staff cleaned it and didn't want to clean again but that was a little bit of a hassle.

I was in the area, and picked this place through the great ratings on YELP. I ordered online, and I'm glad I did - the place was packed and very busy. I got breakfast burritos and they were fantastic. Eggs were fluffy, it wasn't greasy and actually tasted healthy. I've had tons of breakfast burritos and these were top notch. Salsa was interesting, a bit sour, and not very hot. Highly recommended!!

I love Copa Vida! It's been a minute since I've been here but it feels just as familiar as before. It's a great place to hunker down to study, read a book, or hang out with friends. :) I got the matcha latte, which comes hot or cold and with no, mid, or full sweetness. The chicken Caesar salad is also yummy and filling! There's a parking structure across the street that has a very minimal charge. There is also bathrooms with a baby changing station in the women's stall.

You pay at the front, get a number, find a seat (luckily, this cafe has plenty of seating), and the servers will deliver your order to your table - IF you ordered food. For drinks, you wait for your name to be called at the counter. The breakfast burrito was super delicious and of all the things we ordered, the only thing worth getting. Coffee and matcha latte were fine, nothing noteworthy or particularly outstanding. We also got a French toast and it was tasty, but again, nothing to write home about. With so much competition in the area, this place falls short.

    Iced Vanilla Latte - $6.25
    Kelly T.

Im sorry Heather I hope you dont see this thank you for the drink ;(. I'm not the biggest coffee person but I can drink coffee for funsies. Maybe I'm not the best person to be reviewing coffee... FOOD: Iced Vanilla Latte - $6.25 (3/5) TBH this was not anything special. If anything, it tasted very watered down once the ice melted (i mean obviously tho idk?). This coffee alright at best. I feel like even tho im not the biggest coffee person, I can still tell if a coffee tastes different than others. This tasted like any other coffee to me with slight vanilla taste. VIBES: The service here was amazing. They had the chill laid back type of vibe and was very helpful. Parking was street parking or parking structure like any other restaruant in the Pasadena area. Inside had a nice vibey feel, perfect for a coffee chat or study session. Plenty of tables and lots of others also studying here.

I was pleasantly surprised at the welcoming staff and warm ambiance. Going to slide one complaint in here, the noise level in the upstairs portion of the restaurant is LOUD. We sat upstairs and it was pretty difficult to hear my friends talk from just across the table. We powered through, and by the second half of our meal, most diners had finished and left us upstairs with only a couple of lingering parties. THEN this place became GREAT! Here's all that we stuffed ourselves with during the cacophony of chatter: flaky buttermilk biscuits, honey butter (3pc; please allow 20 minutes) - totally worth the 20 mins!! Super buttery and flaky, I might go back JUST FOR THIS! crispy calamari, horseradish cocktail sauce - great little kick in the sauce. Perfectly lightly battered. fideos, clams, chorizo, saffron, sweet sherry aïoli - mmmm, this was delicious. The Spanish chorizo enhanced the broth with a good saltiness. white shrimp from the griddle, aïoli - this was my favorite. The shrimp was not overcooked and peeled easily. The flavor was good enough to slurp the juices out. single burger, prime chuck, tillamook cheddar, dijonaise, egg brioche bun & crispy french fries - good meaty burger, love the dijonaise, GREAT shoestring fries. Parking is a little challenging during the day, not so bad in the evening. It's South Pas, a little neighborhood walk after dinner never hurts.

