Wally Park is great. It makes my commute to the airport seem shorter and not having to trek in from the parking lot is a definite plus. Sign up for the Wally Club and give them your credit card information and it's quick and easy to pick up your car and go when you arrive back to Denver. You also get a discount to use for future parking. The valet parking is awesome - especially in the heat of summer or nasty cold winter. My only complaint is the shuttle set up when returning to Denver. They're few and far between, so you usually have to call. Months ago, when I first started using Wally Park, there was an option where you could text your ticket number directly to dispatch and they'd dispatch a shuttle and have your car ready to go. They always pick us up within a minute of us parking our car. We are dropped off at our car. It beats other places to park around DIA!

By far worst experience ever with a shuttle service. Waited in the cold for 20 minutes and had to call them back several times to get someone out. When we finally got a driver out he made fun of me and my kids for being cold and said if we didn't like the cold then we could ..... and caught himself and didn't say anything.. I paid for valet service and the driver had the audacity to complain about helping me with my bags even though I was traveling alone with 3 small kids in the middle of the night. I would not recommend this to anyone. No one should be treated this way. read more

I have parked at WallyPark for years and have been satisfied with the service. This year however things have changed. Now, instead of paying at an exit booth as before, the customer is somehow expected to know (there are no signs) that no one is working the exit booths and one has to go inside the building to pay (where there are no parking spots). Then, after paying, one places the receipt in a scanner to open the gate. The receipt however is just wider than the metal slot on the scanner so opening the gate becomes another frustration. I personally haven't had issues with shuttle buses/drivers as others have mentioned but this new way of exiting is enough of frustration to make me park elsewhere. read more

Unfortunately, this business has really gone downhill. The waits for shuttles have gone up with no apologies or attempts to improve your experience. The car has gotten scuffed while being in the valet parking. Final straw was that I reserved valet parking online and showed up and was told that they overbooked and there was no room for me in valet. That was all the response I got: no concern, no attempts to make things right. After three years of parking here, I will be finding somewhere else to park. read more

I got a flat tire during xmas break in their parking lot. When I asked if they had a service that could change it they said, No", we don't do that because of insurance." When asked if they could recommend someone, they said "No". I finally got someone to come and Wally Park wouldn't let them on their private property. After much frustration, I had my dad from Fort Collins come and change it. The date was Dec. 17, the day our temps hit -12. Needless to say, after 4 years of using their service, I travel weekly, I will never ever go there again. They were rude and felt put out, I had a flat. I asked what they had done in the past when this happened and they said, "We have NEVER had a flat tire or dead battery since we opened!" Wally Park is wonderful! Their service is great from everyone I've met, from the managers, supervisors, help desk, drivers, etc. I do the valet service and it's worth it! I travel every single week to work and I have never had to wait over 5 mins for the bus to come and my car is ready, warmed up, and they put my bags into my trunk, have my receipt in the car with a bottle water! Top notch service from someone who has to travel constantly - makes traveling so much more pleasant and prices match the value. read more

Absolutely awful service. When I valeted my car an employee was standing in the way of my girlfriend's door preventing her for exiting the vehicle. After politely asking him to move twice and being ignored, I asked him to please move a third time and he proceeded to yell at me and then he called my girlfriend an "a$$ h0le" and charged at her. I had to position myself between both of them and physically restrain the employee or I believe he would have physically assaulted her. When I called the manager to complain he said that he would not investigate the incident unless I sent him a written complaint. Here is your written complaint, maybe now you will investigate before your employee causes you to get sued. read more

I have been using WallyPark for several years - mainly for personal travel (I typically park in the DIA garage for business travel). It is cheaper and convenient when traveling with the family - even if the shuttles are more infrequent now... However, the last time that I used Wally Park, I arrived at my car with the entire family late and night and the back window was smashed. Talked to night manager who told me 'Sorry' and 'We will take care of you'. A valet helped me clean up the mess and I had the window fixed $500 later. Needless to say, they rejected my claim and did not even offer to reimburse my parking charge. VERY Unprofessional place. It took forever for anyone even to respond to me. NEVER AGAIN! read more

Convenient location for DIA, but their reservation algorithm is deceptive. I made a reservation for a 2-day, 4-hour stay; the exit charge was 50% higher than the estimate. Their reservation system ignored my time of arrival and reset it to 12:00 midnight, so I was given a 2-day estimate when I needed to stay longer. $13.95 for uncovered parking in Denver is steep -- take the extra five minutes' shuttle ride and get covered parking for the same rate at Canopy! read more

