Obviously a very trendy and popular place for breakfast. Especially if you're in the mood for a cocktail, I wasn't, just looking for breakfast. I found the choices limited. I did think my chicken and waffles were good. The waffle had little chunks of sugar that I picked out which I learned was intentional and the one thick chicken tender was moist. However, I felt the portions were small considering the price point. The staff was attentive and friendly and the dining space was clean. My friend got the breakfast sandwich that came with a thick egg but I was having a hard time imagining the dry waffles being satisfying. I was looking for waffles with syrup, which mine came with, a little cup of the corn syrupy kind. It was fine, just not what I was looking for. Looking for a great breakfast spot for my family while visiting Sandusky for a weekend trip and found this on Apple Maps. It was a bit of a disappointment. First, the hostess was a bit rude, but I dismissed it and decided to ignore it. The food: waffles were loaded with sugar. Chunks of sugar were left in the batter. I guess that's part of their recipe but it was just too overwhelming. The lemonade was extremely sugary too. We had to dilute it. The avocado toast tasted like it was made with packaged avocado spread. Not fresh at all. While we were trying to enjoy our breakfast they played punk rock on the speakers that was too obnoxious.
