MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!! I got a flat tire and called the day before I went in. I was told to come in anytime between 7 - 10 AM and they would be able to get me in. Therefore I got there at 7 AM to hopefully get out as quick as possible. I ended up waiting until 12 o'clock because they put everyone that had an appointment ahead of me, even though I was told 7-10 AM would be for walk in's!!!! Needed an oil change. Saw there was no line, just one car in the bay in front of me. Asked for an oil change. Ended up waiting 2 hours. Checked engine bay after the oil change, oil was everywhere like they've never heard of a funnel or rag. Never again. read more

Horrible Horrible Horrible! I made the mistake of buying 2 tires, the bigger mistake was taking up their offer for installation. I made an appointment for 5pm and arrived at 4:45 pm. After waitIng for two hours i asked about the status and received the rudest response from the lady behind the desk as well as the tire attendant! they made sure I waited until they were ready to close at 8pm! What is the purpose of offering and making an appointment! 3HOURS to install 2 tires! FIRST & LAST TIME with Walmart service center. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited 3 hours for an oil change for them to say I was kicked out of the system and there was no more of the oil I requested in stock. Customer service is dead, I wasn't apologized for inconvenience instead they up charged me for different oil and was told I "should've came in the morning". It's a Friday, do they not think people have school or work. When asked for the manager the worker didn't have a way to contact them, what kind of work place does allow worker to have contact with their manager. Posting this to spare someone else from ever feeling how these people made me feel. They are blatantly racist here I've never experienced anything so horrendous in my life. Made me wait 4 hours for tires and still had my car parked in a parking spot. Tire Kingdom down the street treated me with dignity and respect and was extremely understanding, honest and caring. I know it is Wal Mart but any level of competency would be nice. They are complete idiots over here and they just DO NOT CARE!! They don't care that they are idiots, they don't care that you are waiting, they don't care about providing any customer service or a good customer experience. I don't even want to get started on the idiot that was supposed to move my car into the service bay for new tires. Then multiple times, they called my name telling me the car was ready (no text though) only to have them hand me someone else's keys because it wasn't actually my service that I had paid for. Online, it said they had the tires I wanted. I tried to call multiple times over the course of about 4 days to confirm but no one ever answered the phone. I am sitting here listening to the phone ring right now and no one is making the slightest effort to answer it. Made appointment and they didn't have my tires in stock when I showed. They said to come back in 2 days. When I did, they still didn't have them. I gave them a 3rd chance and still no tires. I had ordered 4 tires from Walmart website. They were delivered 1/13. I initially hesitated to have them install it due to all bad reviews. As none of them had been within last year or so, I figured I'd give them a shot. Set up appointment for 9am today. Arrived 8:50am. There was a small line of people awaiting oil changes. Line went quickly. I was checked in at 9:01am and decided to stick around and shop. I received notification that my car was ready at 10:18am. As I was walking back into the service area, they were in the process of calling me as well. I checked out a couple of items that I had shopped for while waiting and was able to leave in my car at 10:30am. I'd consider that a very timely job. The tires were properly installed, balanced perfectly. My car rides nice and smoothly again! Clearly, it looks like the past problems in this department have been worked at, as I had an efficient, professional experience today. read more

Horrifying. Oh my god. May have good prices but the customer experience was horrifying. 0 stars if I could. One person at the counter who was sloooooowwwwwwww. Couldnt even speak english well. 12 customers in one line, on a week day. Thank god it was not a weekend. Workers standing around doing nothing. Shop was dirty dirty dirty. Not organized. This is managements fault, walmart corporates fault. Turn this place around and make it appealing for the customers in this community. Just disgusted with the terrible experience here. Undoubtedly the worst customer service and work ethic I have ever seen . A line full of 8 plus cars waiting to be serviced and a huge garage with 4 mechanics standing in the middle laughing and giggling over texts or pictures on each others phones . Total inconsideration and unprofessionalism . I got here at 7 am and it's now 9 am and not one single car has moved an inch or been serviced at all. Also the older gentleman named Kenneth who enters your data in the computer is not equipped to handle this department possibly the oldest and slowest person in the store , nothing against him but the management ought to place him in the arts and crafts section or something or by the books . I keep reminding myself it's Walmart you get what you pay for got here at 12:15 pm they finally took my car into the bay to start to change the tires at 3:40 pm several open bays this place works on one car at a time, service is sooooooo slow, no one that works here cares (remember Walmart Walmart Walmart) I know that this review is a waste of my time but I have had an entire day wasted what's a few more minutes. They're very understaffed. I've been here twice and both times the wait time was 3 hours plus. One customer arrived there by 6am and was still there after 10am. Not everything that says " in stock" online is actually there either. Make sure if you decide to go here, please clear at least half your day. read more

I bought tires online and came in at 8am in the morning to get them put on. They told me they don't do appointments. That's fine. But a 4 hour wait?! How is that possible when there there only 6 people ahead of me?! I waited until 4pm!!! 8 hour wait is disgusting. A customer was taken ahead of me and he was shocked I was still there. The staff dont want to be there, the manager is overrun. I tried to say something to one of those laughable managers and she lied to me saying thete were people in the call center (i called 5 times NO ONE answered), then told me to just call customet service. By far the worst place to go..... They are always under staffed with very rude employees who are most likely over worked and under paid. Went in for an oil change and it took 3 hours. They had one employee doing oil changes and there and there was one car ahead of me..... once they finished it took 45 minutes to cash out because there was a line with customers and every one of them had a complaint. Once I got into my car to leave there was oil on my steering wheel and hand shift plus the door handle. The store manager Michael needs to spend a day back there to see how terrible that department is. Where's is Walmart Corporate.... Not in Boynton Beach that's for sure. read more

If you value your time and money, I'd steer clear from having any auto work done here. While the shop hours claim to be open from 7AM-7PM, this is anything but true. First attempt for a tire rotation I came here at 5PM only to be told that they had too many cars ahead and that I'd have to come back another day. Second attempt I came in at 3PM to be told that there were many cars ahead and that it would take 3+ hours so I should come back earlier another day. Third and final attempt I came a little before 7AM and had to wait in line with people until they finally opened at 7:20. The employees seemed like they didn't even want to be there and acted as if there being customers was an inconvenience to them. After walking around the store waiting for almost 2 hours, I go to the department to check on progress only to be told that they couldn't work on my vehicle due to a tire issue. I received no phone call informing me of this and was talked down to by an unprofessionally rude 'manager' as to why nothing could be done. The guy claimed there was an issue with my vehicle's suspension, when I had just taken it to the dealership 2 weeks ago and knew this wasn't true. On top of being rude, he offered no solution to my problem and said I was basically SOL. I couldn't believe the amount of inconvenience I experienced here just for a tire rotation!
