I don't typically leave reviews for places because I used to work in customer service and I just...know how it can be. However, I just left this Walgreens pharmacy on the verge of tears and want to warn people to stay away from this pharmacy if they value being treated with care when receiving medications or treatment. I came in trying to pick up a new medication last week to treat depression and anxiety, and they withheld this medication and one more of my medications due to them having an interaction. This morning, I returned under the impression that my psychiatrist's office had called and handled it with them so that I could pick up the medications. When trying to explain the situation to the woman at the pickup counter, Deanna, she kept rudely cutting me off and wouldn't let me finish explaining my situation, telling me what i already knew. I then called my psych's office and they called the pharmacy FOUR TIMES trying to get me cleared to pick up my medications. Finally they left a voicemail, and when I told Deanna this she continued to have the most rude attitude and turned to the pharmacist saying, "i GUESS there's a voicemail about her medication" and continued to act like it bothered her so badly that I was trying to get my medications at her pharmacy. I have pretty debilitating anxiety and have a hard time speaking to people in public as it is, and because of Deanna's attitude and the way she treated me and other patients while I was there, I will definitely not be returning to this location. I shouldn't have to deal with that for simply going to a pharmacy to pick up a medication, and neither should anyone else. Someone needs a vacation, or maybe a new career path. and it's not me. **I should add that I also wasn't offered a consultation for these new meds that have potential interactions, and I was honestly afraid to ask for one because she made it seem like my presence was such an issue. I think a consultation might have been important for me to get though! read more

Had to stop by this location for a quick purchase. It was a little better than some others I've been to, but not by much. I've seen worse Walgreens, but not much better, if that says anything. I wish Walgreens would train their employees on how to use the coupons on their app. It's very frustrating to ask questions and be told I need to call the app people. read more

Pathetic excuse for a pharmacy. Completely rude, unhelpful and inept employees. Why do they all hate their jobs and customers so much? I have now had 4 interactions with this location and hands down the worst Walgreens I have ever encountered. All the negative reviews speaks for itself. I took my son for Covid shot and Deanna (senior pharmacy technician) was already complaining her workload with another Asian woman in the back before I started talking. When my son started acting out. she immediately asked if he was sick note it was a very nasty tone and eye roll. Not asking that you should have empathy but didn't have to be nasty about it. I left because at the end she finished her paperwork went back to complaining about her work. I didn't feel comfortable getting the vaccine from her for my son after all. when I told the manager to please tell the ladies that I am leaving and before I even started speaking, he told me to stay back before I talk. What is wrong people! you can choose to talk a certain way, but being nice won't hurt. read more

Zero stars. The pharmacy is a bit of a joke, the women who work there are old and bitter. Completely unfriendly under any circumstances, absolutely un helpful. Seeing the other reviews just solidified my feelings about this location. I get there were some issues with my prescription, but the way I was addressed was unacceptable. My 2nd time using this pharmacy and as I was walking in I was literally talking about how terrible they all are, and sure enough I have problems getting my medicine and I get attitude for absolutely no reason. UPDATE: transferred my prescription to cvs after not being able to get ahold of anyone here, ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUE. The woman here said I couldnt pick it up without a doctors confirmation, cvs transferred my prescription and had it ready for me within the afternoon. No fuss no attitude from old ladies. Also it was 3 dollars... compared to your 23.99 HAH. I rest my case. Just because I'm a young adult picking up a controlled substance does not mean I'm abusing it. I've been on this low dose medication for years for manic anxiety and it's astonishing to me how judgmental these women are at Walgreens. read more

Shouldn't even rate it one star. This pharmacy sucks they charged my wife $115 for our cats Kepra. This same prescription at Costco is $30 we were in a pinch so ended up here. They wanted to originally charge $300 but said if she joined walgreens she would save $$. The first & last time i went into this store I had about $120 worth of items in my cart and asked where the beer & wine was? They told me, "we dont sell alcohol "?????? WTF, after a little research i found out the company was owned by Mormons. Well I left my cart full never to return. This is California not Utah. They finally wised up and I heard they are now selling alcohol. But to gouge the locals for profit thats wrong. DONT LINE THEIR POCKETS GO ANYWHERE ELSE read more

