Excellent service!!! I got a flat tire on the freeway. I was lucky enough that I took an exit which lead me directly to Firestone tires. It was 5:55 pm. They close at 6:00 pm. I went in to get a flat tire fixed and well it was checked and the tire was a 2017 tire so it was to old to repair soooo had to get new tires! The others were cracking and wearing wrong. Doug at the counter got it rolling and set me up with a Firestone credit card where I saved a little. Didn't have to spend a dime. They were very accommodating on such short notice on a Sunday. I then came back a little later with a with a battery from our other car that needed to be replaced. No problem! Had it replaced in about a 1/2 hour. Just the battery not the car. The only thing you should do at Firestone is get your oil changed and wiper blades changed. If they give their repair recommendations don't let them fix your car but take their suggestions to a professional mechanic that's not an oil tech. I had a civic that head a leaking valve cover gasket and they fixed it, then there was a leak in my oil pan. They said they fixed but my car was leaking that whole weekend, everywhere I went I left small puddles. Brought it back said part of my engine was tightened. Then there was a leak in my main seal and rear seal that my mechanic near my place spotted. Took it back and I was sol and Firestone couldn't touch it. They fought me on it and I was left hanging. DO NOT LET THEM OR ANY FIRESTONE DO MORE THAN OIL CHANGE OR WIPER BLADES. IF YOU FIND YOURSELF LIKE ME GO ABOVE THEM TO SOLVE WHAT THEY COULD NOT. read more

I had a nail in my tire, my fleet mechanic told me it was an easy fix. This Firestone was on my way home from work and when I called them they said I could come over. Whoever was in the office went out to look at my tire and two minutes later said the nail was in a bad place and couldn't be repaired. He said I needed a whole new tire. I couldn't believe my friend at work was wrong so I left. Next day I went to my company's recommendation and it was repaired and they were shocked but not surprised that I was misled. I am so happy with the employees at this location. I came in today after having a bad experience at another tire place. Sam helped me and was so friendly. They were able to patch my tire for $20 after another place tried to sell me ONE tire for $400 and refused to patch it. The whole staff was great and I had to be somewhere by 1:30 and they made sure my car was ready before that. The other woman in the front was very sweet too and the mechanic who gave me my keys told me about my key fob being low and where to replace it. Just the best customer service hands down! I will be coming back to get a whole new set of tires soon and this is my new go to place! read more

I have taken 2 cars here now.... I generally don't take Europeans to non specialized places but it was things I knew were not serious first off my Mercedes I took here because there was a strange noise coming from my rear right tire to have a full inspection done they asked I come back the next day at 1pm so I did the guy literally reversed my car and parked it said he heard the noise which I thought was strange because I only hear the noise over 30mph any how he comes back in and tells me it could be 1 of 2 things metal shavings falling in my transmission or something else ‍ idk if he thought because I was a girl I would be naive to a vehicle anyhow I ended up paying my trusted mechanic at EU Tech to find out the exact problem and it was my right rear wheel bearing..... well I decided to give them another shot with my BMW to see why it was shaking and the reason I am highly upset is I picked up my car with a huge list from it having an oil leak, I was due for new tires and my rotors are paper thin that's all they told me just like that usually when you take your car in for a check and your tires wire is showing they tell you, you need tires same day immediately and make you aware of the safety hazard but they didn't I ended up taking my car elsewhere once again here's a pic of the tires that they only told me they were due to replace but didn't tell me how unsafe they were Mind you it was 3/4 that were like this one of them I'm so glad it didn't shred apart driving my daughter to school. Then other part I can't really be to mad considering they were wrong is I took my car into BMW to See about the oil leak and they said there is no leak which I thought was strange to when they told me that because I've never seen anything under my car after it being parked over night. This is the very worst in all aspects of business and customer service. Just brought the car in because one of the tires I bought had a flat. Hilton and his crew are so full of bad business I wouldn't recommend anyone go there. Chad claims he order the matching tire and my car would be ready in the morning. Spoke to Mark the next morning and Chad left no notes on what was going on. Mark stated to not only me but the representative from my fleet company. They blatantly put on a tire that did not match and caused the car to run like it is supposed to. Mark did the work without calling to get the PO for the work. When mark called me he never said to me that the tire was a lower grade than we had just bought in January of this year. I had also asked Mark to do the free and included tire rotation and sensor calibration and he assured me that it would be done. Surprise!!! It wasn't! I spoke to the so called manager the next day and he was very assertive in not servicing or honoring my contract with Firestone. He continued to yell at me. I said to him, what do we just get things corrected and I will be out of here not to do business with this location ever again. Hilton is a very over aggressive,unprofessional,non customer service orientated person I have ever dealt with. This Hilton guy should definitely not be in charge of not only this store but any type of business that has to deal with customer service. Do not patronize this location at all. Yesterday on my way to work my truck started experiencing major power issues and I was forced to pull off the road as I could barely get up to 50-55 MPH which is dangerous during rush hour traffic in this area. Lucky for me I pulled off on Watt Avenue as I found this particular Firestone and they were about to open. I had already been aware of some issues with my truck and had planned to have it looked at soon and my truck was no longer going to wait for me to get to done. V opened the doors up just before 7 for me, and all I can say is that from the start to the end of my experience, he was professional and their mechanics took the time and made every effort to troubleshoot my trucks issues. They were able to figure out the issue and instead of throwing parts or other unnecessary services at it, they properly diagnosed it and fixed it and I was back on the road! I will be taking my vehicles for all services going forward, as they showed me they are TRUE mechanics and not out to gouge their customers! read more

