Edited to clarify this about the pharmacy only. No issues with the store itself. I would give zero stars if I could... We frequently use the pharmacy here, as it's the only 24-hour pharmacy close by, and with young children, those off hours are much needed. Like so many other reviewers, I've dealt with the overly long wait times both in store and in the drive through, being placed on hold on the phone for more than 30 minutes when there was only "one caller" ahead of me. What prompted me to finally write a review is a recent discovery that they were using the wrong insurance card for me, causing me to spend hundreds of dollars on a medication that should have been a few dollars or free! I was given a prescription for a non-generic medication that is covered under the ACA as a preemptive/no-cost med (which I didn't know at the time). When I purchased it from the pharmacy, I was charged $165 for this monthly prescription. I balked at the price and ask the pharmacy tech if she applied my insurance - I handed her my card. She indicated that was the full cost and insurance didn't cover it because it's not a generic (sounded strange but I trusted her). Because I have a high deductible health plan, I assumed I had not met my deductible and there was some reason I was being charged the full price. After a few months, I decided the med wasn't worth it and stopped filling the prescription. A few months later, I asked my insurance company about it. After a lot of research, we learned that Walgreens had been applying my old insurance policy from a former employer. The tech misled me and told me she checked against my current insurance, even after I handed her the card! It's this kind of incompetence that makes me question their judgment! read more

Always quick and never forget to email and call to remind me of prescriptions are filled available to be picked up at my convince! Thanks to all pharmacy staff! Hold time to speak with someone needs improvement wait times usally are minimum 10 minutes long. pharmacist are very knowledgeable but could learn more about customer service from their wonderful staffed pharmacist assistances. Their pharmacy needs major improvements. It's virtually impossible to get them via phone because they'll leave you on hold for what feels like forever and then hang up on you after waiting 45-50 minutes. I decided to go through customer service to have them transfer me and all that said is that they're really busy and they might not pick up. Very poor customer service! Going to move to CVS instead. read more

Great pharmacy! They keep all my meds in order and are so very very friendly!!! Always smiles on their face! Yes the wait for prescriptions is long but lots of sick people out there! They work as fast as they can. read more

After today, the pharmacy here has become the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I've been waiting three weeks for a prescription due to it "needing to be approved by my insurance". I went in yesterday to pick up my prescription and was told that it was approved by my insurance and that my prescription would be ready for pickup in two hours. Knowing that this pharmacy is usually busy, I decided to come back today to pick it up. When I arrived to pick up the prescription today and after a twenty minute wait (Please note I was the FIRST in line), they tell me that my insurance hasn't approved my prescription yet. Now mind you, they had just told me yesterday that it was approved. The lady that told me it was approved yesterday was there when I went today, but in order to cover her own hide she lied and said that she never said it was approved. Now maybe she just didn't recall, but I don't think that's the case. She seemed to think it was funny too because she was laughing. Excellent customer service, right? Ugh. After I leave the Walgreens pharmacy, I call my insurance and they tell me that my prescription WAS APPROVED yesterday. So, why is the incompetent staff in the pharmacy telling me today that my prescription hasn't been approved when it really was? So, I ask my insurance, why is this pharmacy telling me today that my prescription hasn't been approved, when it was actually approved early yesterday morning? As it turns out, the people at Walgreens pharmacy were billing my insurance for more of my prescription than they were supposed to. My doctor wrote me a prescription for 1 RX kit, so my insurance approved 1 RX kit. Walgreens is billing my insurance for FOUR (4) RX kits. What the hell? So, because Walgreens didn't bill my insurance for the proper number of RX's, I've had to repeatedly get told that my prescription isn't ready. My God! Also, the pharmacy waiting time here is absolutely ridiculous. The service has declined drastically since my last review. There's been a few times that I have gone to the pharmacy (like today) and there will be a line of people waiting, but no one at the register to help serve people They don't even acknowledge you when you're waiting in line even though they see you and look right at you. There's no "Hello, we'll be right with you" or anything. They're just sooo slow, and don't even care how long they make people wait. Even the pharmacy at Wal-Mart has better service than they do here. So, needless to say, after I pick up this prescription, I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy because the staff here is full of people that have no business working in a customer service oriented environment nor in a pharmacy. read more

This is the worst Pharmacy I've ever been to. They consistently mess up prescriptions. Recently i went in to fill my prescription and they stated that it would be ready in an hour, because it was late I decided I would pick it up the following day and went home. I come back in the afternoon the following day to be told that they don't have it and they won't get it in until tomorrow. No phone call, no form of communication whatsoever. I refuse to give them my service ever again. The staff at this particular pharmacy is probably one of the worst I've ever dealt with. read more

I have never had such a lengthy process at a pharmacy. I went there several times and waited over an hour each time. They kept screwing up my wife's prescriptions. When the doc's office tried calling they said the line was busy. I had to wait in line and give the pharmacist my cell phone just so the doctor could get everything fixed. Pharmacy is ridiculously under staffed! I pick up my mother in laws prescriptions here and on two different occasions when I went to pick up refills they told me that they had ran out of medication and we would have to wait two more days! The parking lot has no room at all to park and backing out of any of the spaces there can only be done by very careful precision! WORST Walgreens I've EVER been 2!!!! My son has a prescription that apparently can only be filled at this location & has been on the same medicine for 6 months (acid reflex medicine) and EVERY single month has been a problem resulting in my son going days, even a week w/o his medicine because of their negligence!!!! Tonight we went to go pick up his prescription after receiving a text that it was ready 2 be picked up. Drove 40 mins & what do u know, once again bs! The last says it's not ready & they need to call my sons Doctor, which won't be until at least Monday. So wtf did I get a text saying it was ready?? So I'm obviously not happy to say the least so I call the store & ask 4 the manager & Dylan gets on the phone & I explain the situation to him 2 which he says "ok well what do u want me 2 do""?" REALLY??? No wonder this store is all screwed up! Thanks Walgreens 4 once again letting my baby go without his medicine he needs because you r complete idiots! This is some kind of joke here. This place doesn't even deserve a star. I waited about 2 hours for a prescription and they would attend other people and leave me last. What is this? Worst pharmacy ever, people are very rude. Don't even bother going here for medicine, they waste your time and lie to your face that the med is ready and its not even at all. Workers are LAZY.