I absolutely love this pharmacy. I used to live right next door to CVS and loathed their service so much that I would drive the extra three miles just to come here. It has been the best decision ever since. In the last year I had a sick household for about 6 months straight and frequented here a ton. The pharmacy staff is always great. There were times they were sold out of medication and would do me a favor and check at the other Walgreens for me to see if they had it in stock. I also got a prescription recently and the pharmacist went above and beyond in doing her due diligence before I left to come back later to pick it up (I wasn't in a rush)... she first checked to see if it was in stock; she entered it into the system so see what my insurance would cover; upon discovering it was barely covered, she looked into a generic version and asked if we'd be interested in that. The point of the story is, they didn't waste my time by letting me just simply drop off a prescription only to be told at pickup that it wasn't covered and was out of stock. They work hard and they work with a smile. I gazed at some of the other reviews and I don't get it. I've never had a bad experience with the pharmacy here, but have hated my experiences at CVS and I just wanted to share my positive experiences. I would have given this Walgreens 5 stars, BUT their photo department staff are completely opposite of the pharmacy. Never greeted sincerely and nicely. My orders have been improperly cut in the past, and upon receiving a call from them to bring verification that I had permission to print family photos taken by a professional, they still seemed to peer over the paperwork as if it was trying to get something past them even though it came straight from the photographer. It was frustrating to say the least. Ironically, my brother had the same exact family photos printed through Walgreens.com and they weren't harassed for verification. Long story long, unless I'm in a pinch for time, I'll only be printing photos through their website from now on. read more

Pharmacy staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. We were waiting in line (a line of only 2 individuals mind you) and we were turned away because by the time we reached the front of the line it was 1:32 and they close at 1:30 for lunch. Staff was so rude, did not inform us that they were closing but rather complained over and over that they are "supposed to close at 1:30 and it's so busy why is everyone coming now?" (Everyone, 2 people). The other pharmacist proceeded to slam the garage style window. No wonder they have such horrendous reviews. It would behoove y'all to work on your customer service and just people skills in general. read more

We scheduled our second Moderna Booster vaccine. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Did nor feel the injection. My insurance paid for the vaccine. My are was a little sore, the next day, but today, I have no pain. I ve been to the gym twice since my injection. No side affects, and We are 69 & 70 yrs of age. My wife had a stroke two years ago, and I am a 4 year Kidney cancer survivor. read more

Unfortunately one of my medications can only be filled here otherwise I would not do business with them specifically due to this woman's condescending attitude. The Pharmacy staff here are great. Cons: Weekends - they never answer the phone and you'll be on hold for a long time (I've seen them standing there doing nothing as the phone rang and rang) now I know why - They gave my wife the wrong quantity of medication, I mean really?? That's your only job! Pros: Weekday - super friendly - no wait at all - also less busy because it's during the day Love this Walgreens, just make sure you count your medication and that they didn't give you someone else's by accident. read more

This review is specifically for the Pharmacy department. I don't like to leave reviews, however, this awful experience and incompetency of an individual has warranted me to do so. There's a Pharmacy tech who is just extremely unprofessional with her tone of voice and unwillingness to go out of her way to figure out how to appropriately enter my insurance information into the computer system, so that I can receive my prescription without having to pay out of pocket for my medications. After following her advice to call the # on the back of my insurance card so I can try to mend the issue and verify that Walgreens is within my network (which it is), I returned to her window to explain just that. She seemed irritated, & her response simply made me feel like she could absolutely care less and that I should just resort to a different pharmacy that can input my information into their system. I had my prescription sent to CVS down the street and was able to get my medications with no issues. read more

I haven't had any experience with the pharmacy so I can only comment on the general store. They have a pretty decent selection of anything you may need. The staff is friendly, sometimes slow but not the worst. There's always parking at this location and they even offer a place to charge your vehicle. read more

Got my 2 pfizer vaccination shots there. I had a good experience at the first shot, it was done correctly i was happy about it but the second time, there was an asian guy whose name is David who was terrible. He was careless, very harsh and didnt cover the shot after. When i asked a bandaid to cover it just like the last time, he almost resisted, gave me an attitude and then hardly put one on the shot, i myself had to fix it. His behavior was so off and offensive. As far as drug store chains go, Walgreen is not my favorite...their prices are almost always higher than elsewhere and their checkout lines are slow as molasses. These are the two reasons you go to a drug store for the most part right? The only reason they got 2 stars is because I like the quality of their photo center. I once used target's online service & their photo paper was crap. Walgreen's photos come out quite well...good paper & color quality. read more

