I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Its flu season and stocked up on meds and even got my flu shot there on the spot. Pharmacy technicians were very fast and friendly as well. Will be returning. read more

Most of the times I stop here because is on my way to work. But sometimes the pharmacist staff can be rude and not caring. I try to avoid going in the afternoons early evenings. Like yesterday I needed my medicine for my toddler. So I picked up my medicine and the pharmacist not pharmacist technician assisted me. I have seen her before and is a nightmare. I feel I am talking to a piece of ice. There is no emotion on her and seems she hates her job and is bothered if you ask her questions. Is a pharmacist yes I have questions and yes is her job to be a people person. Please avoid her , she is usually around 7 pm. read more

What a terrible predicament Alicia (below) was in that the state laws require a valid ID to be presented to pick up controlled meds and her husband only had an expired (not valid) license (that apparently he was STILL driving on). I actually appreciate that they cannot give somebody off the street my meds because it protects me and the trusting relationship I maintain with my doctors whenever they need to prescribe meds. Don't get me wrong here I am not thrilled with a few things at this Walgreens! BUT the staff is friendly and eager to help. The managers that are currently in this store are terribly rude and it speaks horribly that these are the people that Walgreens chooses to move up the ladder! I actually overheard the pharmacy manager (name starts with an A) speaking terribly rude to a man that seemed to be struggling with understanding his prescriptions. I was appalled to hear it and then heard her speak in the SAME way to a couple more people while I was waiting! Are you kidding me??? How in the world did the company look past her abhorrent people skills and move her into management? Incredibly bad judgment. There was this one pharmacist that acted like the absent-minded professor that created frustration. I think she only subs there luckily. The young pharmacy employees are always friendly and respectful. It can take a little getting used to the current styles but I have found them ALL to be efficient and courteous. It is frustrating that the turnover rate is so high...but with managers like that I think the employees are smart to move on quickly! read more

They have drugs, assorted medical supplies, and a generally ambivalent staff. The pharmacy staff has always been industrious and quick, if not particularly friendly. The cashiers always seem like they have something better to do. I go here, but only because it's so close to my home. read more

The pharmacy is awful. Never use it. I've tried the drive-thru numerous times, and after waiting for 20-25 min, I always end up having to come inside. It's like they completely forget they have a drive-thru. I'm done with this store. read more

The worst pharmacy. I have stopped coming here and now go to Rite Aid. The pharmacist used to refuse to refill my prescription even though I was suffering severely from asthma. My husband would have to fight with her. My doctor once had to call in and fight with the pharmacist. Worst place ever. read more

ZERO rating for pharmacy if I could. Pharmacist insists "it's the law" that a script from the doctor needs a diagnosis code. That's a completely useless violation of patient confidentiality, and it's even FALSE: the DEA does not require it, the federal government or the state government do not require it; but WALGREENS requires it because Walgreen was busted in Florida for bad record keeping so now they're just making up rules. BARTELL DRUGS: no made-up rules, no hassle. Highly recommended. read more

The pharmacy has poor record-keeping. I picked up an antibiotic for my son shortly after his doctor had faxed in the request. I began getting multiple calls after, telling me my script was ready for pick up. I have spoken to them a couple of times and they have no record of me being given the antibiotic, which raises multiple concerns. Recently they gave me a medication for him in a bottle so big, the plunger doesn't reach far enough in to extract the medicine. They also have customer service skills. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I went to the Swedish express clinic. It was fine, but the nurse kept trying to upsell me on lab tests. Whatever, I'm not that annoyed about that. I went to the pharmacy to get a prescription filled. They said it would be 15-20 mins. I said I'd wait in the store. I even signed up for text alerts. I'm wandering around and now it's been 30 mins. Haven't heard a peep. I thought maybe they were busy. I check in and they tell me insurance doesn't cover this prescription. WTF!! Why have I been waiting 30 mins for them to tell me this? Couldn't they have told me that right off the bat or at least 5 mins after plugging all my info in. Anyway, so now they need authorization to mix the ingredients and it will take another 10 mins. I don't know what kind of system they have here, but it isn't working. I don't know why I deviated from Bartells. I won't be back. read more

I would have given it a 0 stars if it was possible. This is the most disgusting experience I've ever had in dealing with a business in US. We had ordered Visa photos from www.epassportphoto.com and opted for an overnight pickup at this store. The next day, when we went to pick up our prints, the store manager handed me an empty envelope which had all the order details and not the prints. When asked, he told us that the store does not process passport/visa pics and we'll need to get the pics taken from that store. Heck what, we already paid for the photos online. Extremely rude customer service and they couldn't care less for their customers. Stay far away from this place. read more