Used valet service, shuttle pickup at the airport was on time and quick. BUT my car had a flat tire. It took about 20 minutes of me waiting before I learned what the problem was. Then when I tried to use my iPad to contact my road assistance company, I was not able to get on the internet. At first no one knew the password and seemed to be shrugging off my requests to be told what it was. Then the password provided was wrong, as were several variations of what they thought the password "might" be. Eventually I was given a copy of an email from the IT department, that password didn't work either! What I needed was: the information about the phone # for road assistance, which was in the glove compartment of my car. Eventually someone went to my car and got that for me. About two hours after I arrived, road assistance finally arrived and changed my tire. Everyone seemed very busy, rushing back and forth through the lobby, never stopping long enough to find out what might really help me. Eventually Marcia (I think she was the manager) came to the lobby and helped with with phoning road assistance. That was a whole other set of problems, none of that was WP's fault. To top it off, I went to get myself a cup of tea - the pot with what should have been hot water for tea was stone cold. No one had bothered to turn on the burner. I have always had excellent service at WP, but I realize that until this morning I never had a problem! Now that I came home to a problem with my car, I saw a whole other side of the operation. read more

WallyPark treated me well for many years. Until this last October when they offered me an on-site car wash. Sure, it was pricey, $40. But my car was very clean. And they cleaned me out of sunglasses and bluetooth headset while they were at it. They use a third party Metro Shine, but never told me this. They rejected my claim without even an apology. I use to love Wally park and sadly will have to use them again but this is a review for Jasmine that works for them! We picked up our car last night (after 9days with valet and had our two kids in the car) we paid prior to even parking (160 bucks!) and when we went to leave the first thing this woman does instead of a thanks have a good night, yells at my husband "where was you at and why didn't you pay" when my husband said I already did and why are you screaming at me she lets loose with the FBomb calling my husband F-Ing crazy and stupid etc.... all in front of my children!!!! My kids got scared and so I got out of the care and went inside to talk to a manager who was even less help!! One guy bought (I wish I got his name) kept telling me ma'am I am so sorry this isn't the first time she's done this I am so sorry!!!! I have written and called corporate let's see if they make it right!? Stay away from nasty jasmine...ps if this isn't the first time why is she still working there??? I valet parked and when you go to leave there is a sign that says valet exit but there is not anyone in the booth. There are not any directions on what to do so I ended up getting in the line for self park check out even though I had already paid. Once I got to the booth the attendant was extremely rude telling me all I had to do was scan my receipt in the valet exit. When I told her there were not any signs saying that she put her hand up in stop motion and turned her head away. Then she purposely took several minutes before she raised the exit gate. Parking Lot is not clearly marked and has inadequate lighting. We entered a back gate that was wide open that my GPS led us to and I seriously question the security of the vehicles parked there. At 5 a.m. only had one person on duty, as far as I could tell. That one person was in the main building far from the entry point. Again inadequate lighting made it difficult to locate. I purchased my spot and paid for it online and paid about half the price, the on-site pricing is too high. When produced my receipt they acted like I didn't pay enough and they automatically went into a customer service mode of, I am doing you a favor. The shuttles that take you to and from the Airport were the oldest I have ever seen and the shocks absorbers were shot so that you felt every contour of the road, not to mention the bumps which were life-shattering. If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible service, both at drop off and pickup. We used to love this place. We prepaid for a valet reservation. When we arrived we waited forever for a van to pick us up to take us to the airport. When we returned to Denver, we called but got no answer. Had to call back, also sent text. Waited outside for so long, they had to send for another van to pick up all of the people, and still left a family behind. When we got to the lot, they said there was a key mix up and we would have to wait. When I said something to the lady at the counter, she completely ignored me and refused to even apologize. This is by far the best and smoothest airport parking experience we have had! The pricing was exceptional. On our departure day we arrived at 4:30 am, we had made our reservations online a few days before and received an email with how to proceed on day of arrival. On arrival we parked and walked a very short distance to the shuttle, where we were greeted by a friendly staff member who took us to the airport. On our return home we text the number while at baggage claim, we received a text with what floor, door number and island number. By the time we retrieved our luggage and walked out to the indicated area we were greeted by Birhanu (he was so friendly, polite, professional and just so extremely helpful). He loaded us up and was ever so friendly, I would say he was the highlight of our parking experience!!!! We paid at office before exiting and again we're greeted by a very friendly girl who checked us out very fast! When exiting the parking lot, Birhanu ran over to us and inserted our ticket as our truck sits very high and did the rest for us ! Our experience was so smooth that is was worthy of me taking the time as sleepy as I am to write this review. I should note we landed at 11:15 pm and made it to the shuttle around midnightish where waiting for luggage was the most time consuming of the night. Forgot to add that we received two complimentary bottles of cold water when paying, so nice!!!! read more

