Took my car in for inspection and they damaged it. When they placed my car on their lift, they…read morefailed to properly shim the lift arm ends so that the contact points of the arms lifted in the appropriate places UNDER the car and the arms of the lift crushed the side skirts of the car. While it appears minor, this is basically a new car with less than 20k miles on it. I brought it back and explained it to the manager/owner, not sure who he was. He seemed uninterested and completely ignored the damage on the passenger side. Said he would "look at the video". Well unless they have pretty good video in that shop that can zoom into that area, the video will be useless. I haven't heard back from him yet.
