Worst customer service , I am warning people to stay away from this pharmacy if they care about their loved ones .I already transferred both of my parent from there to CVS . They lost 2 business because they have rude staffs . If you order a medication that they don't have , they don't order right away and it takes days until you get the medications . They don't care how important is that medication for elderly , and brings so many excuses why that medication is not ready . In this field they have to understand people may die if they don't get their medications on time but these people don't care at all . read more

This is for the pharmacy. I went last night for prescriptions. Despite the late hours, staff was very helpful and kind. They all greeted with a smile. Constantly checked on waiting customers. There was a little glitch in filling my Rx. The staff member was kind enough to step out of the counter and hand me the papers. She patiently explained the problem and what needed to be done. Today, I used the drive-thru to pick up the Rx. Again, I was greeted promptly by a smiling staff member. Very pleasant experiences despite pain I was in. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The front staff is rude and pharmacy staff isn't much better. They take forever to fill a prescription and even longer to pick it up. This place went above and beyond to help us out. My wife's prescription was ready on time and both girls working early on a Sunday morning were polite, gracious and very empathetic to our situation. The pharmacist even suggested some over the counter remedies to help alleviate my wife's discomfort. Pharmacy must really get it together - and the Pharmacy Manager (Marty) is not leading his team to be successful. Have tried to bring up an issue to him (they lost a prescription we dropped off) and he was very rude and after a few seconds with him on the phone he decided to ignore me and had his clerk deal with me instead. Not even notifying me. Very rude and extremely unprofessional. Never going back and will never refer anyone. read more

Horrific pharmacy department. Average wait time inside is 45 minutes to an hour. No matter what time it is. I've been here at 5pm, 2am, 9am, it's all the same. Average wait time outside is 30 minutes to an hour. Just plan to wait an hour of you need to pick up a script. Takes them forever to fill them too. They'll say 20 minutes and it'll turn into an hour. I've never seen anyone move slower than a snail's pace here, and often they have one person working both the counter and the drive-thru. Too bad it's the only 24 hour pharmacy in the area. read more

Very bad service, don't go there. I had issues with different medications for over 2 years, and I kept saying maybe this time only every time I have an issue with them. But, today I had it after I spoke to one of their pharmacist Paul and he had nasty attitude. He talks to customers as if he owns them. Their staff moody and some time ok and others nasty treatment. On or about Sept. 14th, 2015, I went to walgreens in order to have a prescription filled, I gave the attendees the hard copy for the presentation. The lady looked at it and replied that didn't have said medication, I asked if they would order it and when could they have it. The lady said she didn't know, okay ,then I asked if one of their other stores might have it in stock, again the answer was I don't know, I then asked if she would call so that I wouldn't have to be driving around town wasting time, gas, and money. Her answer once again was I don't know. I looked at her straight in the eyes and ased, is there something that you might know. She simply turned away and left, I also left and called my doctor's office and explained the situation, my doctor asked me to go to his office and a new prescription was made for the medication of which Walgreens declared they carried. When I took the new hard copy prescription in the lady check to make sure that they had it in stock, yes was her answer and it would take twenty minutes. I left, went to physical therapy and returned two hours later, and you guessed it, " it wasn't ready ". I was hot, besides not knowing anything about prescriptions, why would you give false information about the order being filled. I publicly apologize for my rude behavior, but I must admit someone/somebody needs to review these ladies performance. I have been going to this Walgreens pharmacy for almost a year now and it sucks really bad. I wait 30min or more just to pick up prescription inside or at drive threw. I bought today a birthday baloon for my wife because I could not find at 99cents store because of the valentine day. All the ballons was valentine. I bought 4 valentine baloons from the one dollar for $4 and they are perfect. I bought 1 birthday baloon from walgreens and it was $4.50! What a rip off company. We're done with this location. Chose it primarily because it was nearby and had the drive-through pharmacy, but they never seem to have that adequately staffed. Been waiting on hold for nearly an hour this afternoon trying to get information on a prescription (was hung up on more than once), with their insanely annoying "We're sorry, on other calls" hold message auto-repeating literally every 30s like some kind of Chinese water torture. read more

