You'd think with minimal upkeep and prices as high as are charged that a few things could be esily maintained... you'd think. When we were picked up 2 weeks ago, the driver wrote down the wrong parking place number so when we were dropped off last night, we ended up 2 entire rows from our car, and in the dark. I used WallyPark for a trip from Oct 14 to Oct 20. Apparently, they are short-staffed. We had to wait 15 minutes for a shuttle to the airport (along with several other parties who waited longer than we did). On returning, we had to wait 12 minutes to be picked up at the terminal while other shuttles drove by us. At $17 a day, the service needs to be much better than that. read more

Great place to park. Our car battery died and a guy came out to help us right away. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. I usually use pikes peak shuttle parking, so it was really a treat to be driven right to my car and have them put the luggage in my trunk for me. Way better than dragging it from one of the shuttle stops to the car. I think it's a little expensive, but you get more service for the money. read more

This place is totally disorganized. Guessing where you should park in order to have any hope of a quick pickup is a real pain. And then the drivers act as if you should have known where to park, or that you're the one doing something wrong. Put simply, parking here is not a good experience. I've been loyal but service has gone downhill. I waited 25 minutes on the island of the East concourse a couple weeks ago and tonight waited another 20 minutes for one shuttle to show up. During both those times, I watched 4 Pikes Peak shuttles, 4 The Parking Spot shuttles and 3 USAirport parking shuttles loop by. I'm going to have to take my loyalty somewhere else. read more

The only parking I'll use at DIA from now on. The lot cost roughly $0.40/more per day than the economy lot for the same uncovered, non-valet parking. Here's what you get for those four extra daily dimes: - A shuttle that's actually usable; we showed up at 6am two days before Christmas, and the shuttle was pulled up to us and the driver grabbing our bags before we could even get all the bags out of the car. When we arrived at 12:45am after flight delays when it was -15 outside, the shuttle was already at the curb, with a second coming in behind it. Due to the location, (compared to Parking Spot or USAPark), that shuttle pickup puts you 5 minutes from the terminal, tops. Nice for when you're already in a rush. - Service! Speaking of that -15 night, our battery was dead due to a forgotten dome light when we left. I told the shuttle driver I needed a jump, and within 3 minutes there was a crew with a car, and the shuttle, to help push the car out of the snow into the throughway, and jumped, while the shuttle took my wife up to the office so she didn't have to be in the elements, and gave her some hot tea (she was sick, so it was immensely appreciated). My only regret is that I only had a $10 to tip out in appreciation of everything. Even just compared to convenience, parking in Economy is horrible. There's a couple shuttles trolling around in the end of the parking lot a half mile from you, so on a bad arrival, you wind up walking all the way to the terminal. Even if you luck out on the shuttle pickup, you still have to traverse the garage to get to the terminal. The service was a completely unexpected, but appreciated cherry on top. Even if I never need that kind of help from them again, I'm glad to know there's actually people that give a rip at WallyPark. read more

THEFT. I went on an overnight trip and used their valet service last week. I left my Prescription sunglasses on my center console and when I got back they were missing- ie stolen!! The manager took my claim and 5 days later, today, received a form letter that there is a sign stating "don't leave valuables in car" and my claim was denied. I will never use their service again. If you have to use their service - DO NOT USE VALET - THEY STEAL. I will take this to social media and they will lose a lot more than what my sunglasses are worth. I cannot believe they tolerate this. They deserve 0 stars but yelp makes you give at least 1. Not a good update. App got my reservation date wrong. 2 shuttles from all other parking lots showed up at pickup spot while we didn't see 1 Wallypark shuttle drive by. Pitch black in lot trying to navigate out of there with poor quality signage. Shutttles feel like they will break in two on any given bump in road. Other than that, great experience !! read more

