I've had a positive experience so far with Raven Pest Control. The first technician who came out seemed either newly trained or possibly in a bit of a rush, so the initial visit wasn't as thorough as I had hoped. However, when Troy followed up, the service completely turned around. He was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable -- inspecting every area carefully, explaining what he was doing, and taking the time to answer all my questions. What really stood out was how much Troy cared about providing real value, not just a quick fix. He gave me helpful, easy-to-follow suggestions to prevent future pest issues and made sure I understood how to maintain results between visits. My pest situation is still being handled, but I already feel a big improvement and peace of mind knowing Troy is overseeing it. I'm giving 4 stars only because of the first visit, but overall, I've been very pleased with Raven Pest Control's follow-through and customer service. We were managing for the last 3 years with just the small sugar ants. Then came the big carpenter ants and I'd had it. We filled out the form for Raven Termite and Pest and they called us with an estimate, then had someone our within days. Chris was/is our tech and he let us know that he'd put granules in the yard and spray inside and outside of the house. We had concerns as we have pets but he assured us they'd be fine. He went through and let us know to stop using the baits, so we picked them up. He scheduled to come back a week later and treat again. We were informed if we saw anything after that to call back. Today I saw 2 giant carpenter ants in an upstairs room, so I called and Chris will be back Thursday to treat. The process has been painless and easy. read more

Professional service, I had a serious issue in my home a bird found a way in from my roof and bird mites followed...omg I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. THAT company failed, miserably as did the other TWO, one was good with getting rid of mice and LOUSY when his SON broke my oven and they "forgot," about it needing to be fixed, so I FORGOT about them. but I digress... He is personable, responsive, caring, knows his trade, and won't leave you hanging. If you need pest control, I wouldn't hesitate to go with Raven. I called to make an appointment and they came out almost instantly. Great customer service. I had Troy as our technician, he arrived and surveyed the dwelling inside and out and then notified me of his findings. After that conversation, he got to work addressing all of the problem areas. While working Troy explained, the why's (how they possibly got in) and the how's(what we are going to do to treat and prevent ). I Recently had my 2 bedroom townhome serviced for 450$. The technician was unwilling to enter a crawl space to try and seal around pipes. This is a very small crawl space, but for the price I had hoped they would. Since then I've had to get in there and try myself, but I am not a professional. They performed a follow up visit after a month and spent a few minutes briefly looking around. About two weeks after the one month warranty ran out I discovered evidence of mice again. When I contacted them about a follow up, they informed me that since I was out of warranty I would need to pay for another service. read more

Korey, the owner, came out to complete a required terminate inspection for my home purchase. Immediately, I could tell Korey was knowledgeable and had great customer service. He completed the inspection thoroughly, even going in the crawl spaces I am scared of. Korey found a couple of items that I could do myself to prevent pest from getting in. I can't give Raven a 5 since I did not receive treatment but I am definitely considering using his services (once I move in) for pest control based on his recommendations and the reasonable cost. read more

Shady, pricey, unprofessional, and substandard plan for my property. Technician took advantage of tenant and neighbor when I set up inspections for both our houses. Owner was rude and just argued when we offered him a way to make it right. They over charged and used over the counter products. Korey and his team have been doing the pest control at the house our apartment is in for the last 6 or so years and I have nothing but good things to say. I never had a question for Korey that he didn't have the answer to and whenever a pest issue did arise (which was far and few in-between thanks to his proactive measures) he took care of it right away. Carl was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job of explaining termites to me, how they got in the house, where the have migrated, their life cycle, and the proper way to protect our house going forward. He patiently answered all of my questions. He explained the annual renewal but wasn't pushy about getting it (I did end up getting it). Most importantly, we are on a tight schedule due to ongoing remodeling work, and he went out of his way to move our appointment up once an earlier appointment became available, so that our other project would not be delayed. I was so impressed that I canceled the other estimates I had scheduled for later in the day. That level of attention was so much appreciated. He also told me to feel free to check out his reviews. He was able to provide me with same day service which was such a blessing because I was DESPERATE!!! Technician Troy was phenominal! He was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough! I was afraid that I might have bed bugs in my home because I suspected that my neighbor had them as we live in a end of group row home. Troy inspected every bed, every frame, baseboard, window seal, chair sofa, etc. He went from the third floor down to the basement. He was at my home for over an hour and when he left there I was SO RELIEVED because there was not a trace of a sign of bed bugs. He even checked wall sockets!
