The owner refused to fix it because the entire underneath was completely rotted out. He could have fixed it and made money off it, but refused because the vehicle wasn't safe. Wanted to charge me $200 to replace a serpentine belt, which I did myself in 5 min with an OEM belt that cost 1/3 less than they would have charged me. If you need a cheap place to get your oil changed, and you can muster the attention to watch them work the whole time on the overhead camera feed to the tv in the waiting room, maybe worth it?
