Amazing how disorganized and disappointed costumer service in this location. Date -09/14/2019 5:25pm. Photo - we online upload and ordered a one single wood hanging frame. According to online confirmation and confirmation email shows pickup will be available after 11am same day. So we call the location and confirmed our order is ready for pick up around 4PM. We showed up around 5:25 pm to pickup which they confirmed over the phone is ready to pick up. Two people head of us waiting to be help. Finally a lady showed up and said there orders are not ready and mumbled about some computer glitch Then she do not even ask our name to see they have my order and said no it's not ready. May be she got powers to figure out my name. Then we ask her who worked in the photo counter around 4pm and how they verify our order ready for pick up then all of sudden defensive ugliness come out her and got really rude to us. After a few minutes after she mumbled some mumbo jumbo the look at her computer and said "oh it's just received " This location just like many other locations around California does not care about customer service due to they got enough customers. I would be to blame even caring about to writer this review they don't even care how bad they screws up our day. We order a photo for my sister-in-law for her birthday and plan to pick up On the way to the birthday party and this uneducated unapologetic person ruined for us. Horrible. Really this kid cashier gives me attitude for using a coupon. Ummm yea call the manager. Then he completely changed his attitude. He was telling me that I can't use this coupon for some reason. I was telling him, yes I can. It's a Walgreens Rewards coupon and I can use it for anything. Manager comes over and says, oh just do it again, it should work. Why do people keep constantly working in the customer service industry and clearly they don't want to be doing that. Your typical Walgreens with an unfortunate problem: there are many people near the entrance begging for money, selling pirated DVDs, or loitering about. Mind you, it's the last of these that really worries me. In the last few times I have needed to visit, I noticed the staff personally shooed several of these individuals. However, it is not effective enough (yet?) to make me feel safe visiting any time near sunset. If you can drive/bike, head elsewhere. If, like me, you need to head here sometimes because it is the closest pharmacy, don't go alone. read more

The store itself is fine, but the pharmacy is not great. The drive-through is often closed when it's supposed to be open, and sometimes the wait is forever just for one recurring prescription! Online prescription ordering doesn't work, FYI. Last night the woman at the counter asked for our last name 5-6 times, filling the prescription while eating chips and talking about how hungry she was. My first time using their pharmacy & I give this store "big ups" for just having the medication I need, and being able to fill my prescription that 2 CVS's in my area (LaBrea& Market/ Centinela &LaTijra in Inglewood) could not because they were out of stock and could not give me a specific date when they'd have my needed medication. I actually think most of the staff are lovely. The managers are very nice. I think the manager I dealt with Juan, super nice. I had an issue once and only once. The staff know alot of the regular patrons. Itis nice. There are a lot of people outside asking for money, but that isnt the store or its employees fault. Just had the most annoying visit this morning...walked in to buy some items I needed ended up Having the Hispanic guy in the gray vest follow me all over the store...I'm pushing a shopping cart and texting with the other hand...but I still seen him following me closely like I was a criminal...just got off work wearing scrubs ( making more money than him) ...but I guess he thought I was gonna use my THIRD arm to shove the bottle of bleach I had down my clothes...crazy just going to Buy bleach and was racially profiled by the tight vest guy...then at one point he almost bumped into me...so I asked for his assistance in finding an item...so he proceeds to go in the back for a second to act like he looked...then he pops back out and says they don't have the item...he didn't look...he was too busy watching me...btw there were also Hispanics in the store...he didn't bother to follow them ...one even was carrying a large bag on her arm...big enough for the bottle of bleach I was trying to buy...Walgreens if you don't want black customers just post a big sign outside the store...don't have your customers follow us around the store for those low wages you pay them ... read more

Love Walgreens! They have a lot packed into their store without it feeling over-crowded. This is a nice location with very helpful staff. Got a great Inglewood sweatshirt there. The staff was very helpful in getting to the bottom of the pile to find the color and size I wanted. :) read more

