Nick and the other man working on my car (forgot his name) took the time to explain why certain services were needed (mainly transmission fluid flush). I was pleased that they explained everything clearly without assuming they needed to "dumb it down" like I've experienced at other shops. I'll admit Jiffy Lube charges a little more for their oil change service, but it's not unreasonable and they usually have coupons available on their website. In all honesty, I trust their work, enjoyed their company, and I like having my car vacuumed out and windows cleaned as part of the service. If I weren't moving out of state, this would be my new go-to shop. I had fun chatting with everyone on staff. They all have a great sense of humor.

The team came right out, offered me a bottle of water, and walked me through the whole process. I needed synthetic oil and a little more than the standard amount, so my total came out to about $142, which included the oil filter change. What really stood out was their transparency. They actually showed me what my oil looked like before and after, plus the old dirty filter versus the new one going in -- all without me even asking. It made me feel confident that I was getting exactly what I paid for and not being upsold. They also offered a military discount, which I really appreciated. The whole service took about 25-30 minutes (a bit longer than their usual 10-15), but it still beats dropping my car off at the dealership for half the day. After some research on Yelp I found that Tire Boss had overwhelmingly positive reviews for the services that I was looking for and my experience was consistent with others. I bought a car fairly recently and had developed a very slow leak in my front tire. I brought it into Tire Boss where my technician Eric greeted me in a friendly manner and proceeded to inspect my car in a short amount of time. Once he was done inspecting the tire, he explained to me that he found a puncture and quoted me a price to repair it which was lower than I expected to fix it. He did not push for any other unnecessary repairs and I even asked if my wipers needed replacements, of which he provided a detailed explanation of why the replacement could wait with an explanation of when I should get them replaced (when streaks appear). Once I agreed to the repair and price, the team quickly performed the service and I was ready to go -- in and out in less than 1 hour including a short wait. After it was done, Eric proceeded to check me out with an explanation of the services performed including filling up all the tires to the manufacturer's suggested pressure and pulled up the vehicle directly to the door. Overall I was quite happy with how quickly service was performed, the reasonable prices, no hidden fees, not being upsold on any items, and having the same technician work with me from the beginning to end of the process.
