Nannette is the best and most kind bus driver for WallyPark. It was a great end of day experience.

The drivers and workers are very nice. Nannette is a nice driver. However the last few times I have had to wait more than 30 minutes to get picked up at the airport. Today it took about 15 minutes for the bus to come to valet to take me to the airport. They need either more vans or better scheduling. read more

I am a big fan of WallyPark Denver. I parked here for a short business trip and my experience was great. After pulling into the lot, the bus driver Brian followed me to an open stall and assisted me with my luggage onto the shuttle. Upon return 2 days later, the bus pulled up to our stop and I was back to my car in 10 minutes. The GM there Mark Pfeifer, is running a great operation. read more

I tried WallyPark for the 1st time last week. Amber was great! She helped w my bags and even got a few extra bottles of water for my wife and kids. It had snowed while we were out of town and the car was cleaned off and the heat was on when we got in. My wife appreciated this. read more

I don't expect much. A safe place to park, a fair price, and a little service at checkout. I got a parking place, a machine which would not accept my ticket, and the only manned checkout lane had the red closed light above it. I nearly had an accident backing out of the automated lane and looking for someone to help me. read more

Wally Park DIA has shown significant drops in customer service, friendliness and efficiency over the years. The last three times we've had to wait longer than usual at both drop off and pick up, and they haven't had enough shuttles to accommodate all passengers waiting. For the cost and efficiency, you get the same service at the DIA lots (Pikes Peak or Elbert) and less attitude. This once faithful customer lost my business for good when the desk treated several customers with disrespect and discourtesy. For a company that prides itself on excellent customer service, they failed miserably. read more

Really great customer service! Everyone from our bus driver to checkout at the gate was incredibly kind. We were even offered bottled waters at the gate for no extra charge to us. Their system is very convenient and makes parking at the airport simple and hassle free, which was great after a long day of travel. I even forgot to grab my luggage off the bus - whoops! But no big deal to them, they were great about keeping it safe until we returned to collect it. Great experience! read more

I agree with the previous poster. Wally Park is da bomb! Nothing irritates me more than circling around a parking lot for 20 minutes only to either A. schlep my heavy bags for a 10 minute walk to the terminal or B. wait for a shuttle that takes 20 minutes to appear. Wally Park has two options. Valet parking is GREAT! You pull up under a covered driveway - someone rushes right over to you to give you a ticket, get your bags and the shuttle pulls right on up. Have heavy bags? Don't worry. They will do all the work for you. Upon returning to the airport, valet parkers are dropped off first and you car is waiting for you. In the wintertime, if it has snowed while you are gone, they get to dig your car out and bring it to you. Warmed up, mind you. In the summer time, your car will be nice and cool and a bottle of water is waiting for you. Plan in advance and they have your credit card info... all you have to do is get in your car and drive away. Option B is self-park. No circling around for 20 minutes for this self-park. They control where everyone parks and they clearly park while aisle you should head to in order to find your parking spot just waiting for you. Again, the shuttle pulls right up to you (without the wait since they know exactly where new parkers are) and they are more than happy to help with heavy bags. The negative is that you have to wait a few minutes sometimes upon your return for the driver to get to your car. Not that big of a deal in my opinion. When you go to the booth to pay, they offer a bottle of water. I don't know about you guys, but little things like that really work for me! Another plus for Wally Park. When you walk outside the airport to catch the shuttle back, 9 times out of 10, they have a shuttle there or you have to wait only a few minutes. Other parking lots similar to Wally Park seem to run fewer shuttles. I've even seen such larger crowds that you can't get on the shuttle that pulls up and you have you have to wait for the next shuttle. Happy Traveling! read more

I've parked here for years, first because it was approved for work travel, later because I could accumulate points and the service was relatively good. My impression of Wally Park was permanently changed after my last stay. I made an online reservation for the first time last week (now the only way to use points). As other reviews have stated, the reservation system is terrible, out of date, and hard to navigate. You have to designate a check-in and checkout time, reasonable. You pre-pay based on those times and they email you a receipt. All good so far. We leave for our trip, all is good. On the return, well that's another story. Our flight was about 35 minutes late (remember, I had to designate a checkout time). We catch the shuttle, get to the car, and go to leave. I scan my provided bar code from my emailed receipt, no go. So I then pull forward to speak to the attendant. First, she was AWFUL! Rude does not begin to describe her non-existent customer service skills. Anyway, it takes her forever to tell me that I owe an additional charge of $4.10. Hum, what???? We "discuss" this for a couple of minutes while I talk through how this is illogical. Here's the rundown of what I had paid for: the first day, checking in at 2:30pm, which results in a full day charge, day two and three full days, day four was our return day, original checkout indicated a 8:30pm checkout. We were at the gate at 9:10pm. There's a sign right on the booth that says the hourly charge is $2. So our "discussion" revolved around how I could owe $4.10 for an additional 40 minutes of time. It got to the point where she told me I could go talk to the manager. No thank you. There are 8 cars behind me and only one open checkout booth. I'm tired, more than a little angry, and just want to go home. So I paid and left, never to return. My only saving grace in all of this is I did use up all my current points, so I did get a bit of a discount. I am now looking at other vendors. read more

