Update. If I could add zero stars I would. Walgreens continues to be out of medication stock, I guess they aren't very good at keeping track and reordering. Why did I have to wait two weeks while continuously getting messages that they are working on a my prescription and then get another message saying they are out of the meds? Then when I talk with them they say they need to reorder. I'm not understanding why they don't reorder when they received my script? They said there is a nationwide shortage of my meds. Funny how when I called HEB pharmacy they had it in stock! I switched to HEB pharmacy and they have been amazing! read more

After 20 years patronizing this Walgreens, the atrocious service and inability to maintain inventory drove me to H-E-B pharmacy down the road. For the past year, Walgreens was chronically out of stock on commonly prescribed meds with 4-7 day delay in fulfillment. They also informed me that my insurance co-pay had changed and began charging me $90 for something. I'd previously paid $15. Just had my first H-E-B pharmacy experience. My prescription was filled immediately and I was only charged $17. Bravo for the Texas company (HEB) that actually serves their patrons and local community. The Walgreen's 'carpetbaggers' should return to whatever hole they emerged from. read more

First and foremost, let me start by saying I use to really love this pharmacy and especially the kind and attentive pharmacy manager Meha Patel. -- she is the best! That being said, my child saw his doctor last Thursday morning and his prescription was called in at that time (Thursday morning). I received a call that they did not have it in stock and they would have to order it (which usually takes 2 or 3 days tops). So after waiting five whole days, I call to see if it is ready yet since we are going on vacation later this week. They told me they are out and will have to order it... Why on earth are they just now ordering it after sitting on it for 5-Days already? Furthermore, we were told it will be in "later this week" which means we will be on vacation without medication... CONCLUSION: Go here if you want to wait a week for medication. read more

Nothing about this store is convenient. There so annoying. I was placed on hold more then 8 minutes. I don't mind being patient but what's frustrates me is they leave me with this lame elevator music pick up the phone then place me on hold again and again . THEN when I get to the store it's always only 1 person or no people in line at the pharmacy. So what takes them so long to answer the phone? I just learn today they must have called ID because I never said my name but he was able to answer my question about the prescription I needed. I miss CVS, I never had this problem there but my insurance is not covered there. read more

Shame on you Walgreens! I stop in Walgreens almost daily. I just left. As I was walking around to get items, I noticed customers not wearing masks. When I went to check out I told the lady that people are in the store without masks. She told me they had a right to be there. She said that if I had a problem to call the corporate office. She said that the employees were advised not to be concerned with people not wearing masks. Unbelievable. Pharmacy Drive-Thru: Man Screaming At Car In Front It would be safer if the pharmacy techs were timely and responsive at the drive-thru at this location. I was picking-up a prescription today. The three techs could not process the coupon needed because of my insurance changing. A man in the car behind me got out of his car and started screaming many cuss words because he was upset that my order was taking a long time. At first I was confused because I had not spoken to this person. I was just the car in front at the window. I asked the techs to call the cops. They did not. I have never seen this person before and was not sure if he would stop screaming toward my car as he approached. He got out of his car and also walked to the phone in the drive thru lane as he continued screaming three different derogatory words only used for females. I locked my car. He kept looking into my car, I looked over, and he would use both middle fingers as a gesture. The head pharmacist just looked out the window and then ducked back in. The techs did nothing. The Pharmacy technicians are clueless and unprofessional. Dropped off a prescription, said would be done in an hr. Gave them all information, including number. Drove around for an hr and came back to pick up prescription, guy at door said few mins, still working on it. Comes back 3 mins later and says the prescription isn't in stock and that they're sorry. Like wtf?????? Didn't they think to CALL ME and NOTOFY ME? Instead if wasting my time! Then the guy had the nerves to say " we're giving you back your prescription " Like no shit sherlock! I have stopped in this Walgreens when in the area to pick up a few items and have always found they have a plentiful stock and organized, easy to locate items. While the prices can be a little more for some items, they do offer good sales on products like feminine needs, basic toiletries, pain relievers and seasonal items. Items like nail polish remover and the ever important deodorant are always sold at decent prices. So you see, there's no reason to smell bad, people. The store seems clean and employees are friendly and the lines move at a good pace. The parking lot is pretty big with easy entrance and exit. The location is convenient for the area and has always served me well when needed. read more

This is my 1st time using this Walgreen's Pharmacy..... I called to see if they had my medication, the tech was friendly. When I arrived, the tech was efficient and nice. I was told my prescription would be 20 minutes, it was done in 10 minutes. I literally told him he was spoiling me!!!! My usual Walgreens: (I usually go to a 24 hour pharmacy and I prepare myself for a 20 minute wait- just to turn in my script- I am saying this because picking up a monthly medication has literally turned into a walking resentment!) read more

So they were only letting me buy 2 on sale and wanted me to pay full price for the 3rd one. I was about to pay for a box of diapers for $30 also. Very convenient location, located at the intersection of Dulles & Lexington. The store is kept very clean and organized. When walking in, you're almost guaranteed to be greeted by someone, even if they're busy doing something else! The pharmacy is usually quick, but sometimes the pharmacists/pharm tech's may be caught up in something before they can help you.. Although I wish if they were busy with something else, they would at least look busy. They have a drive-thru pharmacy as well! read more
