Brian said that he was going to replace the camera and the radio with new. When he said the van was ready to be picked up, I saw the new radio on his counter and went I was getting ready to leave, I immediately noticed that the lights were flickering. I talked to Brian about it before I pulled out and he played dumb like he fixed it. I knew he didn't touch it because he told me that in order to fix it, it might take a long time to troubleshoot the electrical wiring. That is why I was told by Robert at Farm Bureau to take it to you!! It only did he not fix the lights, he didn't replace the radio like he said. Want to know how I know? Ok.....my wife's and my phone was still connected to the radio's Bluetooth settings. The only thing he did was repair some loose wiring in the camera. Brian, I hope you enjoy the new Kenwood radio and backup camera that your buddy Robert at Farm Bureau got for you. Lesson learned for me to never go back to that crook. I HIGHLY recommend that others don't as well if it is an insurance claim.

In addition the service times takes way too long. I had a 12 noon appointment and my vehicle did not even get in the bay until 12:45. All they did was install two tires and do an alignment. That took over three hours. On my July 3rd visit it took six hours for those services. Had to wait an hour on that appointment time to get the vehicle in the bay. For the price I paid for those tires ($1,100 for two) one would think I'd better service. Not likely to ever buy Firestone tires again. High cost and bad service isn't a recipe for a successful business model.

Last month, I was driving up to Pigeon Forge from Florida and I stopped by here due to my car is shaking. It was 6:45 and they were getting ready to close at 7pm. They said they couldn't do a diagnostic because it would take atleast 1.5 hours to do that. So I added Indiana if he could take a look and test drive to see what it could be and give me an advice since I have another 2.5 hours to get to my destination. He went out of his way trying to find the issue and finally found it. One of my tire belt snapped, which made the tire warped and have a bubble. Luckily my tires did not exploded on the road. Russ, Indiana, Tyler stayed after hour to replace my tire so I could be on my way and make it to my destination. I appreciate them so much because they cared about my safety and not about their time to clock out. Thank you so much.
