It's really confusing having 2 CVS locations across the street from each other. (though I have a suspicion that once the stand alone location is done with their renovation, this location will be closed & the staff migrated over). The staff here at the Target location is great. They're very friendly and helpful and really know their stuff. I've never had any issues with them and if my pediatrician's office calls in a subscription, it'll be ready within 30 almost guaranteed. I really like this location. I do hope that if it does get closed down that everyone comes over to the other location. They have some of the best pharmacy customer service I've ever had.

I understand the difficulty in hiring and retaining good employees, but I cannot ignore the unacceptable treatment I received during my recent visit. As a disabled person, I was subjected to rude behavior, bordering on harassment, by a cashier who refused to answer my questions, said she had a mental illness, and told me to leave the store because I didn't treat her like a human being, which shocked me. I am always very polite and patient with people, especially in service settings. She also claimed her mental health issues came from working with people. While I sympathize with her situation, her conduct was inappropriate and unacceptable. CVS needs to address this issue and consider assigning her to a role that does not involve customer interaction to prevent further mistreatment.

I came to this CVS since I was in the plaza getting my car registration renewal sticker from the kiosk inside Albertsons. My dad needed eye drops for his red eyes so I came here to get it. When I walked inside, I looked at their aisle directory and saw where they had the eye care products. A worker asked if I needed any help and I told her I was just looking for eye drops so she told me where it was. The one I needed was behind a locked cabinet so I had to ask the same lady to open it for me. She was very helpful and nice. The checkout process was simple and I had some rewards so I applied it to the eye drops to get a discount. There a lot of parking in the plaza where this store is in.

The lady working was very nice and knowledgeable on the products, I think her name was Maddie. They didn't have the item my wife was looking for but she got something else. They have a lot of products inside and also do some services for women. My wife asked about their specials and also wanted to do her eyebrows. They also have specials on certain days and the deals seem reasonable. They charge a small fee here if you pay by credit card so just be aware.