While my shuttle driver was great, when we arrived back at Wally Park at around 7pm, the woman at the pay booth was on break, so we all had to go inside to pay. It was impossible to find "inside" in the dark, as no lights were visible from outside. I drove around and around and finally saw someone exiting from a (dark) door and figured out where I was supposed to go. There was a long wait. Then, although I left on a Friday evening and came back on a Sunday evening, apparently my car had been there for just over 2 days and 3 hours, so I was charged for 3 full days--definitely not worth it for a quick weekend trip. Finally, I paid and was instructed to scan a barcode in the pay booth to get out. The bar code didn't scan, so I had to get everyone behind me to back up so I could find help. The same shuttle driver (the only competent person in the place) came to my rescue and got someone to come back to the booth. Two more cars pulled in front of me, and then when I finally got to the front and handed her my barcode, she looked at it, sighed, rolled her eyes, and raised the railing without a word. All told, it took me about 45 minutes (and an extra day of $) to get out of there. I will never go back. read more

There is nothing good about this experience. We prepaid but still had to wait in a long line to get out. Not enough shuttles for pick ups. Driver laughed when we got the the shuttle area. He was full but sat there for several minutes. Our shuttle driver was ok but she started with G and went backwards for self park drops to our cars. We were H and were dropped last. I called her out on it and she admitted her mistake and then proceeded to let me know how busy they were when I could care less. Definitely the way to go at DIA. Splurge on the valet service and you'll be driving home within seconds of getting off the bus. Buses are frequent, drivers are great (especially Nannette, always cheerful and ready to help). The scanners get a little cranky sometimes but overall the best car parking service I've ever used. read more

In my opinion Wallypark services have deteriorated greatly. We have used them for business and pleasure travel for several years. We returned from the last trip April 7. We walked outside DIA to find the shuttle bus loading. When the black female driver saw our golf clubs she said there was no room for us and told the person in line behind us that he could board. I would be considered elderly found this humiliating. There appeared to be plenty of room in the bus for us and that she just didn't want to pick up our luggage. We had to wait 15 minutes for the next bus and then wait for it to fill. It took a while to find our car since the inbound driver had written the parking space code incorrectly. I stopped by their office on the way out to mention these situations. The manager, Kevin, did not have any sense of concern for customer service. He demanded I give him a written statement about the driver's conduct. I asked if I could email him something later since we were already delayed by 35 minutes and couldn't wait. Kevin said he didn't have email. He reluctantly wrote my phone contact and said some one would call me to discuss. No calls in two days. From the top down they really do not care about their long term customers. We will never use them again. read more

I have been using WallyPark since 2011. Although many employees there are friendly and personal, those who are not that way have finally left a sour taste in my mouth and I plan no longer use them. From continuously raising the point system (making it more difficult to utilize points towards free days), to difficult/rude management it no longer makes sense to continue giving them business (I travel 3-5 times a month). My most recent issue (and last straw) was my attempt to login to their WallyClub online website to pull a past receipt (I have done this multiple times in the past) where it for some reason no longer recognized my account. I called WP multiple times and dealth with several rude people (both at the Denver location and LA headquarters). If you have not used WallyPark before I suggest you never start. read more

I really wanted to like Wally Park. Of the four I tried this one is bottom of the barrel. I fly out of DIA every Monday and return Thursday. Every week. I parked here for 8 weeks. Their reservation system is horrible. The equipment is out of date, meaning the barcode scanners for entry and exit. I pay extra for valet to get home faster but had to wait for my car most every return. The on duty manager was rude when I complained. I was supposed to be OK with poor service because an employees wife had a baby. The valet exit is supposed to be scan and go but it doesn't work half the time. There was a line at the valet exit because the first car couldn't scan out on their crappy system so they had everyone back up and move to the other gate causing a 10 minute delay to exit. The next week the valet exit was just closed. Long exit line after waiting at the terminal 15 minutes to get on a shuttle. The gate attendant was beyond rude. Just absolutely lacking of any customer service skills. That was it for me and I'm parking at Park DIA now. Night and day. Outstanding service at Park DIA. Try it. I will give credit to the hard working Wally Park shuttle drivers. They are always courteous but the overall lack of any effort to provide customer service at Wally Park makes it unworkable for me.