Not enough shuttles. After claiming our baggage we waited on curb for over 30 minutes while watching multiple vans from other companies pull up. When shuttle finally arrived it quickly filled up and we were told to wait for the next shuttle. Again 30 minutes later the shuttle pulls up, and pulls past where those of us who had been waiting almost an hour had formed an impromptu line. People who literally just walked up filled the van. When the shuttle driver told us this van was also full a near mutiny broke out and we pushed in until the van was overflowing. Even though company knew they had a lot of customers waiting they made no effort to send an extra shuttle. Will use another company next time. read more

Wow has this place gone downhill. We did self park in the middle of the afternoon and no bus came looking for us to pick us up. We had to walk, with all our bags across 2 acres to the main building where we were told to wait. And wait 10 minutes more we did! We therefore had no locator slip to give to the female driver that picked us up at night the following Monday. Btw, she was the only positive experience of the whole 5 person wally park encounter. The bus driver that drove us to the airport barely acknowledged us. The bus was filthy and in disrepair. When we checked out Monday evening we asked for waters but the person in the booth just shrugged his shoulders like, "its not my job!" read more

I've been parking at Wally Park for years. Last Thursday, I was disappointed with the service. We arrived to park and waited over 10minutes at our car for the shuttle to pick us up but no one came. I have never waited more than five minutes for a shuttle. They always seem to be waiting on incoming customers. I called Wally park spoke to someone and told them we've been waiting for the shuttle at our car. Still no one came. My husband flagged down a shuttle dropping off people at their cars and asked for help. He said he was dropping off passengers and couldn't pick us up but would radio in. We watched as he continued to drop off his passengers and proceed towards the office. Still no shuttle came to pick us up. We then saw the shuttle driver turn around and come back to get us. The driver, Ali M, had gone to the office to alert someone to no avail. Thankfully Ali came to pick us up and get us to the airport. We truly appreciated his effort in helping us. I'm hoping this is a one off incident as I'm off to Wally park again this weekend. I am willing to give them another chance but also hoping Ali M is working just in case! Thank you Ali M. read more

The past few months have really been a bad experience with this company, mostly due to how long I have to wait for a shuttle either from or to the lot. Today I waited almost 20 minutes while buses from other companies went by a few times each. I'll look into switching. read more

[Posted for my father, Jim Nussbaum] I parked my car at Wally Park late on the morning of August 3, for a business trip from DIA to San Diego. When I returned to Wally Park around 1:00 am the morning of August 7, I found that my car battery was dead. Dale, the shuttle driver, was very helpful and waited while I tried to get into my car to see if it would start. Being unsuccessful in that attempt, Dale then drove me in his van to your main office where both the Overnight Supervisor, Nathan, and Kim, the Assistant Manager, set me up at a conference table, made me feel very comfortable and offered me a cold refreshment to tide me over while I called AAA and waited for them to arrive. When AAA came, Dale had them follow him to my car, as they would have had trouble finding it in the middle of the night. AAA jump-started my battery and I was able to drive home. Subsequently it was determined that my car needed a new battery, but I just wanted to say that Kim, Dale, and Nathan helped a very tired and frustrated customer make the most of an unpleasant situation in the wee hours of the morning, and I very much appreciated the kindness and consideration that the three of you showed to me. We used WallyPark for the first time. I had filled my tank up with gas just before parking. Upon our return in the dark, lot not lighted, I smelled gas around the truck and to find out that my tank was now at 1/4 full. There was some gas spill on the fender of my truck. Someone has siphoned over 1/2 tank of gasoline. They claim that the lot has security but obviously not enough to catch the thief. I was given the name of the general manager and gave sent him an email with no response. If you are not concerned about security and parking in a dark lot, this is the place for you. read more