Ahhhhh yes... I reluctantly decided to give them another shot since they DID end up giving me four new tires for free after the last debacle... I am in a different vehicle yesterday when I had the unfortunate luck of running over a VERY large bolt. I was in a hurry so I had one of my co-workers drop my tire off to see if it could be fixed rather than replaced. Bad news, needs to be replaced. Fine. My full size spare is brand new, so I cruise in there this morning and ask them to put the new tire on the one wheel, the brand new full size spare tire on the other rear wheel (so I have two brand new tires on the rear) and I'll put the existing-in-perfect-condition-just-a-bit-more-worn tire on the spare rim. So that I'll have two equally brand new tires on the rear. Makes sense, no?! He says no. Can't be done. Really? Because I only had this idea because we did EXACTLY THIS SAME THING less than a month ago on one of our work vans. Same Firestone. He stammers and says they "just signed" something it "JUST went into effect". Taking my tire elsewhere to be replaced, and if they treat me nice, we'll be opening an account elsewhere. Brought in my Jeep for a battery replacement. It's a company car so I have to have certified labor. It took them two hours to replace the battery. All I requested was a new battery. Two nuts to loosen, pull out the old battery and put in the new. It shouldn't take any longer than 10 minutes to perform the repairs requested. They stood around and took their time doing the simplest job possible. They just milked the clock on my company's dollar. Update: they sent me off without a new battery because they didn't feel it was necessary. Two days later, for the 4th time, my battery is dead. I made mistake doing my 30k maintenance here on my Infiniti g35, everything wasnt done and I paid about 500 dollars which is cheap compared to dealer cost (900 or more) i guess you get what you paid for. They finished working on my car before the time they projected (staying late to get it to me the same day). I cannot express this enough - they are extremely hard working people who go above what I expect from an automotive shop. They called a few days afterwards to check on how my car was running, as I had had a fair amount of work done, which was both unexpected and greatly appreciated. I will admit that I am not the best when it comes to car care. My last visit here was a bit of an emergency and my experience could not have been better. Darren, the manager of this location, worked with my budget to get me the best tires I could get, took care of some other things and took time to educate me. All of the guys that work here have service standards above many places I have been before. They actually care. They are knowledgeable, careful, efficient, approachable, thorough and just plain really nice. Next time I needed help with my car, I came here and Darren remembered me. That was a wow moment for me. They took care of what I needed quickly and despite it being busy, I was in and out. Again, everyone I encountered was friendly and it was very reasonable priced. The waiting room is nicely air conditioned with a pleasant atmosphere, a TV and plenty of magazines to keep you entertained. Made an appointment for a standard oil change. I also requested the complimentary courtesy check and specifically they check the cabin and engine air filters. Upon check out again I ask about the condition of the two filters and was assured they were fine. I knew it has been more than 5,000 miles since they were last changed so I was suspicious. I went to another nearby auto service center and ask them to check both filters. Sure enough they were both very dirty and need replacing. These bandits literally tried ripping me off I came in for an oil change and they said they are not able to do one because the drain plug is stuck in the pan and I need a whole new oil pan and after I left this chop shop my oil started leaking so I took it to a family mechanic and he said the drain plug was loose and there was nothing wrong with my pan they literally unscrewed the drain plug so that the oil would leak so I would come back and have my oil pan changed with them which they would have charged me up to 1,000$ for so whatever you do do not go here unless you want to be ripped off completely or you want your car to be in worse condition than before!! read more

These people take advantage of someone who has no idea about cars. My brake abs light were on, I had my boyfriend come in. Mind you my car made no extreme noises, but I knew something was wrong. My boyfriend told them there might be something with the brakes and needed them checked out, turns out the bearings needed to be replaced or fixed or whatever. You would think they would let him know the car is unsafe to drive and the bearings are the problem, but instead they tell him within the next month it needs to be done, and instead of showing him how bad the bearings are they just fix the brakes and send him on his merry way. When I drive my car I see the brake lights and abs is still lit up, so they didn't fix the problem BUT NOW my car is making some huge scraping noise. I went to a different firestone for them to show me that the bearing is definitely the reason why the brake and abs light on and my tire is damn near disconnected from the car(spinning in a circle just by moving it with their hand) they told me it was DANGEROUS to drive. So honestly this place I felt scammed us by fixing the brakes that could have waited and thought they could milk an extra 350 dollars from us after us spending 200 for something that was not severe. DO NOT COME HERE! If I had trusted their input, I could've been in a bad car accident... read more

Im a mechanic and I don't have access to an alignment machine at the moment. This place did a really good job aligning my truck. The manager and assistant manager were very helpful. The manager even helped the tech align my truck. I have an old 4Runner that's lifted and they can be kinda tricky to get the alignment right. The place I went before hand to buy tires said they couldn't align it because of a whole multitude of lies they told me, look at my review of 4 wheel parts if you want to know more.
