The delays in filling prescriptions have been an ongoing issue and have made an already stressful situation even more difficult! What made today particularly upsetting was how I was treated by Michelle, the pharmacy technician. My doctor was literally on the phone with me at the pharmacy, actively trying to reach the pharmacy and help resolve the issue.. While my doctor was on the call, Michelle told me I needed to move out of the way. When I explained that my doctor was on the phone and actively trying to help, she responded, "Welllll, we're answering our phones, so you need to move we have customers ahead of you." I understand that pharmacies can be busy and that there are other customers waiting. However, the way I was spoken to was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, especially considering I had just undergone a procedure, was in significant pain, and my physician was actively trying to resolve the situation with the pharmacy. Patients should be treated with basic courtesy and compassion. Based on their very poor rating as a location Walgreens should reconsider who they are hiring. Based on the other reviews, my experience was not an isolated event. So to customers be aware and believe the reviews. This location has a very rude and unprofessional staff who will dismiss you even if you're on the phone with your doctor!

There's also now a fresh produce section so if you want something healthy you can get it here. Frozen slushies and fresh coffee here. They also have freshly made fudge but it didn't look as fresh and already packaged in plastic to go containers. They also have a bulk food section where you buy per container lot per pound. So if you get a container of gummy worms and you don't like it too bad. Otherwise store is large and clean and almost all prices are displayed.

I've also had repeated issues trying to load money onto my credit card, and no one has been able or willing to resolve the problem. My most frustrating experience happened around 2:00 a.m. There was an employee inside the store, so we reasonably assumed the store was open. When we asked if they were open, the employee simply looked at us and walked away without saying a word, leaving us standing outside confused with no explanation. A 7-Eleven is expected to provide reliable, 24-hour service and basic customer courtesy. Unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience at this location. I hope management addresses the customer service issues and provides employees with better training on communicating respectfully with customers.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Walmart today…read more After paying for my groceries, I realized I had accidentally left one of my reusable fabric shopping bags in the produce section. I went back inside, found my bag, and headed back out. Because I accidentally walked toward the wrong door first, I simply walked a couple of feet over to the correct exit and left. A few minutes later, while I was sitting in my car, a Walmart employee approached me and demanded to see my receipt because i walked out the wrong door. I understand that receipt checks may be part of store policy, and I would have gladly cooperated. What upset me was the employee's attitude and the way he handled the situation. While I was looking for my receipt, he rudely said, "Just give me the bag of food and we'll call it even," implying that I had stolen my groceries. I found that comment insulting and unprofessional. Once I located my receipt, he looked at it, handed it back, said, "Have a good day," and walked away without any apology or acknowledgment. To make matters worse, when I got home I called to speak with a manager. Around 3:30 p.m. I was told the manager was at lunch and to call back after 5:00 p.m. When I called back after 5:00, I was then told the manager had already gone home. I was told the manager is off at 5 every day.... I understand that employees have a job to do, but customers deserve to be treated with respect. Being spoken to as though I had stolen something, only to be proven that I had paid for everything, was embarrassing and unacceptable. I hope Walmart provides better customer service training and ensures customers have a way to speak with management when concerns like this arise.

I don't want to be to harsh but I have seen her on what seems to be personal calls via AirPods. So not even sure she is talking to you. She is slow to do things, forgetful when asking to put money on a pump after literally just asking for it. A few times the lines where so long and slow that it took about 20min just to get some drinks and put cash on a pump. I'd advise people in a hurry to use the station across the street. Otherwise the station seems fine nothing special. Little small and not much room for lines. Which this lady has a fetish for.
