My wife has used this Walgreens for prescriptions for many years. They can be a bit slow at times, but my wife prefers them to CVS. My family has received a number of vaccinations at this location over the years without a problem and my wife has also taken kids to the clinic for simpler stuff. I am not saying that this place is the best ever, but it has been fine for us. You are always going to see critical reviews from people who were unhappy with their service. I understand that because I am more motivated to provide feedback under those circumstances. However, many others may have had good experiences with the same business. Completely incompetent pharmacy. My prescription was called in before 5pm. Arrived at 7:30pm to pick and it was not ready. Lady at the drive thru tells me that prescription was just received 10 minutes ago (complete lie!). 2 cars then pulled up behind me and I was asked to go around. My wife scheduled a covid test for 12:30pm in a Tuesday. She left work and arrived 10 min early. They told her to come back at 2:30 Bc they wouldn't have enough time to take her test Bc they had to take a lunch break. Avoid the Healthcare clinic at all costs. I'd give this a negative five stars if possible. This woman is a quack. She doesn't care about anyone, and can only see one person every 30 min. At one point she hid in her room for 25 minutes with no one in it. Her assistant is no better. More like a waste of oxygen in the store. Until they learn a bit about being nice and treating the sick with kindness, I'd go to the CVS clinic or to an Urgent Care facility. read more

This is our pharmacy, quick clinic and regular drug store. I think they do a good job. They handled our prescription transfers well when we first relocated to this area. They handle way more prescriptions than our old Walgreens so it's not as easy to have a personal relationship with the pharmacy staff, but we've been around for about 3 years now so I'm starting to feel some recognition. The gal that worked in the clinic last time we used was really great and the staff that work in beauty and at checkout are always very helpful and friendly. Only criticism is the bathroom needs a remodel. read more

Twice I scheduled to get a flu shot and twice they couldn't even get scheduling right. So instead I have one wasted trip and another very long wait when it should be walk in walk out. Don't bother with this location the pharmacy department is poorly managed. read more

And my girlfriend always gets awesome service from the beauty specialist most times on hand to help you with all your beauty needs. i go in , get all i need from health needs in pharmacy, tips on health from pharmacist. great selection of all kinds of items. shampoo to 5 lbs bags of frozen chicken , you can pretty much shop here instead of big grocery like kroger, heb, etc , etc, etc. walgreens is now for sure the place to shop for everything with great awesome customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!! go there, you won t be disappointed !! shop walgreens !!!! read more

Love this clinic (and the store). The wait is never long and you can shop if you want while you wait. I've always liked Walgreens, but now I love that "one stop shopping", and don't need to make an appt. w/my Dr., then sit for an hour. I go to the Take Care Clinic and I'm out in a short time, feeling better. I can even pick up medicine right away. The N.P. that I saw was named Karen. She was very thorough and detailed, in her diagnosis. She truely saved my life. I've had heart surgery since that day in July 2011. Today I'm better than ever and doing well! I've told friends and family and several have gone themselves. I'll be going back as needed. They even have an ap for your smartphone to check the wait time. They give Vacinations and flu shots. They do School physicals and much more. read more

This seems like a fairly standard Walgreens, but they frequently seem understaffed. I'm not sure what else to say about the place....

The PA walked past me 3 times, ignoring me in the waiting area. He had no other patients. He only responded when I called out to him, asking if he worked there. Was he going to leave me there all night simply because I had not understood the confusing sign in procedure? Why else would I be sitting in the waiting area dedicated to the clinic! I believe he was technically competent but no one deserves to be treated disrespectfully especially by someone who has chosen to work in a service profession. Lastly, he proscribed Rx ear drops that cost 250$ for the bottle! Not generic. There are many effective, generic alternatives. Was that because the clinic was inside a Walgreens? Concluding, I think you can get adequate minor health care here but go prepared to do battle and having to fight for what you need. Speak up. Question everything. That's all hard to do when you're in pain. read more

This is the worst Walgreens, I've ever been to. They open late every day. The staff is short, with there employees , angry and rude. Seems like there mad I'm shopping there right when they open. I'm tired of the aditudes, short answers and lack of patience with my son. When a kid notices the cashier is angry, something is wrong. ..These people need a nap or open later. They say walk-ins are welcome. That is not the case. If you do not have an appointment, be ready to wait for hours All appts come first, so you will wait until there are no more left. The doctor has a very bland personality. Do not even try to crack a joke. Honestly, do not go there unless you have to and ,ake an appt. read more

I went into the store to pick up a pack of gum and a red Bull. I saw a sign underneath the orbit gum for 3/$2 so I thought I was a good deal. I tried to check out with a coupon for the gum, and that's where my problem started. I told the gentleman that I have 3 of the same gum and he gave me a look and proceeded to say I can see that with a slight tone. I brushed it off. When I was about to swipe my card I noticed that all the gum rung up at full price. I forgot to put into my phone number, think this might be the issue, he had the manager void the transaction because of the coupon. Ihe scanned it again and it still came up, so i showed the gentleman the sign and he said that it was misplaced and then proceed back to the register and waited for me to swipe. I told him that I only wanted one of the gum now and he begrudgingly said I have to get it voided. He proceeded to tell me that he can just ring me out and then return the gums. He thought I said I would like to return one but I said two and he sighed and said okay.  I left as soon as I can. Employees should have the option to void items on by themselves without a manager, but above everything else, employees should have a better attitude. I shopped there on Saturday and the employee said to a customer why are you buying that water? It is only filter tap water. I was confused on why an employee said that. It's will be my very last time coming to this location read more
