Was told wait time would be 10 to 15 minutes. 30 minutes later we go to walk in and they love the doors to take a "15 minute break" that has already been a half hour - now been waiting over one hour - extremely unprofessional - don't fill you prescription here!

My 20 minute quote, turned into a 55 min wait for 2 prescriptions because the Head Pharmacist would not put her phone away.

The men behind the counter in blue scrubs we're awesome. The woman in the white coat here this morning should not be in charge of anyone or anybodies prescriptions. This morning I went in to fill 2 prescriptions for my father before his vacation. I go inside to the counter, and speak with the woman in the white coat. She says she can fill my prescriptions in about 20-30 minutes. I go back inside, 50 minutes later and stand around at the counter, the two men are busy on the phone doing drive through orders, and she is standing where she is supposed to be doing prescriptions, answering every text message that she receives every 20 seconds. She didn't bother to even look to see if I was a new customer or if I just needed help. I interrupt her to ask her if my 2 prescriptions are ready and she says they will be ready in just a few minutes. I said why are my prescriptions not done? She replies that she is just very busy. And I asked her I have been standing here ignored for 3 minutes watching you send texts on your cell phone. She tries to deflect my comments as if I am talking about the notification system that tells you when your prescription is ready, telling me the company is the one who sends the texts, not her. Again, I reassure her that I am talking about the inconsiderate behavior of her prioritizing her personal life ahead of filling all of the orders of customers first. Walgreens gets the work of half of a person when she is behind the counter. By far the worst pharmacy experience I have encountered. Really shocking to have to address adults as if they are 15. Put your phone away!!!!! Leaving it in plain sight and ignoring the customers while they could all see her texting there was a pretty bad move.

If you're coming for a vaccine. Be prepared to wait. Atleast 20-30 minutes, even if no one is ahead of you.

I am so tired of their phone system directing people to schedule a vaccine instead of answering questions.

The service here is complete trash, took them way too long for them to do simple things that takes other locations seconds

I've been coming to Mirako Spa for facials for years and have probably been here 10 times now. I…read moreoriginally found them through Groupon (great value around $70), but lately I've been booking directly with the spa even though it's around $90, and honestly I think it's worth it. It feels like they use even nicer products when booking direct, which I've really noticed in the results. The facility is always very clean and relaxing, the products feel high quality, and the facial massage is amazing -- one of my favorite parts. Service has consistently been great every visit, and I always leave feeling refreshed. Overall, a wonderful experience every time and definitely a place I keep coming back to.

I reached Mirako Spa in Brea for my facial appointment exactly 3 mins late. A lady who told me that…read moremy appointment was at 2:30pm. (I have attached text messages that my appointment was at 2:45pm). Upon showing the text message, she agreed that I was late by 3 mins. (+ 5 mins grace period). I was informed right away that I need to reschedule as I was late or cut down my facial time from 60mins to 40 mins. I should have arrived 15 mins before the appointment time. Therefore, my showing up delayed by 3 mins would delay the next client by 15 mins as they needed time to prepare for the next client! Math doesn't add up any way we look at it unless they had informed in advance to show up 15 mins before the appointment time, which they hadn't. 1. There was absolutely no notification or instruction provided to me about arriving 15 mins early before the appointment time at the time of making my appointment or text reminder. Therefore if one is late by less than. 10 mins, they lose their facial time by 20mins and are lashed out if clients try to reason out. I was told me to depart as I was 3 mins late or reduce my facial time by 20 mins. 2. Jenny, who came over from inside took over the conversation, was very unprofessional and rude. She argued with me for 15 mins non-stop when I tried to reason out that if I was late by 3 mins, if they wanted to be a stickler of time without informing me to arrive 15 mins early, they should take away 3 mins of my time not, 20 mins. She yelled at me saying "I don't want you to come here ever, I never want to give you service!". I don't understand how Mirako Spa even employs such people who are clueless about how to treat clients with courtesy, let alone working in a service industry. Here is the twist: when I checked in, another lady besides Jenny told me that my appointment was at 2:30pm, which their mistake to begin with as my appointment was at 2:45pm. It appears that they messed up with their own scheduling but because I was 3 mins late for my 2:45 appt, I bore the brunt of Jenny's unprofessional behavior as she couldn't admit that they had accidentally messed up scheduling my appointment. Instead she told me to leave or get a facial cut down by 20mins! I am attaching screenshots of my appointment time. As per Jenny, I should have a common sense to show up 15 mins before appointment time even though I wasn't informed about arriving early or else, appt that was anyway scheduled incorrectly by 15 mins sooner, from what I was notified. Try to avoid Jenny if you go to Mirako Spa in Brea, she can be scathing, unreasonable, and unprofessional. Try to reach 15 mins prior to your appointment even if they don't notify you.

I have shopped here before and grabbed some goodies…read more I came back because I was looking for a specific item. Recently, I lost my husband favorite nail clippers. I can't find them anywhere. I feel really bad about losing them. He told me that they were stainless steel and from Sephora. Okay, no worries. I was at Kolhs doing a return for Amazon, and figured I could look here. I searched everywhere and didn't see nail clippers. I walked up the front and asked the employee for help. She said she hadn't seen nail clippers at their store. She offered some advice of going to an actually Sephora store. She was very nice and friendly. I looked up some Sephora stores nearby. I also thought to look online. I figured, if they have it, wouldn't it be sol online? Online doesn't show that Sephora sells nail clippers. I don't really want to drive around to several stores if they don't even sell it. I'm guessing this is something they used to sell, but don't anymore? Or maybe they only sell this item around the holidays. I'm not too sure at this point. I might have to break the news to my husband that I can't find the exact nail clipper replacement. Sad day.

I believe kohls Sephora associates need to have a class in courtesy and customer service.
