I really wanted to like Wally Park. Of the four I tried this one is bottom of the barrel. I fly out of DIA every Monday and return Thursday. Every week. I parked here for 8 weeks. Their reservation system is horrible. The equipment is out of date, meaning the barcode scanners for entry and exit. I pay extra for valet to get home faster but had to wait for my car most every return. The on duty manager was rude when I complained. I was supposed to be OK with poor service because an employees wife had a baby. The valet exit is supposed to be scan and go but it doesn't work half the time. There was a line at the valet exit because the first car couldn't scan out on their crappy system so they had everyone back up and move to the other gate causing a 10 minute delay to exit. The next week the valet exit was just closed. Long exit line after waiting at the terminal 15 minutes to get on a shuttle. The gate attendant was beyond rude. Just absolutely lacking of any customer service skills. That was it for me and I'm parking at Park DIA now. Night and day. Outstanding service at Park DIA. Try it. I will give credit to the hard working Wally Park shuttle drivers. They are always courteous but the overall lack of any effort to provide customer service at Wally Park makes it unworkable for me. I have been using WallyPark since 2011. Although many employees there are friendly and personal, those who are not that way have finally left a sour taste in my mouth and I plan no longer use them. From continuously raising the point system (making it more difficult to utilize points towards free days), to difficult/rude management it no longer makes sense to continue giving them business (I travel 3-5 times a month). My most recent issue (and last straw) was my attempt to login to their WallyClub online website to pull a past receipt (I have done this multiple times in the past) where it for some reason no longer recognized my account. I called WP multiple times and dealth with several rude people (both at the Denver location and LA headquarters). If you have not used WallyPark before I suggest you never start. read more

We started parking at Wallypark about a year and a half ago when the DIA nearby economy lot shuttle dropoff was moved so far away from the terminal that you may as well just walk it. I really like the Wallypark valet service. We got a AAA membership and it gave us a nice discount that almost makes the rate the same as it would be in the regular parking. The area for improvement would be to have more frequent shuttles coming for pick-up...especially in the winter months. It does get rough to wait for the shuttles in the cold. They can be hit or miss. Other than that, it's the best option I've been able to find. read more

Recently used Wallypark for valet service, when we returned our car was not there and it was cold and snowy. We went inside to warm up (with our two young kids) and wait...our car still did not come. My husband checked in at desk and they asked for our ticket (which we gave to the bus driver) they proceeded to looked through hundreds of cards, while my husband spotted our keys. Additionally when we finally did get our car there was only one lane and a long line, valet exit was closed. When I called to seek resolution the GM offered 1 free day of parking for a future visit. I said I wouldn't visit again unless they could make this visit right, she couldn't so I declined her offer and will park at Canopy going forward. Very poor customer service, so not recommend. read more

I want to inform users. I reserved a spot for our vacation. They immediately run full retail on your credit card or debit. You do not get any discounts. We waited 30 minutes for a driver in the rain. They advertise 10 min. No one would answer the phone, I am a Wallyclub member for years. Over charged and too long a wait. Finding another company, not good. read more

Warning! You will be charged for a COMPLETE day, 24 hours, for any part of a day parked over 2-1/2 hours! Essentially, no pro-rating. Also, I had to walk to the main Wally Park terminal from my car to access a shuttle van to the airport. When I asked the driver where the roving shuttles were, he said the rover was "on break." Friendly people, but incompetent management and poor charging practices. read more

Prices have increased over the past few years, but it's still an excellent option. On most every trip the van is right near where they direct you to park, or coming up after the previous van got filled. Response to texts from the airport is good, too. An improvement from waiting for a person to answer the phone call. Today is the first time we weren't offered a bottle of water after paying. That was a nice touch, and hope it was an oversight. read more

This place used to be a 5, now they have barely picked themselves up from a one. The guy that checks in valet is getting more rude by the day. The bright spot is that the drivers seem to be getting better. Very long waits sometimes while staff is chatting it up with each other or just not enough staff/shuttles running. read more

