I had no idea what was wrong with my car. I explained the issue to the tow driver, who arrived in about an hour's time. He didn't offer any solutions or suggestions, but I was still grateful for his professionalism and timeliness. He also allowed me to ride with him to my home - which was supremely valuable. He tried to bargain with me and told me if I didn't need a receipt he would knock $10 off my bill. I felt really uncomfortable about it. I almost said forget it. I used City Towing back in March and that guy was awesome. I didn't feel hustled or uncomfortable with him in any way. That is the sole reason for giving 3 stars instead of one. That definitely lends to their character because even if they didn't have the contract I'm sure they would be reasonable and just as courteous and kind. The owner is very Hands-On and is a respectable old school type of guy which is unique in this line of work he is very trustworthy I and will bend backwards to help you. His office staff we're extremely Pleasant and diligent in responding to my request in a prompt Manor in all reality I couldn't ask for better service on the phone compared to the other options I spoke to that day. But a big feather in their cap is their drivers. Their drivers are extremely skilled and knowledgeable unlike many other companies which have drivers that fall back to this type of job. Plus I have never seen cleaner trucks. If they take that much pride in their appearance you know they will take pride in their service and how they treat their customers. . Will definitely recommend them in the future. They responded to my tow promptly. And even had a way to fix part of the issue before we even got it on the bed of the truck. Great job