I have to agree with several of the other reviews. I parked with WallyPark for years because of their great customer service. Now at drop off you can end up waiting for a bus for 10 minutes or more. At pick up, most of the other companies will have 2-3 shuttles come and go before a WallyPark shuttle arrives. I had hoped that this was a rare event so I gave them several opportunities lately and each time it was the same story on pick up. read more

Last two times I had to wait forever for the shuttle while I saw numerous other shuttles from other companies come and go. Everyone on our shuttle was upset, however I got attitude from the manager when I complained. Won't be using them again. Everyone is raving about The Parking Spot so I think I will give them a try. Besides, in the time I was waiting for the Wally Park Shuttle, I saw three shuttle from The Parking Spot. read more

As a frequent flyer, I can say that quality at this location has really gone down hill in the last 6 months. Valet is never there to greet you and the shuttles take way longer to pick you up vs. airport parking. What's the advantage again? You're better off going with Lyft or parking in the airport lots. Dreadful. Tried it 3 times, that's enough. Last time, 10:00pm, got to watch bus after bus go by, no Wallypark bus. FInally got one, driver thought he was Mario Andretti, tired to kill us all. Final straw was finding that manning the booth was too difficult for them, we had to get back out of our cars and go in to the office to pay. No one cares about customers at this place. read more

The problem used to be that all of the off-airport parking was 20 minutes away from DIA. thankfully that has now changed! pre-register your details with the Wallyclub and you can drive in and out without waiting in any lines. This was just like a Chevy Chase movie, only not as much fun. I tried it twice in the last month. It LOOKS like a great system. Easy place to find on a sprawling airport. User-friendly on-line reservations. I tried the valet parking ($17 per day compared to $33 with the airport) because of the lousy weather. Car was filthy, so I made my reservation for inside and outside cleaning. Got back from the first trip and cleaning had not happened -- they also did not charge me for it (but wait -- there is more). Weather was lousy so I did not argue (although a clean inside would have been nice). But parking turned out to be free, which was a plus. In the dark and the snow, valet attendants handed me a receipt for my parking -- i just glanced at amount and it looked about right, so I tossed it in the car and left. A couple of days later I was reconciling my travel expenses and looked again -- I did not recognize the credit card number on the charge. Then I scanned through my credit cards, just to be sure it was not mine -- it was not. So I waited for business hours and called their Denver location. I told the woman who answered what I wanted and she said "Let me transfer you to that department." No one there -- during business hours -- so I left a message, with phone number. It has been 10 days now with no word. Hope the person who paid for me got it off his or her card and this was just an accidental comp by Wally Park. Not a great experience. But shuttle service was pretty good and much better than my experience with DIA parking -- and my car REALLY needed cleaning, so I tried it again. This time I printed out my reservation with the inside and outside cleaning options chosen. Something had made me suspicious of their reservation system, so I handed the reservation sheet to the guy who checked me in for valet parking. A week later I returned to good weather, nearly dry streets (good time to have a clean car) and a filthy car. The supervisor who was watching the valet crew hand out cars then explained to me that "our two computer systems do not talk to each other," so basically making the reservation and adding requests accomplishes nothing. She said I should have given my request to the person who checked me in and I told her that I had -- in writing. She just explained again that the two systems do not talk to each other and that I should have given my request to the person who checked me in. I asked if I should maybe have given the request to a manager and then asked if there was a manager -- she (the supervisor) then turned to someone else and said "What is the new manager's name?" At that point one would think she might genuinely have comped my parking -- but, not she instead explained to me that most of their computers were not working and I would have to get in a line with the non-valet people (who paid $4 less per day) to pay to get out. The happy news was that there was no line at that moment on a Friday evening and the woman running that computer was friendly and competent -- and pretty fed up with their computer systems ("We told them two months ago we need new computers"). This morning it is humorous, but last night I was ticked off to the point of being sarcastic with employees -- something I should not do. But if one added a murder, a gorilla and a couple of rambunctious (but adorable) kids, this could make a great Chevy Chase movie. For airport parking, I am going to try USAA or Canopy next time. read more

Left me standing on the curb in 14° weather because they had a "full" bus, meaning all seats full. Plenty of standing room. Next bus didn't come for 15 minutes. I will never park here again. What a complete joke. read more

