I was charged for a full 30+ minute visit ($255) for what was actually a virtual Covid diagnosis call, which should have been something like $25 as advertised at their office. This happened 10 months ago and I am still getting the run around from their billing department. I spoke to someone months ago who said she was looking into it and has never called me back. Their outgoing voice mail says they will return voice messages within 24 hours. They have not once called me back after 3 or 4 follow-up inquiries. 2. They charge a higher amount for 30 minutes-or-less visit, as they do for a 31-to-40 minute visit. If I schedule a 30 minute visit, and it happens to go over by a minute or two, I don't think it's my responsibility to watch the clock. I find it dishonest to let the appointment run over and then charge me more. The efficiency of the office flow should be on them, not the patient. I am not a difficult patient who sticks around and asks multiple extra questions. This happened on a different office visit than the Covid call mentioned above. Strike 2. 3. I just got charged a $25 appointment cancelation fee for a recent appointment I had to miss due to showing Covid symptoms. From my point of view, I didn't cancel the appointment -- they did! Of course, no once answers when you try to call and discuss (see point 1). 3 strikes, time to move on to someone else.

Our 14 year old son had back pain for the past 2 years due to sports, she is fantastic! She continuously communicates and listens and makes adjustments if needed. I would give a 10 star if I could. There are other staff members who also help out if there are several patients so you are never sitting idle. After each session, they assess gait, pain, look for improvement. I plan to come back myself for lower back issues to also learn the stretches.

Dr. Isbell additionally sewed my shoulder capsule too tightly, rendering expressly limited range of motion & necessitating a 2nd shoulder reconstruction. A Duke shoulder specialist was able to repair the structural damage, but no surgery could alleviate the incurable RSD symptoms which have plagued me EVERY MINUTE of EVERY DAY since Dr. Isbell operated on my shoulder. As we were leaving Sue Horlick said, "Don't go to Chick-Fil-A first, go right to the ER. WHAT?? Why would you say something so unprofessional to someone who is looking for help. Maybe work on your empathy a tad! Good grief!