Hmmmm... Left us standing at the curb right as we were ready to board because he had a "full bus". Uhhh... Really? There was practically no luggage on the racks and only 6 people on the bus.... What gives Wally??? Did you forget how to count? 14-6 does not equal 0... Then he says there's another bus right behind him. Bull dooky! We waited another 20 minutes and then the driver opens the door and announces a bit snootily he only has room for 14. Okay look. I know we aren't the skinniest family in the world, but we definitely don't take up seats for 14! ...(The bus was completely empty)...Bad day? Maybe... I know this wouldn't be my dream job but sheesh pal lighten up! I haven't had this negative of an experience with them before. Maybe it's better service during the day....? I don't usually come in so late. I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 2 because the lady at the booth as you're leaving is always just so darn nice! And I get free water... Jus sayin... read more

It's as good as it gets at Wally Park. I park whenever I travel out of town for business and it never disappoints. Amber was great--service was exceptional and they even had my keys ready on time when I arrived! The attention to detail was impressive. I tell all my coworkers and friends about it. HORRIBLE. Will never use them again. Dangerous driver of shuttle and one who did not assist with luggage either getting on or off the shuttle. Almost got us rammed by another shuttle as we left the terminal. Office staff rude and unhelpful. Many other sites to park around the airport so go to them and avoid Wally Park. Used them twice this holiday season, got picked up very fast with minimal wait. First time I used the valet service with the car wash and I was very happy with the service and cleanliness of the car. The second time I used the normal self-park service and although the parking lot wasn't as well directed as USA parking, I just found the nearest shuttle in the parking lot, parked near it,and hopped in. Plus a bottle of water at the exit was a nice touch. Compared to my experiences with USA parking, the shuttle service is far quicker and the location is far closer to the airport so my travel time from the airport to my car has been greatly reduced. While I think the parking lot could be better managed as far as where to park; it didn't really affect me. I will update if I have a negative experience, but both my experiences have been positive. read more

Stay away from Wally Park. I suspect most of the good ratings for them are falsified. I paid for a week's parking and premium detailing. When I picked my car up, it hadn't been cleaned at all, which they blamed on the 'outside contractor' they use. But, they wouldn't refund my money. They gave me false phone numbers for the 'manager', and it turns out that all their phone numbers go to call centers. Even their HQ numbers go to a call center - which the lady on the phone readily admitted to me. I shall be suing them for a refund, of course, but I don't want anyone else to get ripped off. read more

We waited 25 minutes in 5 degree temperatures, calling the number repeatedly just getting voicemail . When the driver finally showed up he spent a lot of time explaining how short staffed they were. Meanwhile several vans of their competitors came by. I won't be returning to Wally Park! read more

I've parked two out of the last four trips and have had the worst experiences here. I've had to park and walk to the shuttle in their own lot where they advertise that they'll pick you up. and for two times in a row waited for 30-40 minutes at the terminal for buses. Parking was fine and prices are decent. I usually park in the garage but on this trip I used valet and selected to have my car washed inside and out so that upon returning from a red eye flight I could go straight to some client meetings. When I arrived the car had not been touched. When the woman handed me my receipt she said "I'm not sure why they didn't wash it for for, but they didn't charge you." What good is the service if you can't depend on them to do it? That was also the reason I paid the higher valet prices instead of just parking myself. I had to rush to a car wash before my meetings, this is a bad look for a company that want's more corporate business. read more

