The pharmacy tech asked for my birthday. I kind of said it fast so she inputted the wrong day and then asked me if my name was ---? I didn't catch it but it wasn't me. I had placed my DL and insurance card on the table in front of her so she could've checked them but she just asked my bday again. This time we got it right. Technically she used two forms of identification by asking my birthday then name which is what is legally required, but I think after the first error in communication, she should have just looked at my ID. Anyway that's just a little feedback. It all worked out. The pharmacist explained my medications to me and smiled when I said I understood. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes because no other customers were present. Overall an efficient trip!

I was caught so much at up with work, I figured that they knew how to do their job, and guess what? Medication was not ready because it was not in. Pauline (current manager) advised me that they ordered it when it came in. The past manager (forgot his name) contacted after a review I left and said that they would be more attentive and apologized for their error. They were good for years. Although I did make it a note to keep on top of it. I just don't understand how when I don't remind them, my medication's aren't ready because they didn't order them on time. But when I call them, there's never an issue with them being in to be filled. It's almost to the point where I have to continue doing their job. Just sad.

Not only can you manage your prescriptions very conveniently, they give lots of coupons for your prescription and vaccination activity that allow you to buy a "splurge" item in the store every month or two for less than half price.

My doctor sent my prescription electronically to this pharmacy (formerly named Via Verde Pharmacy). I realize nearly every pharmacy offers this type of service, but when you arrive you might wait 20 minutes to pick up. But, NOT at Mercy Pharmacy! I called in a refill, within the hour, I received a text message letting me know it was ready. I didn't even know my prescription number when I placed the order, I simply gave my name and phone number. You can also "walk-in" or make an appointment for the flu shot or Covid vaccine. I got mine here and waited less than 10 minutes to be seen. This is also a Hallmark store where you can purchase gifts and choose special occasion cards from the ample collection and supply. There is a mini-postal sub-station here. You can buy stamps and mail letters/packages too. This proved to be a real time saver and the prices are very reasonable.

I strongly recommend not ordering fruits or vegetables for pickup from this location. Time after time, I receive produce that is bruised, overripe, moldy, wilted, or clearly past its best quality. I'm honestly shocked that some of these items are even being left on the shelves for customers to purchase. Every time this happens, I tell myself I won't order produce again, but with my busy schedule, pickup is often my only option. Customers who use pickup should receive the same quality produce they would choose for themselves if they were shopping in the store. Please do better. Train your employees on how to recognize and select fresh fruits and vegetables. Quality control matters, and this location is not meeting the standard I've come to expect from Walmart Pickup. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously because this issue has been ongoing and is very disappointing.
