The nicest thing I can say about the pharmacy staff at this location is.... incompetent.

Alright pharmacist Gloria I understand that my issue isn't important to you but I hope you as a consumer don't ever fall victim of misleading information. How can a department such a pharmacy not be on the same page. You guys are administering medication and can't all provide the same information. I wish I would have gotten the guys name but the guy at the pharmacy was a DOUCHE. He is lucky I'm sick and didn't have the energy. I went to get my meds my doctor prescribed me and I pick up my medicine and go to pick up my pictures from the photo center they have and I noticed one of the medicines was leaking. So I walk back since I haven't even left the store and he has the audacity to tell me that they didn't sell it to me that way. To top it off I hadn't removed the staple, how could you say I opened it if all the prescriptions have one staple. I was not aware that there is a staple shortage and you can't do two to secure the bags. I work in customer service and this THE WORST. Don't tell me I did something when there are cameras and I keep telling you to check them if you want to say it's my fault. LIKE I SAID double check YOUR EMPLOYEE'S work before you try to blame someone for their mistakes. I'll never fucking come here again. No wonder you have two stars. Like at least offer to clean it and give me a new bag I had to ask for that since it was the LEAST he could. Seriously! I've been on hold with the pharmacy for 1 hour to check on my daughters prescription. First time someone picks up and nobody greets me or tells me they'll be right with me. Instead I hear him having a whole conversation with someone else. It continues like this for 15 minutes. Then I get disconnected. So I call again. The message states there's one caller ahead of me. So I wait another 15 minutes. A woman answers this time and I say hello?? And she hangs up on me again. I'm am still on hold now. It's been an hour and a half. Get it together Walgreens pharmacy! This pharmacy does not fail on providing poor service. I had requested for a refill last week on my medication which had no refills left and so they faxed over a request but have not heard back. I asked if they could contact the office Monday and not just send another fax. The employee suggested that I contact the doctors office and when I asked if anyone there could follow up with my doctors office I was told no even though rite aid across the street will contact your doctors office for you if you ask them to follow up or if they do not hear back when faxing a request. Your pharmacy really does offer the very least amount of assistance as possible. I'm switching to rite aid and would recommend everyone else too as well. read more

WOW!!! I am totally blown away!!! Kathy in the pharmacy remembered my name. That is really amazing since to do not go there often. Maybe like 3x's a year. Maybe. Why have the app.. Scan prescription never goes thru.. Call the pharmacy 22:43 for an answer. "one person ahead of you".. 20 mins later rings! Sent back to calling que. Drove to Walgreens to speak to pharmacists. It was quicker to drive to the pharmacy.. Than to call... Finished and was in hold still. Walking out the door when they answered. Told her I was just in.. And was taken care of. Your customer service was not the best. You should record a message that it's quicker to drive to than wait for them to answer the phone. She was silent!!! read more

Worst Pharmacy, makes people wait days to get pain medication as if the pain in waiting for them. They are rude and lie about pickup times as they said my prescription would be ready at 8am(which is a long time as I am sitting and waiting in pain). They argued with me on why my prescription address was far away as my surgeon works at multiple locations and told me I had to wait for them to call, which is fine other then the fact of now we are pushing onto 24 hours after I have dropped off the prescription. Pharmacist is rude and incompetent. Needs to be addressed. read more

Why even schedule appointments? I finally decided to get the Covid-19 vaccine. To be honest this Walgreens did not make my experience any easier. I've been very hesitant. My experience was horrible. They were really unorganized. Not keeping track of the patients getting the vaccine. They had 3 people working at the Pharmacy when I arrived. My appointment was scheduled for 7:30pm I got there at 7. After awaiting close to 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment Jessica did administer the vaccine. After asking her how long it would take. She did apologize. I understand that they were busy. Why have Walgreens administer the vaccines at this location if they didn't have enough staff? I was taking it as a sign not to get the vaccine. I almost walked out. Although Jessica did great. I didn't even feel the shot. I know it was not her fault. Walgreens get your shit together. Schedule more employees. I know they had around 15 people in line. At least 7 of those individuals were getting the vaccine. Also, aren't they supposed to monitor us for 15 mins? I was annoyed I just left. I know other people were leaving. If you want people to get vaccinated. Follow protocols have it run smooth and organized. Make sure you have enough employees scheduled making sure things are done the right way. If you do go to this location. I hope you do get Jessica she has a good hand. This is one of the few 24 hours pharmacy near Eastvale. Our little one had a high fever so i came here for tylenol for infants. The last bottle was opened so i asked a clerk to help me find a new one. She was friendly and helpful. I would come again. This store is well stocked, open 24 hours, and staffs are friendly. read more

