I called and spoke to Ryan. He quoted me $130 to mount and balance and dispose of four tires for my truck. When I got there. John stepped in and was very disrespectful and condescending and he said that since I didn't buy the tires there, it was gonna cost $300 in lieu of the $130. John is not a very good manager and I would definitely not recommend doing business with him. It's not the first time I had issues with John. He always tries to upsell and the price always seems to go up with these fees that we were never disclosed upon initial quote. If you decide to do business with John make sure you get it in writing. I will no longer be doing business with Town Fair Tire and whoever chooses to, be careful for the switch and bait.

I was 45minutes from home. Immediately, Rachel greeted me, listened to the problem, and got me right in. Discovering that the tire was not repairable and they didn't have the right tire in stock, both Rachel and her manager, Marty, proceeded to call around and find a tire that would fit my car. Upon locating one, the manager got in his car, drove 25 min to the shop to get it, driving back where Rachel and the service technician stayed after working hours to put the new tire on and get me back on the road.
