Let's face it we all need that service center you can trust. They have never attempted to up sell me on anything and they have never pushed a repair onto me. I've quested their repairs and have never had to go back for adjustment or the work not done correctly the first time. Since using them as a repair center for several repairs and having great dealings - I decided to begin using them as my go to for state inspections as well. As for cost - again I've never had them up sell me on anything and feel the costs that I've paid for repairs have been fair and most likely less then a dealership. A repair shop in Hopewell first sent me there when they couldn't perform the work I needed done. According to the Hopewell repair shop, " these guys are honest and will treat you fairly.". Scotty was right. My truck was missing and running really rough. In a matter of 3 hours they had thoroughly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Now it runs like it was 10 years younger. I give this company my strongest recommendation. I've trusted them four times and our four occasions their performance has been extraordinary. They know what they're doing and they have the high tech tools necessary to effectively diagnose problems. They're not guessing at it. It's not component replacement until we get it right. Tune was rich according to my new tuner from their baseline. Landon, the tuner, does not know what…read morehe is doing. Was told come back in 500 miles for an ethanol tune. Don't know why. Meth kit - has no leaks works fine, wired to a fuse that has power even when car is off. Drains battery if not turned off with the car. Front splitter was missing bolts even with hardware provided only hanging on from canards. Splitter was flapping at 100+; destroyed my $1,100 splitter and $250 front grill. Was told my front accessory drive bolts were loose - they were not I torqued to spec. They proceeded to hit all the bolts with an impact, breaking my AC compressor bolt which the belt pulled the AC line towards my header. Cost $1,300 to take to another shop to get fixed. Crank seal was replaced with incorrect crank seal for the Innovators West Balancer. Which then leaked oil under boost / left a puddle of oil under the car when turned off. Do not take your performance car here. I have other friends in the car industry that have been screwed over by these guys.
