The technician, who told me her name was Deema (I'm not sure of the spelling), was rude and had an attitude from the beginning. Neither she nor the pharmacist appeared to be wearing a name tag, so I'm not even sure I have their names spelled correctly. I was told my prescription would take 20 minutes, mind you it's a pre-packaged medication And the pharmacy had no line but whatever so I said to her I would shop around the store while I waited. I came back at 1:33 PM and the pharmacy gate was closed. I could see the employees behind the gate, so I asked what happened to my prescription and explained that I had been waiting. They told me they were on break. I asked if they could please give me my prescription since I had already waited the time I was told, and the pharmacist, who I believe was named Sargis, responded with an extreme attitude: "Ma'am, come back later. We're closed for break." Then he claimed that he had paged/called me twice. I strongly dispute that. I was in the store the entire time and was never properly called or paged. If I had been, obviously I would have gone to the pharmacy. What bothered me most was the complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I followed the instructions I was given, waited in the store, and came back when I was told to. Instead of simply explaining the situation and apologizing, I was treated like I was the problem. Completely unacceptable customer service. I will be taking this up with CVS management/corporate and will not be using this pharmacy again.

I needed a pain prescription filled, I was in severe pain from a procedure. The doctor made a small error which prevented them from filling the prescription. When I called because it was delayed, they were rude, told me it was not their fault, and that I should call the doctors office myself. I finally got the doctor to fix the prescription, but then got a message from the pharmacy that they needed another 90 minutes to fill the prescription, by which time I had no way to pick it up. I called them to ask if they could expedite it and they refused. Then I called to see if the prescription could be delivered and that was not possible either. The person on the phone accused me of being rude and "cussing her out" which I absolutely did not do, and hung up on me. I was in severe pain and really needed my medication, which I ended up not being able to get until the next day. I was not rude or inappropriate, Instead, the staff were insensitive, unsympathetiic, unhelpful, and rude to me. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions and never entering that store again.

Joke's on you- they do not work. It's just patron after patron stuck trying to figure out this unnecessarily complicated interface while the person behind the counter who normally would just verbally take your order and hand you your meds, stands there helplessly 2 feet away trying to help you through this new nightmare experience you are both in. I can only assume the head of CVS's IT department is in some elaborate fight to sabotage the head of Pharmacy and the rest of us are just collateral damage. For a company closing a ton of stores to "optimize their retail footprint", this is not the answer. I have thus far tried twice to pick up my prescription and been thwarted both times by a short line that does not move because no one can figure out this dumb kiosk. And I don't think the pharmacists can bypass it? Whose idea was this?! Did no one test this thing before unleashing it on the masses? This CVS is closer to my home which makes it my CVS and sometimes I'll get the odd craving to make cheap macaroni and find myself at 11:30 at night parking on or around Thayer for a quick food run. Speaking of parking, it's not easy finding a spot as they don't have a lot and trying to find a space in that area is almost futile at certain hours of the day.

Yes, items like laundry detergent.... Weird. I have seen stores that keep expensive OTC drugs or expensive make up items under glass or plastic doors, but never seen detergents. I thought this was really odd and funny at the same time. I was met with comments like "well at least I have insurance and pay for mine" "if you want any discounts you're going to have to come inside and talk to someone else" among others. She told me she would remove any discounts on my account just because I started to become upset and frustrated. I believe I was warranted to be upset considering all of the information I gave her was correct and my insurance has not expired yet. Shame on you Michelle. You shouldn't be working in any type of health care or customer service.

The pharmacist has been doing it for years she followed in the footsteps of her mother and her father who have both since retired. The price is a very very reasonable they go out of their way to make sure they get the best price for your prescription. They also offer free delivery in Attleboro. I know this because I have a client who gets her medicine delivered from them and she lives in assisted-living by Lassale trine. They also have cards as well as other types of toiletries and pharmacy items you need like powder or cream more that type of stuff. I went in yesterday and they have now put in a eyeglass store so you can bring your prescriptions in and pick up the eyeglasses and stuff and have them filled so it's kind like one stop shopping type of thing. Definitely worth a stop in if you're in The County Square area and looking for something different
