Incredible service! Would recommend to everyone looking for great auto service at a great price. Caleb was extremely efficient & friendly. He explained everything so well I felt informed & included in the maintenance of my own vehicle. When I came in to get my front two tires changed, Caleb noticed & explained a lug stud on a back tire was rusted through. I realized after this was due to lazy cross-threading at Big O Tires last year. Caleb went out of his way to replace the parts for a great price & quickly (but carefully!) did the extra service. He made sure my car was in great shape & safe to drive before he said I was good to go. Metric Motors is now my go to auto repair shop. Dependable and Honest , Metric Motors is a great place to get your auto functioning right again . They do an inspection and text you a report rated from most important to doing fine. They give you an honest estimate and invite you to ask questions. If you have the need they provide a loaner vehicle as well. My price was lower than the estimate quoted because Russ found the best deals on needed parts. Josh was my mechanic who did a great job repairing my vehicle. I am now safe and secure behind the wheel. Metric motors was more than 50% less expensive than I was quoted for the same repair in my home town! I highly recommend Metric Motors as an honest business who will get your auto fixed right at a reasonable price . So glad I found them! read more

I took my vehicle to Metric for a 30k mile checkup. The only service they recommended was replacing the tires. I was offered 2 options, and was told that the less expensive one would serve me well. They provided a loaner car so I wasn't put out while waiting for them to do a thorough job. Very disappointed in the service here. Was recently a return customer, satisfied with the service before. I made an appointment, drove from Estes Park (having to justify the trip to my friend "Don't they have mechanics in Estes?" - "Yes, but this shop is so good!"), dropped my car off before 9:00 am. By 2 pm, nothing had been done to repair, let alone inspect, my car (short of a test drive). I pulled my car from the shop around 2:30, still not knowing at all, what was wrong, what parts were needed, or an estimate on the cost to fix it. I will not be coming back, and strongly encourage others to find another car shop if your value your time. read more

I have not had my car serviced by them, but it is because of price. I call and shop around before getting any major repairs done. I have called them every time and their prices are always higher so in the past I have gone with other shops. I recently started shopping to have my timing belt replaced. The price they quoted me was $1,000 more than the price quoted by both Honda dealers in the area. I would recommend shopping around if you don't want to break the bank on a car repair. read more

Wonderful service! I took my car in for a much over due oil change and they guys at Metric Motor showed me that my belt was worn out. I live in Loveland and work in Denver so I do quite a bit of driving. This could have caused me a serious hassle if the wonderful crew hadn't discovered it. I recently had to move away from Northern Colorado and have missed this shop more than ever!! I used to take my Jeep, GMC, and Honda to this shop and had the best customer service and loved the fact that I could always trust them to be honest and fair with their recommendations, especially being a young female - they never took advantage of that. The staff is friendly and the shop is always clean (with free food goodies in the fridge or fresh baked cookies). I loved taking advantage of their free loaner car and I would always be surprised at the other makes and models that these guys are capable of diagnosing/repairing - sometimes I would see Subarus, Audis, and BMWs, other times it would be Fords, Chevys, Dodges, and Mercedes-Benzs. I appreciate this shop more than ever now knowing what dealing with other shops are like. Not to mention the outstanding warranty and clean bathroom!!