I will never ever ever in my entire life return to this Walgreen's Pharmacy. I can see that I'm not alone. I recently went here to refill a prescription for a bladder infection. If you've ever had one, you'll know that they can be quite painful. That day, I was in excruciating pain. When I dropped off my prescription, I was told that it would be about 30 minutes. *sigh* OK, I'm quite uncomfortable, but I need my antibiotics so I do what I can for the next 45 minutes. (Yes, I gave them an extra 15 minutes.) I finally go up to the counter and ask for my medicine. The lady looks and says that it's not done yet and checks with some other lady. I see her flip through a stack of prescriptions for quite awhile. She finally finds mine and starts working on it. The lady returns and says that it's going to be a few more minutes. So I wait another 15 minutes for a total of 1 hour for a "30 minute" prescription. At this point, the lady tells me that since this is a first time prescription, I will need to speak to the pharmacist. The pharmacist has actually been on the phone for as long as I've been waiting for my medicine. I was NOT going to wait for her to go through how to take a pill. I told the lady that I have taken antibiotics plenty of times before and that I was in a lot of pain and I did not want to speak to the pharmacist. She starts stammering and insisting that I needed to speak to the pharmacist for legal reasons. Before she could say anything else, I grabbed my meds and fled. My family member had an ear infection and went to a Multicare Indigo urgent care center located on Bothell/Everett Hwy. They gave her a prescription and called it in to the Walgreen's. We went to pick up the prescription a short time later to be told that the Pharmacy was closed due to the Pharmacist not being there. We were well within the advertised opening and closing times. I understand that people have lives outside of work and have emergencies and other things come up. My issue is that we received no communication about this from either provider preventing us from making alternative plans or having the prescription transferred to another local Pharmacy. I work in the healthcare industry and understand how the system works. A phone call refereed to as a T.O. or Telephone Order is called in by the healthcare provider to the pharmacy. If the Pharmacist needed to leave there should have been a transfer of pharmacy orders to another affiliated and local Walgreen's affiliate. I don't write bad reviews often but the lack of communication between the two providers and the patient caused a delay in pharmacological services to the patient they should be serving. This is not the first negative experience that we have had with this location. Prescriptions take more time than expected to be filled and the customer service experience leaves much to be desired. Thanks to lack of communication between the healthcare provider and the Pharmacy due to the lack of clinical/operational systems her treatment has been delayed by 14+ hours as we will not be able to fill the prescription until the following morning. hopefully this delay will not result in negative outcomes but I fear the delay will result in a ruptured ear drum due to the lack of treatment from the diagnosed infection. read more

I went in today for my flu shot. I waited at the counter for approximately 15 minutes. Not ONE person in the pharmacy even made eye contact with me. Yes, they were busy but really? Not even an "I'll be right with you." No thanks. This was the first and last time I will go in to that store. read more

Wow!! now this is something.. I thought I was the only one getting irritated whenevr I visit this awful place but apparently not !! Read the google reviews and they make complete sense.. I have been to other walgreens branches they were ok though I found nothing pleasant about them.. but this particular one, the one at Bothell-Everett highway is just - awful, the worst.. Dont bother to go there unless you want to experience the worst ever customer service that you can possibly find. I have been (unfortunately) going there for my prescription refills and I came to know their true colours the first ever time I visited them. Pharmacists here are not only rude, unprofessional but also sometimes act as though they lack common sense. I forgot about the first time but when this nuisance started happening to me over and again, I had to transfer my prescrition to Bartell's.. Once I had ordered my refiil online on walgreens and after some time I also got a order ready for pickup confirmation email.. I knew those people would create nuisance over everything possible and took all precaution and took a printout of this email and called their customer service to actually check if the order is ready . The lady over the call confirmed that it was ready for pickup. And when I actually go to the pharmacy the pharmacist says they have never got my order !!! Ridiculous !! I showed them the printout and told about the call to customer service. Soon they all ganged up and argued that they have never got my order but later when they could actually find my order(pharmacists were lazy to check before !!) , instead of a simple apology they are arguing that it was my fault !! Seriously ?? Another wonderful (?) experience, this time at the studio... there is this lady , called Bertha that you guys have to avoid.. for starters she takes her own sweet time to take a photo and lacks general studio knowledge and to top this she asks us to wait for 20 mins ( which is understandable) but when we come back, she says we said we dint want the photos !!! really?? who is so jobless to go to this awful place , pose for a photo, come back after waiting 20 long minutes and dont want the photo?? The fact was, she had actually forgotten to process order.. but when we just found that, she started like literally arguing with us though it was her fault !! the typical walgreens customer service !! the employees here work for the heck of it and need some serious customer service lessons... they need to understand that we customers have zillion other better options and they are not the only pharmacy around!! my actual rating is -5/5 Stay as far way from this place as possible... read more

The pharmacy at this location has the worst service. They expect patients to know if a medication comes as a pill or a capsule. Plus makes us call the doctors office multiple times because they cannot get it right the first time. I don't think I will ever go back to this location. I have not had this problem when I dealt with Walgreens in Kirkland on 85th. Ever since I changed to Bothell-Everett highway location, it has been nothing but long wait times, incorrect communication, and overall just bad customer service. read more
