Four of the products were on clearance and they're from the Protective Styles line by Cantu. I purchased the Set & Refresh Foam and the Braiding and Twisting Gel for $4 each. The Hair Refresher spray and the daily oil drops were only $2 each. The most expensive thing I purchased was 30% off and by the brand Roux. I was enticed by the pink formula and reading keratin was in it, I figured why not! I hope its work matches my high hopes. I also got a freebie of a mini Biosilk Silk Therapy. I have the generic brand of Chi which I believe is similar, but this new freebie is definitely getting added to the travel bag. Service - good. It was slow and I was the only person in the store for some time just browsing. I was greeted and when I asked for help, I was shown where the foam rollers are. They don't have a large selection so I'll check what they have online but customer service was up to par.

Once you pull around the back there's a decent sized building with cosmetics, skincare, hair care and home goods (think pots, pans, serving trays, utensils, EVERYTHING). The cosmetics section has a ton of Korean skincare, makeup, and masks for the face, hands, and feet. Even hair care and mens products. I love the variety, I spent over an hour testing, smelling and browsing. Some advice before going: know your skin type, know what skin problem you want to solve, and set a budget. Their Korean skincare products range from $10-$60+ each. I splurged on moisturizer ($100 for 2) and got a less expensive skin peel ($20) and toner pads ($10). The rest I spend on 6 masks and the total was $149. The woman at the counter listened to my skin issues and recommended products based on our short conversation. I've had zero issues with what she recommended. The toner pads broke me out, but SURPRISE the woman suggested twice I choose a different product and I didn't listen. For years, I have tolerated a consistent lack of professionalism and warmth at the front counter. The staff rarely seems pleasant to work with, and if you ask a simple question, they treat it as though you are causing them a major inconvenience. It is incredibly discouraging to be treated like a burden by the administrative team just to see an excellent physician. Patients deserve to be greeted with basic courtesy and respect. I highly recommend the doctor, but the practice desperately needs to invest in customer service training for their front desk staff.

It's been 5 weeks and nobody has responded. I have a 6 week follow up that I now have to cancel because I haven't been able to obtain the medication to see if it will help. Short of driving to their office and requesting to speak with Dr. Khong (which I will not do), I will have to decide if I will wait until they reach her or find a new doctor. What a waste of time.