What happened to free water? What happened to no undue delays in being picked up at car and airport? Person in pay booth (Sat) needs significant attitude adjustment. This airport parking service has gone down the tubes - fast. In the year and a half since I started using them, it's gotten more and more difficult to get on a shuttle at the airport to get back to the lot. When dropping off my car, I had to stand outside in a 20 degree wind chill for over 10 minutes. I've gone to drop off my car and waited outside for 10 minutes before anyone even came out to greet me. I don't use any other parking facility at DIA, when I travel which is sometimes on a weekly basis. I wanted to give a particular shout out to Michael Bacon who always takes care of me and provides exceptional customer service. I had signed up for the Wally perks but was not getting the points that I should be towards free parking. Michael took it upon himself to make sure that I was taken care of when I sent him an email with my receipts. I really appreciated not losing a free day or so of parking when I didn't have my own act together. His special time and attention made me feel like I mattered as a customer. The Manager Kim and the rest of the crew at Wally Park do an excellent job too.. Shuttle drivers are always friendly and helpful as well as the lot staff. My car is always taken well care of, their fees are low, they give you a free bottle of water and they really take care of their customers. I would without hesitation recommend Wally Park at DIA, the next time you need airport parking. read more

I frequent DIA several times a month and normally use the likes peak parking lot or park at the garage at the airport. Decided to give Wally park a try, I will never use them again. The van driver drove past us three times while waiting to get picked up leaving us standing in the cold for over 30 min. Once we got to the parking lot, the bag guys took another 10 min to try and load our luggage into the car, and kept telling us it wouldn't all fit. I took it all out and got it to fit on the first try. I highly recommend using other lots in Denver that save you money and time. read more

This was the second time in a row (and last time) that my family and I received poor service late at night because of understaffing. After 24 minutes waiting (another family waited several minutes longer), the shuttle finally showed up, followed immediately by another shuttle bus. The lady on the radio warned the driver (for all to hear) that some cars might not be pulled up because there was only one valet working. My car was just arriving when we pulled in by bus. I tipped the valet $5 as usual, he thanked me and left to get another car. So I loaded the 7 bags myself. The lady who is always there at night, and always harried, came out and explained they were short staffed and offered to load my last bag. Purposely understaffing is inexcusable, especially when you have to wait in the cold for a shuttle bus. I'm parking somewhere cheaper next time. read more

After flying all day we arrived back out our car perfectly fine, but the shuttle driver did not inform us that we had to go inside to get a new ticket to pull out of the lot. Several cars all had to turn around at the gate to figure out what was happening. Not a pleasant end to our vacation at all! The woman behind the counter was not apologetic either. read more

Friends use this so I thought I'd try it out. Mistake. Not coming back. Except for the morning shuttle driver I found the staff to be rude, access and exit were difficult as the gate in was not responsive and the exit was poorly marked from the actual parking area. No one told me that we are supposed to text for a ride from the terminal. Staff argumentative. I had to call my credit card company to prove that I had paid before they would let me out. Guess I am confused. If you have to be paid to get in with a reservation, why don't they know you've paid when its time to leave? Going back to the DIA parking lots Wally is a waste of money. read more

I've been parking at Wally Park for 2 years now and have never had a bad experience. Last week, I got home early in the morning from an exhausting trip and found out that I had a flat tire when I went to get my car from valet (I could tell by the wear on the tire that I'd gotten the flat before coming to Wally Park). Kevin didn't hesitate for a moment to jump to my rescue and help me out. He was so kind and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes and was so grateful. Thank you, Kevin! read more

We bid for free parking at a fundraiser at Jefferson Center For Mental Health.. They gave away parking for a fundraiser, it was the cheapest advertising ever as we have used them ever since. Having tired of waiting so many times for a shuttle bus to find us at the municipal park, we needed an alternative. Damn Wally Park! By the time we park - if you follow their signs - the bus is right behind you - EVERY TIME! They often stalk you!!! Wally Park - please take over luggage handling for United. They need efficiency and that's what you guys offer. read more

Parked here for years. The service in the past was great. NOW - not so much, waited at least 30 or more minutes in freezing cold temperatures. When we complained to the driver he said that "management" has cut the number of shuttles and employees to save money.