Extremely disappointed with WallyPark. Had to wait over 15 mjnutes at the airport for the shuttle to pick us up...and when arriving at WallyPark, it's not that they were busy...just understaffed. Drove to the pay kiosk only to find that I had to turn around and go back to valet station and go inside because they didn't have anyone to work out at the pay stations!! Hi-We have been parking at Wally Park for a long time and I have never had a bad experience...Today's experience was the best, thanks to Nannette. She got me to my daughter-in-law's car and I couldn't figure out how to start it since the key fob didn't have a traditional key on it..turns out that Nannette showed me how to start it. I looked at their prices online, but didn't pre-pay. I drove there, parked, and when I returned for my car it was three times what they had quoted, $15 a day! I double checked, but no signs had been posted, and it was not mentioned online. Horrid! I will do everything I can to avoid! read more

Very poor pickup frequency from airport to lot. Canopy, Parking Spot and USA parking have all circled several times and nothing from Wally Park. Call with representative suggested bid was pulling up, but nope. Great choice if you don't value your time. read more

Used them at Atlanta Hartsfield airport. TERRIBLE. Had a preprinted on line receipt and there was much confusion at checkout causing too much delay. Also, airport pickup was TOO long a wait in comparison to other park and rides. Will NOT use again. read more

Shuttle bus takes forever to pick you up. The lot is a completely disorganized mess. The staff are basically useless, if you can even find them. The counters are never staffed and amazingly neither are the exit gates. This is unbelievably bad operation. There are other decent options next door for about the same price or less. How Wally Park stays in business is beyond me. read more

We've been Wally Park customers for years but had a bad experience yesterday. When we pulled up to leave the car and presented some Groupon vouchers, the man at valet said we should give them to him and he'd take care of it without any problem. When we arrived back at DIA, they said they had no record of our vouchers and they'd let us out but threatened to charge us the full amount if they couldn't find our vouchers (this was after 20 minutes at the counter- so much for getting in and out quickly with valet!). Basically the lady at the counter was questioning my honesty in telling them that we bought the Groupon and had presented the vouchers (I showed her the email confirming my purchase but couldn't pull up the vouchers at that place). Luckily, my husband found the vouchers in our center car console (he was combing the car as I was inside)- the valet had placed them back in the car without noting anything on our account. So, 20 minutes later and without any apology or ownership of the situation by WP, we left. What a mess- not a great way to come back from vacation and left a bad taste in our mouth about using WallyPark in the future. Looks like they need some management procedures (and maybe a little more customer service training). Be careful when using the Groupon vouchers - it's a good deal if they don't lose them! read more

I decided to try this, thinking it would be quicker than the DIA lots. I was the first one picked up on the East, then had to drive around to pick up more people on the West side, and then I was the last one off at the lot. Also, I made my reservation online which quoted me one price and then was charged an extra day at the booth because they said it was the online was just a "quote" even though I had in the exact times that I came and went. They said they would send me a certificate for a free day in the mail but I am still waiting for it to show up! read more

What happened to WallyPark service? Used to be excellent. Now, you are lucky to get a bus pickup quickly from DEN airport. Most of the time, I see three Parking Spot buses or every one from WallyPark. Disappointed. read more

I normally use a different parking lot at DIA I used Wally Park over the holidays. When I dropped off my car I had to wait several minutes for anyone to take my car (valet) or even acknowledge my presence. When I called for pick up from the airport I kept getting an answering machine. It was 20 minutes before I got someone to answer. I will never use this lot again. read more

We've used Wally Park several times in the past even though it was pricey and didn't receive great service. We've had to flag down drivers, call the main office a couple of times while waiting at the airport for the shuttle and now we've had damages to our car. The windshield was cracked and I tried calling the office but they said I should have reported it before leaving the park but I didn't realize until driving home. Not very helpful and won't be using their services in the future. read more

I tried to use 3 days of loyalty parking with my card and the cashier told me my card was not registered. I had verified that my card was registered before I left and when I got home and contacted Wallypark and they replied 24 hours later that I did have 3 days of free parking on my card and wanted to know what the conversation was. That was 3 days ago and that's all I've heard. Otherwise it's just a parking lot-I walked just as far at WallyPark as I would have at Pike's Peak and I wouldn't have spent the extra $6.00 a day. And 3 buses to Pike's Peak came before 1 bus for WallyPark came. I also noticed that on my bus there were 2 people that had valet parking. They waited the same amount of time as the rest of us and 1 of them had to stand the whole ride to the parking lot. I'm not sure how much they paid but my parking was $15.00 I can't imagine wanting to spend anymore for the same service I got. read more