The pharmacy has the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a pharmacy. It seems nobody there likes their job. Also, the wait times are MUCH longer than any pharmacy I've been to usually at least 3-4 hours to fill one prescription. It's down the street from my house so I've given them numerous chances. They never fail to take forever and forget about you if you call. I've been put on hold for 20 minutes before! I didn't know it was possible to run a pharmacy this poorly. Waited forever in the drive through to pick up a script when I got to the front the lady rudely told me I had to come in because it was gonna take her too long to find out script. She literally argued with me about it. Why do you have a drive thru if your not gonna service the people that wait in it?! This Walgreens is horrible!!!!!! They ALWAYS mess up my insurance stuff and tell me my rescue inhaler isn't covered. Then when I have new prescriptions from my doctor (for antibiotics or other one-time issues) there is some issue with insurance. I inevitably have to call my insurance and clear my prescriptions (that is their job!!!!!!). The wait times are beyond ridiculous too! There were 2 ppl in front of us in the drive through and it took 45 mins!!!!!!!! I would go to Walmart, but they refused to call my doctor to refill my daily asthma medicine (even when I had my doctors office call and try to resolve it) and I had a similar issue with CVS (took 2 days for them to fill an emergency inhaler). There aren't any pharmacies in Corona that actually care about their customers anymore. read more

This is the worst walgreens I've ever visited. I am moving my prescription due to the horrible people in the pharmacy department. Last time I came with my daughter to get cough medicine, and I mentioned the wait was long, they replied....so do you want the medicine or not? So I let them know they have poor customer service skills and I moved my prescription to Walmart and am much more satisfied. They need to be trained and staffed. Ordered a single print to pick up at this location. Came to pick up an hour after they confirmed it would be ready and there was no one to be seen anywhere around there. After waiting 5 minutes the manager came out of the back, glanced annoyingly at the computer and said my info wasn't even in the system. After waiting forever while the manager and employee fumbled around in the photo area figuring out how to work the printer I got my (overpriced) single print. It was just ridiculous. By far the WORST pharmacy ever!!!! I sit in line for over 30 minutes most times and when I finally get to the window they always have an excuse as to why my son's seizure meds cannot be filled! I have to end up calling the doctor and the insurance company for it to always point back to the pharmacy being at fault! Terrible pharmacy! First, attempted to get a hold via phone and took 20 min before I got frustrated and hung up. Then, my physician e filed the prescription a while ago and they still did not have it ready for hours. Then when it was I learned that walgreens does not accept my hmo insurance leading me with a high bill. I just walked out frustrated without the medications. Horrible. Their E-coupons never show up at the register. I even show them the email and me clipping it in my phone. All they say is "sorry I don't know why it's not showing" They should honor the price as it's their technical issue. Waste of time and poor service. This walgreens is only two blocks away from me, so naturally it is the walgreens I always go to. Walgreens has always been convenient. This location is clean and well stocked. My two stars however is for the customer service. People at this location act like they don't want to be there. Almost always there is no eye contact or greeting by the cashiers. If you ask questions the cashiers seem angry you are bothering them. The cashiers look very young, so my assumption is that they don't have good customer skills. This weekend I think I had one of the rudest cashiers I have ever dealt with, and it prompted me to write this review. She was a young cashier who seemed bothered by the line that was forming behind me. She did not greet me or even look at me. She told me my total, then leaned against the back shelf and began filing her nails. No joke, this cashier took out a nail file and started filing away after she bagged my items and gave me a total. Once I paid, she didn't even hand me my bag, she handed me my receipt and started ringing up the guy behind me. I might add she didn't greet him or make eye contact with him as well. I guess I'm just really tired of dealing with the unfriendly service here. My hope is a manager reads this and lets his team of cashiers know that there is something called customer service. If you don't want to be a cashier, quit your job and find what makes you happy instead of treating people like crap all day. To end this on at least some positive note, I just want to say the people in the pharmacy have always been great. They have helped me with many issues I had with some insurance problems. My experiences with the pharmacy have been positive. There is also an older cashier with gray hair (I am not saying this to be rude, just to be more specific) that is very friendly and helpful. She is a very sweet cashier who knows what customer service really is. Whenever I see her working the register I am happy to at least know that that day I will get good customer service, because she always greets you and is very friendly. My two stars are for the pharmacy and the older woman who is a cashier and works the front. If not for them, I wouldn't have even wanted to give this location one star. read more

This place is the WORST for prescriptions. I waited in the drive-through lane for over 10 minutes and all the while was at the very front of the dropoff line. A line of cars then formed behind me and several cars also lined up in the prescription pickup line adjacent to me. I pressed the call button again and was told to wait longer. Almost 15 minutes went by and I drove off without being served. I will never again even think about filling a prescription at this Walgreens. They don't seem to want my business or anyone else's. I no longer shop here! I have tried for years and I finally have given up! They always have had problems with my prescriptions and I spend way too much time in their long lines only to get to the counter and be told they are having a problem processing it. This happens every month. The photo department is a JOKE! I literally develop about 1,000 pictures every couple months and they are always scrambled and not in the order they were sent in. They often forget to give me all my photos and I have to go back to pick them up. This is even after I ask them to check that they are there. I have spoke to the store manager on different occasions. He would assure me they would work on those issues. 15 years later and no change.... I'm done! read more