Pretty big Walgreens store but still didn't have a wide variety of what I came to the store to buy. Close to my house so I'll be back. Cashiers could use a little training. Compared to the 2 nearest competitors, this store is usually very well stocked and has a wider selection in cosmetics. Minus a star being that every lipstick tube and gloss has the seal broken. She asked about their 20% discount and the guy at the counter said "only on Wednesdays" when CLEARLY on their flyer it said it was today as well. I went to pickup a FedEx package that was delivered and had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to come over to the photo aisle. Another woman was waiting them before me too. I saw an employee come in and out of the employee back room and when the door opened I saw 3 girls standing there talking, with seemingly no sense of urgency that there were customers who needed help in the store. When they finally came out to help, the store manger, Valentina, was SO rude. I barely got a word out before she snapped back at me with a serious attitude for no reason. I just wanted to say I was picking up a package and all her responses back were filled with attitude and she was huffing and puffing and sighing in between. I am a young adult who has worked in numerous customer service settings so I know how it is. I did nothing wrong and was greeted with immediate disrespect. Whoever named her a manager might want to rethink that, especially since it seems like there are other reviews that had the same issues with her. read more

The pharmacy her is absolutely terrible! I will be moving my prescriptions. They NEVER answer the phone, I've called on three different occasions and they picked up and put the call on hold after holding or 24 minutes. They don't care about the customer and make excuses when you do get them. Also, had a pharmacy rep named Kim put me on hold twice with no acknowledgment that she was placing me on hold and I reported it to the manager. Absolutely! This pharmacy used to be very reliable, efficient and prompt. Within the last 5 to 6 months it has deteriorated greatly. Either they don't notify you when the medication is ready or they send a message saying they "are working on it" and they are not. Plain and simple - this pharmacy sucks. The staff appear lazy, moving at a snail's pace. Two of my prescriptions they did not have, including a very common flu medication! Anyhow, to top it off, Amber (long haired chunky black girl) is plain rude. Her body language and speech clearly tells you she's not interested in help you. And, she even had the nerve to socially talk in her drawl to some guy behind me, which kept confusing me - um, is that "yes" to me or to him? I even had to tell her to focus on her customer - me! The only good thing out of this experience, which is why I gave it a 2, is that I had to call CVS to see if they had the prescription in-stock. Then, the pharmacist (slender white guy) called the pharmacy to have them order it. But, all of them just didn't seem to care. They need a manager - a good manager - who can help them understand basic customer service and quality. read more

I was just at this Walgreens around 11:00 pm , as I was cashing out , a homeless man got near me and stared to talk very aggressively to myself and the cashier. She asked the homeless man to leave me alone and asked him to leave , she immediately called the security guard and the security guard rapidly arrived to the front of the store , all though the homeless man walked out of the store , they walked me all the way to my care for safety. This review is in reference to the Pharmacy.at Florence and La Brea in Inglewood .I get all of my medications filled at this location for at least 3 years. I have never had any real issues until today, February 12, 2016. I left a prescription at 11;00 a.m. for pain and antibiotics issued because of hand surgery today. When I returned at 5;30 p.m. my prescriptions were not filled due to the Doctor's office put the wrong date on the prescription, for 3 days later, which is not Walgreens error, however, I asked when I left the prescription what time could I pick up, she stated in 2 hours but if it's ready earlier we will text you. She put my phone number on the prescription besides I get between 3 to 7 prescriptions filled at that location each month, I am not a stranger. No one called me to advise, if I had been called I could have during office hours at the doctor office, corrected the problem. I will be moving all of my prescriptions to another Pharmacy immediately. For over 40 years my family had a neighborhood Pharmacy, Rexall at the corner of Van Ness Avenue and Florence Avenue...Dr. Arnold....He retired and closed the Pharmacy. Never A Mistake in 40 Years. Dr. Arnold took such pride in what he did. These corporations don't care about people, they don't care if they put you in harms way with their errors. They hire the worst of the worst. read more
