When I…read moregot there the service advisor, Chris, informed me that they had been ordered but not delivered. He apologized that the appointment wasn't moved or that I wasn't notified. He went above and beyond and got me a better tire for a discounted price due to the scheduling issue. For 4 tires and an alignment I was in and out in about an hour. Great service and great prices. Unlike so many other tire shops this one was clean, had a seating area, an area where you could work on your laptop, and a children's play area. Also, plenty of outlets (with USB ports) to charge your devices.

GET at this point he came with NO tools nothing can't get the pulley because he waited til 7pm to even do the car! Heartbreaking Experience - Complete Failure in Service and Compassion…read more I took my vehicle to the Jiffy Lube at 1930 Poinsett Hwy, Greenville, SC on October 15, 2025, for a diagnostic and other services. My car had a few issues but was running fine when I brought it in. The very next day, it wouldn't start at all. An employee tried to drive it to a nearby gas station, where it completely broke down and became inoperable. My car was left there, and I was offered no help or support to get it back. Later, I was told the head gasket had blown and that no refund or solution would be provided. What made this even more devastating is that the manager watched me scramble to find money to fix my car, knowing I needed it to attend my grandmother's funeral. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. Because of this experience, I lost both money and my vehicle. Jiffy Lube truly failed me--both in service and in basic human decency. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Thought I would also let the auto service possibly repair a tire air leak. Pulled up to Auto Center well defined area and was greeted promptly by a well managed crew. Their on point , knowledge, listening skills, and problem solving is key to me always to come back in the future. Repairing a tire has a fair price but my tire rim coating was the issue and only needed to be replaced inline for the seal to hold. Since this was the case there was no cost. I am a fan now and would be happy to give them all my business in the future.

Got an oil change and they vacuumed my floor boards! Very happy. Service took about 30 minutes.read more
