I went in for an oil change one afternoon and the mechanics were very kind, helpful, and patient. It was my first time going to an auto shop alone and this made it very easy and helpful. I am very glad that the prices were cheap as mines was only around 44$ for an oil change. The greeter, I didn't quite get his name, was very informational and explained everything very well. I was also very glad that they didn't try scamming me like other auto shops. Usually, they'll see a young girl and immediately charge her $140 just to pump her tires or something like that. Everything was super fast for a Walmart as well. I honesty thought it was gonna take at least 2 hours but they got it done with 30 minutes which I'm pretty delighted about. You get to roam around Walmart and just have fun. Meanwhile, you pay at the front desk, get your receipt and you are finish! Everything was very wonderful. Will be back here again. read more

I was there for less than 5 minutes. It was my first time there drove around the whole parking lot to find it. Finally found it. Didn't see any clear signs as to where to go, so I pulled up and asked the GROWN ASS MAN, looked me in the face and just kept walking then I shout out if this was where I should go then someone yells back to straighten the car to pull in, as I do that the same grown man come up to the door and tells me to go to the consultant or something and I'm see a door so I go into the door down a like a hall and I see a door with a window into the store and there's an employee at the register so I figured I'd go in there where I wait for literally 1 minute if that and another GROWN ASS MAN comes in and basically yelled that he needed me outside so I honor and follow him and he's walked away to get info on my car I assume and then he comes back and immediately is like your car need synthetic, so you want to do the $68 one? And I told him I booked online so I was pulling it up and he's like it's the $68 one. And I said it's the premium full synthetic (mind you I'm literally just a girl) and I said it's $64.88 and he said that's online her it's $68 and shows me the screen. And I'm like ok well I booked online so why is the price difference? So I asked them to stop because like I'm already uncomfortable with their dry ass personality and then the price difference and just the attitude he had was it, so I asked them to stop the 1st grown man pulls my car up super dry said something about my key I hop in the car and my screen says 100% oil remaining I'm just supper disappointed at the over experience. Maybe if all these GROWN ASS MEN CHANGED THIER DAMN ATTITUDES you'd upsell if that's what you guys have to do... never again read more

I came back and the guys did not check me in and straight up ignored me. They helped another guy who wasnt waiting in line and just drove in. I left after 20 minutes of waiting. I refuse to come in anymore if the girls aren't in. They were the only workers who did oil changes and air pumps within 15 minutes!!! The lazy people here can't even get a oil change in within 20 minutes. read more

I bought "road hazard repair", saying this would fix things like nails in your tire. Had a nail, after going to 3 different Walmart stores to get this repaired. The last store finally tells me "we can't fix the tire leak with a nail", WalMart should have never sold you this service. I now need to call Walmart corporate to get a refund for my road hazard repair. Apparently I paid for something they don't even service. HORRIBLE. read more

The Walmart Auto center in Antelope is terrible. The mechanics act like they don't want to be there. They don't even acknowledge that you are there. I have been to many Walmart auto centers but this one in Antelope has taken laziness to another level. Pathetic. read more

Got an oil change here and they literally forgot to put new oil in... My car overheated on the highway because my oil was completely empty. Now have to buy my own oil after I paid Walmart $70 to empty mine and not fill it. Don't spend your money here read more

Absolutely unacceptable racist staff member. Don't bother coming here if you're not white. I was here at 6:50, was one of the first cars waiting, and even made my presence known. Three people came after me and were serviced first while I was waiting, also all white, in addition to the man checking them in. Then an hour later, as I'm sure I'm about to be the next person, he turned his back to me to tell everyone else who got there after me that their system was down. Absolute BS. Dude just wanted to get me out of there. I will not be returning to this auto center and urge others to drive a bit farther to find a different one. read more

