Gave me a low down on the issues with the car, prioritized what needed to be done vs what could be held off and for how long. Management makes a HUGE difference on the kind of service you get. Do not make the mistake of going to the location down the road. You will not be happy, trust me. I was so happy with the service that I called after and let him know also called again after a bad experience at another location to let them know again how appreciative I was. For anyone living in Sienna you can literally drop your car off across the street for an oil change even and go to HEB, academy or ace hardware right there and come back for it.

After about 10 minutes he calls back and said there's nothing wrong with the A/C. Then I asked my husband to step in and deal with this issue. My problem is he dismissed what I told him and questioned my integrity for bringing the car to him initially. The receipt says Coolant Exchange, but the coolant in the system is still pink -- meaning they did not perform a full exchange, only removed some fluid from the reservoir and added universal green coolant (ShellZone MV). Prius specifically requires Toyota Super Long Life Coolant (pink), which they did not use. So in reality, I paid for a full service but only got a partial top-off. This is misleading and not professional.