Food here is very safe, trite, hackneyed California cuisine beaten to death like a worn out horse. It's not really bad and not very good offending no one, but food that is boring and not particularly drop dead flavourful. I wasn't super hungry and decided to order more of the sides. 1) French Fries with some skin on, looking rustic, had a touch of that ineffable earthy potato flavour. Asked for extra crispy, but just got a bit crispy so their default fries must be rather limp. Standard ketchup in a steel ramekin. 2) Roasted Golden Beet & Arrugula Salad had sweet, softer, smooth texture, Arrugula had a fibrous, good green herbal, peanut oil scented flavour. Not too funky, creamy goat cheese. Roasted walnut halves. All napped with a subtle Champagne Vinaigrette. Portion was about half of what would be expected in other comparable restaurants. 3) Bread Pudding: The bread was spongy, moist, eggy almost like a flan but lacked a deeper dairy, milkiness as well as lack of hints of warm spices such as cinnamon, allspice, ginger, cloves. Bland would describe the general overall flavour. Topped with cream rich ice cream. Scattering of blueberry, blackberry, strawberry. At home, I drizzled on Grand Marnier for more citrus cognac aromatics. 1-3a) Iced Tea The food here seems to be the Midwest version of what California cuisine should be. Middle of the road, steady as she goes, don't rock the boat. Our waitress was efficient, helpful, thoughtful in a business-like manner which facilitated our group of 8. The male helper with a moustache and the inked hand was great at keeping our glasses topped off. 3 stars for a safe, not overly effusive food that does not offend. The outdoor optics holds the charm and strength of this restaurant.

Had a dinner reservation with some girlfriends celebrating two of their birthdays. The restaurant itself isn't too big but it does a pack a nice punch. Cute patio out front that takes some of the sidewalks and streets. Plenty of heat lamps which helped with the chilly nights. We got seated at one of the tables on the patios which was nice. Didn't really utilize inside area except for the restroom which it's quite cute in there. The rooms were pretty well decorated and executed. Nice bar area too. Like mentioned, we got seated on the patio and the heat lamps were great. Down to the menus, it's quite limited on dishes. Seemed like there were more shared plates versus the entrees. Drinks, it was fairly decent with their cocktails and wine. Service at the beginning was great. The staff were amazing and very friendly. We didn't order right away as we were still waiting for the last one to show. But did start off with some drinks. It didn't take that long for the first round which was nice. Food wise, the shared plate was a mixture of everything. Some of the olives, which is exactly what it is. The Belgian fries, nice thick cut fries with shredded pecorino cheese and a nice aioli sauce. We ended up getting a second order of it. The albacore tuna crudo was a hit which was really tasty. Chili ginger relish, mint and shallot, can't go wrong with that. Lastly the meatballs, tasty and very great for sharing. Entrees, the pan seared sea bass which I loved. Portion is pretty tiny which also seemed like they were a shared plate. Almost tapas styled. Nice chimichurri sauce and a side salad. The chicken Milanese also with a side salad of arugula. Simple dish but quite tasty. One of the salads that was somewhat hyped up by the waitress but it was just a salad. Decent but nothing major to rave about...lol... also the confit oyster mushrooms was major hit. Something that simple but quite tasty. And lastly the pan con tomate, rustic sourdough with tomatoes and burrata. Tasty as well. Overall the meal was good. From there, the second round of drinks did take a long time to arrive and with then plates that we shared, trying to get someone to clear the plates was another thing. Took a long for someone to clear the table before more items came. Even when the entrees came, all the empty starter plates were still there. And if someone did clear the plates, some was still left on the table. Finishing off the night, we did have the dessert which we tried all three. As it was two of our girlfriends birthday, they brought out a little bubbly for us to celebrate with the dessert. That was quite sweet and nice. Honestly opinion with the dessert, they were just ok. Nothing major to rave about. We tried all three on the menu and they were just ok. Overall, the food was great. Service was nice and the staffs were all very friendly. It did take a while for plates to get cleared from the table and second round did take a while, but it was manageable. It was a sweet gesture with the bubbly with the dessert which was greatly appreciated. The place is nice and great for catching up. Menu is limited and portions are quite small. You would have to get a good amount for sharing. Entrees, depending on what you order is small as well. But we enjoyed ourself.

Come here for the drinks, vibes and brunch…read more Their breakfast options are better than their dinner service. I can't eat here for dinner as a vegetarian, they have little to no options. Would it kill them to add a veggie burger? Service is consistently awful. I've been here half a dozen times and I've never had good service. Drinks and water are never refilled unless I ask. It takes forever to get our order and once we do our server disappears. Seriously so bad. But I keep coming back for their good food.