The most horrible experience, never going back. The two white guys are very disrespectful, they yell and scream like animals, they don't know much about cars, not sure how they got hired, they both appeared to be high on something. When were caught in the wrong said he hopes I don't die on my way home, but by the way he said it he meant to die on my way home, used it in a derogatory way. I don't go to Walmart usually, but never expected this, I'm shocked. No wonder they are not busy. Then they told me to never come back. I guess this is Walmart, they only hire thugs, even so I didn't expect this from Walmart. Over two hours for an oil change. Customers that came after me got serviced while I wait

I have never experienced a service of such poor quality, and I am not referring to the repair or repair of the car itself, but to the customer service. The people who work here behave like wild animals, RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, and ARROGANT, and treat people as if they hated their work and were forced there without pay. It is incredible how this page is full of bad comments for the same reason and the CEO of Walmart does not react to this massive wave of complaints and bad comments. Those employees deserve either customer service training or immediate termination. read more

I had a great experience with the auto care at Walmart. Had to have both batteries replaced in my F250 truck and they completed the work quickly. Will definitely go back if I need an oil change or tire rotation or more battery work! read more

Got here when the store opened. I was the 2nd car in line for an oil change at 7am sharp. The workers are nice but it has taken over an hour and a half to get my oil changed. They're still working on it now at 8:33. That's pretty terrible..... read more

I'm not sure why an oil change takes over an hour, especially with four people working the garage and no one else waiting, but apparently that's how this place works. I mean, I know it's Walmart, but they should probably not put a glass window looking into the garage area, if they don't want customers watching the employees dance around and cutting up instead of doing their jobs. Maybe they should have been actually checking the air pressure in my tires (37,38,38,34 per the car's computer but written up as 35 all the way around on my invoice.) Do not take your vehicle here! I was told probably a 30-45 minute wait only to loiter around Walmart for over an hour and a half even though I could see my car was finished not too long after I arrived! I went back to the counter four separate times and they insisted my car wasn't done! Then finally someone came in and said their bay was empty why was I still waiting. So the man inside sauntered around complaining about how nobody scans in the paperwork then vaguely tells me that can't change my oil (which I've never had be an issue before with this car which was also just at a mechanic so if there was any issues with my oil pan surely my mechanic would have told me) then takes the paper that says my oil pan is messed up and wads it up and throws it in the trash before I can ask for it. It seemed mighty suspicious like someone there damaged it. So I get in my car that has sat outside for quite some time, and my radio is on!!! So not only did they not change my oil but they left my radio on, luckily my battery didn't die and I was able to leave that horrible place. Needless to say I'll never be going back. My sister has had similar experiences with them, it just seems like laziness. My sister got a brand new oil pan put in as the drain bolt got stripped at another place. We took her car to Walmart and within ten minutes they were telling us her oil pan is broken and stripped and they cant do her oil which was not true. Go to a real mechanic save yourself an hour to two hours of your life you'll never get back. read more

Worst experience ever.....Get there and a trainee comes to help us, fine. We discuss what we want and he inputs all the information, incredibly slowly. After going through all that, the lady training him comes over and informs us that the $20 dollar oil change we had agreed upon, was not correct and it would be $50 dollars. We had already gone through all our information and were annoyed, but figured we were already this far, at least we were almost through it..... We go and shop for an hour+ until the car is done, and finally can pay for it. We get out to our car and the plastic cover from the mechanic is still on the seat, the windshield looked worse than when we got in due to soap water drops it, car was not vacuumed, get in and they had not reset my odometer that showed I was overdue for an oil change, instead based the number for the little sticker on how many miles overdue I was (was -2500 miles, they put a sticker to come back in -5500 miles). They vacuumed one rug, but not the rest. And the sheet showed I declined windshield wiper fluid, which I was never asked. The sheet also shows everything was "checked" but I know I have a light out and their sheet said that light was checked.....Says tire pressure was checked but readings weren't accurate and tire pressure light was still on.....i don't trust that anything was actually checking....Overall disappointing experience. Deserve less than one star. read more