Despite all the bad reviews, I was really blessed I met Nerrie (hope I'm spelling it right) she was the pharmacist who gave me my second dose. She was so gentle and I told her I was super nervous because I get very dizzy after vaccines. She made sure I was comfortable and talked to me throughout the entire appointment. She got me an extra chair to lay my legs on and I'm really grateful she was gentle. Thank you Nerrie! read more

I don't mind that I was on hold for 30 minutes to ask a question about when a medication was going to be back in stock so that I could refill my prescription. They were upfront and honest with me when I first called. What I do have a problem with is the person I spoke to raised her voice at me when asking for clarification. This was unprofessional and not good customer service. However, I don't blame her. If I was on hold that long, I can only imagine the other phone calls and chaos she was dealing with. Sounds like there needs to more staff in the Pharmacy! read more

This is by far the worst Walgreens. 1) they don't sell liquor. 2) cigarets are old and stale 3) the pharmacy is often closed in the middle of the day for no reason and closes early weekends. I wouldn't come If they weren't the only ones who sold my medicine. read more

Insurance is the only reason that I go there, they are the only pharmacy my insurance covers and refer to them as a "Preferred Pharmacy". They are pushy, rude and I don't know if they are totally inept or just don't care about service. I have to ask them to check the price, they frequently get it wrong because they didn't look it up in the first place. I have had to get Doctors to make numerous phone calls giving approval for drug interactions but the pharmacist still would not fill the prescription. Then after the phone calls they still say they didn't get the call and when they do get approval they don't remember and still tell me about it when I go to pick up the prescription. In the past I switched to another pharmacy but I had to resume the nightmare because of a change in my insurance. Is there any way to give them less than one star? If you don't need pain killers when you go there, you will need them by the time you leave. read more

Pharmacy automated system did not work. Kept pressing 1 and nothing. Called the store asked to speak with pharmacy , I was out on hold for 4 minutes. Then the phone rang,...., the same girl answered and said they are busy. She tried to out me through again. NOTHING! If you can't handle the business just say so or get more help! Waisted 10 minutes! I have not once had a bad experience with Walgreens but this particular store has been consistently messing up for 5 months. Every month they have processed my prescriptions incorrectly and the pharmacists there are not friendly at all. Sherry and even her supervisor Lee had no sense of customer service and didn't even apologize for the misunderstanding after complaining with all of these incidents which is all I really needed... an apology. There is one employee there named Lovely and she lived up to her name. She was the only helpful and kind pharmacist there which is a shame to her older superiors. I am very disappointed in the way this branch is being run. Hope this gets resolved soon :( read more

worst store ever. WAY OVER PRICED. ALSO, Printed over 400 wedding pictures without authorization from the photographer (which means they are copyrighted) and then wouldn't print one picture, which was self taken, because it looked too professional to be taken by a normal person. They are attempting to honor the copyright laws but ..... they cannot seem to get it right. They let over 400 professional pictures slide right through! Dont trust them with anything! read more

Awesome service. I did not have to wait long in drive thru and my prescription was filled in 30 minutes. As I grabbed a bite to eat, I received a text notification that the scrip was ready. The pharmacist also gave me advise on how to save money on my next refill as well. This all occurred after an awful experience with CVS in RHE. See my review on Yelp. One star for CVS. read more

The pharmacy needs some customer service training. They really need a district manager or a secret shopper to take a look. It is a convenient location for me, however, I will not return based on the experiences I have had in the past. The worst pharmacy ever - don't use it. They promise they will have your medication and they don't receive, they don't call you, they don't follow up, when you show up to pick up the pharmacy manager tells you that the best she can do it to order again and it will take 4 days. Is a medication for my daughter and she needs to take daily, she can't wait. Worst is that they told me a store had an open bottle and they could send me to that store. When I asked "are you allow to sell open bottles" they went quiet. I have all that conversation on video... Unbelievable!!! So now I had to find it in CVS, get an adult medication that is costing me almost double the price.... After 45 minutes arguing another customer shares with me that this is the worst pharmacist ever, she had been there for 1 hr with problems too. The pharmacy manager is the worst ever, don't trust them. She didn't even suggest me to get the adult one and use half a dosage, there was no intention to help us. Very very bad.
