It's a no brainer for me. Everyone at this store was helpful both on the phone and in person. I called for an oil pressure sensor, the switch socket (ended up having to come back for this because the one I had prior to this did not fit correctly) and also had them test my alternator for a separate issue to see if I needed to have that traded out under my warranty. Thankfully they had everything I needed and my alternator was fine. I'll figure out the codes pulling up on my scanner regarding the alternator at a later time. The store is well organized. The team working there are all great. Trust, I spoke or interacted with several these past few days.

I sent her here based on yelp reviews as I live in another state and don't know the area. Disappointed to hear that the shop told her all her tires are "bald" and needed to be replaced. Maybe the person helping her was new and didn't know much about tires. Tires are only 2 years old and well below their 40k mile rating. I meticulously checked out her car a few months ago and tires were in good shape. As I live in another state, I did a video call and examined the tires after she told me about her experience. Looked fine visually. Had her check the tread depth using a penny and there are no issues. None of her tires need to be replaced. Apparently a basic oil change is also now $60.99 including tax.