This is a great way to get to park at the Denver airport. It's more affordable than parking at the airport and I think every bit as quick. I love the valet service because you get dropped off first and return to your warm car with a bottle of water to boot. On top of that, if you setup an account, all you do is drive off. No transaction needed. It's a great way to save time at a very affordable rate. read more

I have used Wally Park since its been around. Last night we returned from a 3 hour flight from Mexico, tired and ready to go to bed, they loaded one of our suitcases into someone elses car. Once we realized what happened we had the them call the people as they parked valet. Instead of meeting them on C470 to retrieve the suitcase, not only did they make us go retrieve it (mind you the other family had 2 children and had to wait for us on the side of the road for about 20 minutes) but still charged the full amount for parking there. I used to love parking here but based on their treatment I can't ever park there again. Thanks a lot. read more

I've been using WallyPark Denver for business over the last four years. The valet parking has been a huge help to my schedule. The new app for the phone has helped take the experience to the next level and answers the questions of where the shuttles are while you're waiting. The new coaches are a good improvement lately as well. Excellent job folks! read more

If I could give them a negative rating, I would... I have been a WallyPark customer (and member of their parking club) for many years. As a very frequent flier, it was nice to have a high-quality option for parking at DIA. NOT ANY MORE! The shuttles are now few and far-between, forcing waits of 15-30 minutes frequently, even though I call and let them know I'm there. The shuttle drivers are getting more and more surley, to the point that one actually called me to task a week ago because he thought I stood up too soon (he was almost at a stop, and slammed on the brakes when he saw me grabbing my bags!). Attitude is terrible, service has gone sharply downhill, and I won't be going back unless there is a major change in their approach to customer service. It's such a bummer because there was a time that I spoke exceptionally highly of them for exactly the opposite reason! read more

I agree, as far as airport parking goes, Wally Park is the way to go, and valet service will save you a few minutes at either end. Generally, if it's a one-night trip I'll use the airport garage; anything longer than 24 hours and I'll go to Wally Park; it's half the price of the airport garage. read more

Never had a bad experience here at Wally Park. Open 24 hours and you never have to wait more than 3 minutes for a shuttle. We use the valet service and our car is always warmed up and and pulled to the front when the shuttle drops us off. read more

The first half of the WallyPark experience is great: I get a good corporate rate, it's easy to park, and I get picked up immediately by a shuttle (driven by someone who is great about helping with your bags). It's when you come back that everything falls apart. I've had several extremely long waits (upwards of 30 minutes) on a bustling Saturday afternoon while I watch competitor buses come and go, come and go. I have had to call several times asking (politely) when another shuttle would be coming around, only to be practically hung up on and continue waiting another 15-20 minutes. When you finally get back and are leaving the lot, it's confusing and there is almost no signage directing you how to exit. Service can be gruff, though some of the drivers are very good. At this point I feel like I've had one mediocre/poor experience too many, and will probably try another service next time I fly. read more

I am completely impressed with the level of service I received with Wally's. Upon my return to Denver, not only was my vehicle warming and my trunk was up awaiting my luggage, but I also had a cold bottle of water waiting in my car which was much needed at the time. I've parked via valet with wallypark for the past 8 years at least 2-4 times a month. All I can say is they have become incredibly inconsistent. Shuttle times to pickup from the airport are now taking over ten minutes from when you call. A couple of times since the beginning of the year, my vehicle won't be pulled up and I have to wait another 5-10 min. Not the end of the world but it used to be so smooth, what happen to you wallypark? You used to be the only consistent part of my travel. read more

I was nearly a weekly valet customer for several years, but the service has been so poor over the last six months, I switched to canopy. During my last visit they lost my car and I was forced to wait for well over an hour. According to the general manager, their corporate offices are not allowing them to hire more desperately needed staff. read more

Don't expect too much and you won't get let down.... that's my feeling about this place. For the price, I expected better service, and it turned out all I paid for was a closer space to the airport. My iPhone disappeared somewhere between their lot and the terminal, and when I called to follow up on it (and did so shortly after I arrived at my destination), they acted very put upon, as if I were blaming them for the loss of my phone - which I most certainly was not. Oh well... My car was still there when I got back from my trip and was in the condition I had left it. I really can't ask for more than that. Sorry, Wally Park... you weren't bad and were closer to the airport, but the prices and the customer service were better at the Parking Spot. read more

I have only used this lot once, and regret that I didn't try it sooner. They are the closest to the airport of all the shuttle lots. The shuttle picked me up immediately after I parked, and all staff members were friendly. Recommended. read more

Update. I'm adding a star because the company explained why I was double charged - Twice! Only one star though because it's a crazy policy. Apparently I was double charged because I didn't show them my confirmation email at checkout. Show a RESERVATION confirmation as I'm leaving?? Who would even think to do that? Here's my question: Why didn't they ask for it? FYI - Have a copy of your online reservation with you or you'll get double charged. read more
