I said I am not lying and I have emails with my doctor to prove it. Then he finally found it. He did not apologize and curtly said he'd take care of it. I pay too much to be verbally accosted and accused of lying by cvs staff.

TOWN CENTER CAR WASH Part of their washer system that sprays…read morea bluish sudsy looking stuff onto the top of the vehicle was "broken" as it only reached about 1/4 of the driver's side of my vehicle and failed to cover entire thing. They did give me a refund on the "Platinum" job, which they discounted down to "regular wash" job plus a free hotdog. Vacuuming was so-so...poorly done. Finishing details were not done well, some streaking on windows which I had to hit with a little Windex & paper towel when I got home. The cup holder and console area and rest of the dash...poorly cleaned; I spent quit some time cleaning it myself after I left. I will admit my car was pretty dirty, but still I expected a better final result; even though poor result, I felt sorry for the guy who worked on my vehicle, so tipped him $7. The "Platinum Clean" is supposed to be a "mini-detailing"...but it really was more like a "regular job". Tire treatment didn't give much of a shine. They were nice...no problem with how I was treated. Think I'll try an individual detailer next time.

Fast forward another year I'm back for a wash against my better judgment. Requesting a basic external wash only, then looking at my hood with bird droppings said they can't and I would need to upgrade in order for them to wash my car. I preceded to explain i will clean it off myself and you can provide the requested service. Much to their amusement or bewilderment they watched me scrub the bird droppings off at the pumps across from the wash. I'm now back and ready for the basic car wash, same guy who's always there tells me something about "scratches" and I still need an upgraded service and if still wanted a basic wash I would need to speak with the manager ‍. Needless to say I left in awe once again from the car wash mafia. I dare anyone to come here for basic wash, see what happens.....i will never waste my time or money here ever. This place needs to go out business for good.