Parked for over a week and requested inside out cleaning. When I left the lot I discovered my left side mirror had been cracked. We had just arrived from Dublin 16 hr trip. I did not go back but immediately left amessage with the lot. Ticket says you must report damage before leaving the lot so they declined any reimbursement for damage. Poor customer relations. Poor care of private property. Sloppy management. read more

If you sign up and give them an email they will often send coupons via email and ask you reserve online. I have done this twice and each time they did not honor the coupon. When I wrote to them via their website they ignored my concern. Making a reservation means nothing, I have done so only to find myself waiting for someone to take my car when I entered the lot. Their customer service has really fallen off in the 5 years I have used them. I am back to parking at the remote lots at DIA. read more

This is really an "ANTI-recommendation". Had a bad experience this weekend picking up a can in DEN after a 5 day stay. Paying extra for "valet parking" was worthless. On return, van driver didn't care, so car wasn't waiting in the valet area. Had to wait until all others in valet were sent on their way before they got our car. Checkout process was extremely slow. No "express" service, and the clerk was rude as can be. Sent a formal complaint to their website and made a call to the local office. Received a boilerplate email from customer service...and no callback from the local office. I'm firing WallyPark. Next time will use CANOPY or USAirport Parking. read more

I tried to solve the issue below numerous times and spoke to a Armanda xxx (on my last trip to DIA) who was very courteous to send me a statement of my previous stays. I noticed several errors and requested the generall manager to contact me by phone or email. No problem with that according to Armanda, but as now 2 weeks passed by, I received neither a phone call or reply. I use valet parking and I can not belief that they don't care to loose customers such as myself. I used them on my last trip and figured that this all would be settled after my 10 day trip. No such Luck! Looks like they could care less! Good By Wally Park and since those points seem to be more precious to you, KEEP THEM! BELOW IS THE ONE MONTH PRIOR REVIEW! I have been parking at WallyPark for the last 10 years and accumulated points (since they started this program several years ago) which I noticed that most had suddently disappeared. I submitted this information on the corporate website (wallypark.com) over 6 weeks ago by filing a form. I received no response. A week or so later on my visit to DIA WallyPark, I took the time to go to the office and expressed the situation to a counter clerk by the name of Carmelita. She went into the computer and told me that it shows I had redeemed xxx points on my last visit. I told her her that I had never cashed in any points. She responded that they will check into the matter and that she will forward my information to the manager. On 7-7-14 I saw Carmelita again and she told me that she spoke with Pardip xxx the Assistant General Manager and I would definitely hear from her. I left my email, office # & celll number.To this day have not heard from her or anyone at WallyPark. Very poor customer service at least in my situation and for now will be using another DIA parking facility. I will remove this negative review if & when this issue is satisfactorily resolved. read more

I had been a loyal customer for nearly 8 years. However, on my most recent parking experience I have learned how poor of a company Wallypark is. I always use valet parking. The most recent time I arrived to pick up my car, the car was totally disabled and would not run. After speaking to the manager on duty, they admitted they were having problems with rabbits getting under cars and chewing components. At my own expense, I had to tow the car 70 miles to my dealer. The diagnoses was that the oxygen sensors had been chewed and ruined by rodents, resulting in $1,100 in repairs. After multiple calls to Wallypark management, I was forwarded a claim form. I submitted that claim over 2 months ago and have never heard from Wallypark, despite multiple attempts to call and email Wallypark management in Denver. They have refused to respond. Beware. Park at your own risk of very expensive repair bills and no accountability by Wallypark. read more
