The guys in the 7-Eleven are great guys however the amount of transients out front that solicit you for money and food are ridiculous. if you don't give them something they call you names and/or say some rude things I pretty much stopped going here after my work shift. To the staff inside you are awesome people please clean up the transients or call the police to have them removed from your property your customers should not have to be solicited every time they pull up just because these people feel they deserve a hand out. while I'm sorry for their misfortune I shouldn't have to deal with them when I'm pulling up at the end of a long day to get a super gulp or pick up a sandwich read more

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. On multiple visits, I've found the employees to be unfriendly and unhelpful, regardless of the time of day. I've also had repeated issues trying to load money onto my credit card, and no one has been able or willing to resolve the problem. My most frustrating experience happened around 2:00 a.m. There was an employee inside the store, so we reasonably assumed the store was open. When we asked if they were open, the employee simply looked at us and walked away without saying a word, leaving us standing outside confused with no explanation. A 7-Eleven is expected to provide reliable, 24-hour service and basic customer courtesy. Unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience at this location. I hope management addresses the customer service issues and provides employees with better training on communicating respectfully with customers. read more

worst 7/11 in my life. the guy at the desk charged 3x the total and said he could not reverse his mistake. so we had to pay the extra and all he gave me at the end was a extra drink he called his boss to try to fix it, im going halfway across the city for the other 7/11 this one is awful read more

I walked into this 7-Eleven expecting to grab a snack and maybe a Slurpee, but instead I got front row seats to... a head massage session? Both employees were literally massaging each other's heads behind the counter like it was a day spa. Super awkward, definitely not the vibe when you're just trying to buy some chips. I left feeling more uncomfortable than refreshed. Pretty sure "mutual head rubs" isn't part of the uniform policy. read more

The store manager rudely came to me because I was holding a grocery bag from another store. I presented him my bag's contents to assure him. But he was having none of that. I wouldn't mind if he were to ask to look at my bag once again as I would leave the store, but nope he said no. Who going to be responsible for my bag if it disappears from the store. Not them, right?! He needs to do things right...not leading to shouting and telling to get out of his store...they didn't have a sugar-free Armor drink, so I left anyway! I went in to buy some things while I waited for my car at Toyota. While I was there I heard one of the workers arguing with a guy telling him he took to much time in the store and they were yelling back n forth. I thought I better get out of here so I grabbed a slurpee and bought $22 worth of lottery tickets. I went to enter my rewards email and he cleared it and said do it after, then when I went to do it, he said it stop late and blew me off(tall man in turban and beard) .He started yelling to another guy (man w/short balding hair) I started to tell him and he moved his hands to shew me. I said it was rude and I just spent $25 in there and they didn't care at all. I thought maybe the first customer was the problem, but after the way they treated me I decided to write a review. Horrible service . Walked in there looking to buy a couple things and guy was a ahole . I asked to sell me some buffalo rollers and to sale me a hot Dog bun. Mind you i said SALE ME . Not give it to me for free . He strictly said no. Hot dog buns are only for Hot dogs and should only be sold as a combo? Didn't know this was a restaurant or McDonald's. I love this 7/11. They're always stocked with things and the employees are extremely friendly. In all the years of coming to my local 7/11 I have never experienced any sort of failure. The slurpee machines are always working, the nacho machine always has cheese and chili and the little condiment bar always has fresh cut onions and pico de gallo. Couldn't ask for a better experience than this 7/11. Also, they're always making conversation and get you in and out as quickly as possible. They also have a red box outside which is a big plus. I love this spot! I literally come everyday. read more