Ever wonder what all the employees working in the back of a pharmacy could possibly be doing: for a half hour, as you and several other shoppers stand in line waiting and waiting! This Walgreens has got to be the worst! When 5 employees can't fill a prescription In 30 minutes for just one customer, manager you have a problem. I have been shopping at my neighborhood Walgreens since the location opened. The service has always been as expected, good I would say. Normally the pharmacy is really good. Last night I had a truly despicable experience thanks to a exceptionally inexperienced and very unprofessional individual who claimed she was a manager the name tag said Elizabeth. Let me start at the beginning, I called last night to see if a prescription was ready to be picked up, the young man that I spoke to in the pharmacy said that they had not heard back from the doctors office and before we ended the conversation he said the item which could also be purchased over-the-counter was currently on sale for 50% off. I thanked him for taking the time to do this and confirmed again by reading what was on the box that I had that it was exactly the same item he was referring too, he then again confirmed it was and they had four or five boxes of this in stock. I thanked him and said I was on my way. This was approximately 10:10 PM last night. When I get to the store I imediately went back to the pharmacy and was greeted by another lady who almost sounded as if she was waiting for me because she claimed that she heard the conversation that I had just a few minutes earlier grab the items for me and then started looking through a coupon book to find where the coupon was for the 50% off. She then realized that they Had miss priced the items using a name brand versus the Walgreens brand... keep in mind this was a $15 item that I was told was on sale for $7.50, the lady that was helping me said this is their fault And she will need to call a manager who will adjust the price and then you can purchase your items. A couple minutes later is when this junior team leader arrived took my items and put them back on the counter and said I will only let you buy one even though this was our fault, at that point I simply said can you show me any one of your policies where it states that? She replied no that is my store managers policy. Almost Unfathomable to think that a Walgreens store manager has the ability to create their own policy in regards to how items are priced or limiting quantities especially when the employee told me there would be no issue completing my transaction. I am anxiously awaiting a response from their senior leadership team as I have reached out to them for a resolution to throw experience and I'm guessing at some point soon I will see Elizabeth Training at a fast food drive-through. As I look at the other YELP reviews it becomes very obvious that this location has LOTS of dissatisfied customers. read more

Where are you busy when there is no one in line inside and 6 cars behind me!!??? Worst pharmacy ever... The Pharmacist George kept giving me a hard time filling my prescription for Norco, asking who gave it to me, what it was for, etc. I had just gotten out of urgent care and he didn't believe the prescription since I am in my 20s. He first told me they didn't take my insurance, then he said the computer was broken and can't fill my prescription when I saw him fill prescriptions for the last hour... I grabbed my medical records from the car and told him maybe these would help, he took them, read it and said its not even that, and still insisted the computers were broken. Magically, my prescription was ready in 5 minutes. If George can't differentiate between a drug abuser and someone in an accident, he needs to go back to school. read more

The store is cool. The customer service is okay. The pharmacy is WHAAAAACK. It's SO PAINFUL dealing with this location. First: I called yesterday to refill a prescription and was on hold THIRTY MINUTES. When the lady finally answered, she said that I had called the prescriber number. What?? I called the same number I usually do. Now we are trying to pick up a prescription in the drive-thru...been here more than 45 minutes. (Why don't we just go inside, you ask? First, I have a sick, sleeping baby with me. And going inside has never made things go faster.) Watched three cars leave. In one of the remaining cars sits someone yelling, "Hurry up!!!" Just kidding - he just drove away. FOUR folks left! Now five!! Ok, it's been almost an hour. Honestly, at this point we are waiting just so I can document this experience. Oh, and I need that doggone medicine! This place is garbage. I'm moving my prescriptions and my business somewhere else! read more

Been using this pharmacy for years. Once in a while I have issues with some knuckle heads. I have pain medicine I get filled here every month usually on the 27th but for some reason doctor put 3/30/18 on prescription which wasn't a huge deal. I dropped of yesterday to pick up today and lady says I can't pick up until 31st. The Walgreens app said ready for pick up. They didn't want to give me prescription that was ready and wanted me to come in to get paper prescription back. Apparently it's some stupid location rule from last time it was picked up. Finally gave me prescription when I refused to drive around and come in. I'm looking for new pharmacy. read more

This review is for the pharmacy. I can not believe how rude the women that work there are. No one does anything more than they need to and they all just ask each other. I have NEVER been able to just walk in and fill my prescription and pick it up. It's always a drama story and they always blame my doctor, this time I caught them lying to me as I was in the doctors office when they stated they where waiting for my doctor (who had just got off the phone with the pharmacist 20 min prior to authorize. When I stated to the girl that I knew my doctor had already approved and that this was getting out of control she all of a sudden was able to tell me it was available to be picked up. This is the worst pharmacy to get your medication. They always screw up from, overcharging, incorrect medication type and/or dosage, wrong pick up time and etc... This review is for the pharmacy... I went in there last night DESPERATE. I was driving home to Southern California from Las Vegas at 7pm, and while I was in the middle of the desert, 2 hours from civilization, I had the sudden realization that I am an idiot and forgot to fill my prescriptions that I needed to bring to my surgery this morning (at 6am). Eeish!! I have Kaiser insurance which is not accepted anywhere...and I was not able to get to any Kaiser in time. I found this 24 hour Walgreens on Yelp so I went in with no accepted insurance, fully expecting to pay like 500 bucks for the strong narcotics I was prescribed. George and Bre helped me out at the pharmacy counter. I was so stressed out about the whole situation...I was honestly a bit of a dick to George because he informed me that there was a chance it would take an hour to fill and that he might not even be able to fill it at all. Totally not his fault, just the policy. I was freaked out to say the least. Anyways, I sit down huffing and puffing while he goes to see if they have my prescriptions. I probably only had to wait about 20 minutes and to my surprise he called me up and said they were ready!!! Even after I was acting like an ice bitch to him, he was so incredibly friendly and helpful and really hurried to get my scripts filled so I could go home for my beauty rest :) To make things even better, I only ended up paying about 100 dollars for the 3 medications I needed. And I got them way faster than I would have been able to at Kaiser. SO....George and Bre, you guys saved me from my own irresponsibility and I thank you for that. You rock!! read more

I love walgreens. I come here for everything. Well at least I used to. I always found prices to be fair and affordable, but recently their prices on everything have gone up WAY TOO MUCH !!! I buy my mascara here before it would be $8 now it's 12 something... leg make up $8 now $14 something !!!! I would come here to buy cat litter because it would be the cheapest, also would land around 8 something now it's 10.99 plus tax. I've been a customer of theirs for years and because I bring a prescription for pain medication from a specialist from out of the area (not out of the state) they won't fill it. The prescription is not new. The medication is listed on my profile, which the girl at the window verified.
