Went to Belle for their Halloween sale, wanted new tires and wanted to replace existing ones with the same brand and model. They were able to offer them at a competing price but with the sale price discount and, with a veterans discount that I I didn't know about previously, the cost dropped it even further below the cost of all the other tire places. Very clean and service done quickly. Kept me informed of my progress, didn't try to constantly upsell me on cabin air filters etc. read more

I bought 4 tires in January 2025. Great price and great service. In June I had a flat. Brought it here and it was replaced but I was charged. My spouse thought it should be warranty but the guy said it wasn't. Today 12/23 I had another tire go flat. The service person here said the June visit should have been warranty so they are providing a tire today and refunding most of the money from June. Alignment and tire today only about 60 dollars. Good way to be honest and make it right. Will keep doing business with this facility. read more

I called to check if they had tires I was looking for my 2019 RAV4.. they did, and had very competitive pricing. Even though they had appointments booked all day they made room for me to come in. A few days before there was a big snow storm and while going 20mph a big pile of snow dragged me into a small curb breaking the hub cap and bending the rim. I bought another hub cap online and when I was at Belle, instead of them charging me for a new rim, which I was thinking they would at least try, they just fixed the rim and put on my hubcap for free. No extra charge for any work, I'll be coming back to them when I need to and would recommend them to my friends and family. read more

My experience at Belle tire yesterday was great. I have told all my friends if they need any new tires or service to work to please head over to this store. I had shopped around online and by phone and this store was the only one that truly cared and asked questions about my driving habits and he matched tires to my needs and not just what he had in stock. He was extremely knowledgeable about the options available for my car and informed on numerous tires that I had questions about. Certain tires that other companies were trying to get me to purchase were not what I needed. I needed a tire that was quiet and was going to last a while because I do a lot of highway driving. He paired my driving habits with the tires I needed. The price was less expensive than all the other stores I contacted, and the service exceeded all my expectations. While in the store they performed a free alignment check and told me I had no issues with my car which is rare since in the past at other retailers that were looking to make a quick buck by adding extra unneeded services. The whole appointment took a little under an hour for four tires and an alignment. I would like to thank John for his outstanding service and all the employees who worked on the car. read more

I've dealt with both Todd and Adrian, both great guys and very helpful. Have purchased 2 sets of tires, price was fair and service good. My only comment for improvement is the techs need some additional training. One instance they put the rear tires on front and fronts on rear (staggered tires, was quickly fixed). Both times I've had my car in they've forgot to give me the lug nut key back and in one case left it on a lug nut, luckily I saw that before driving off. Adrian recently helped me with a rim issue, it needed repair, they sent it out and was back a few days later. Plus, they answer the phone. All in all good service, just an opportunity for learning. I've switched my business to here from another local tire place. Recommended. read more

I visited Belle Tire for the first time for 4 tires. Before my visit, I had stopped by several other tire locations and prices were much higher. They have a screen in the large waiting room that alerts you of the progress. Since then, I have taken my car for an oil change and brakes. The very last work done was for the brakes. All new pads but after 6 days, squeaking started back up again. As usual, the mechanic could not hear the sound when I returned the car. The mechanic ground down the pads. When Abby saw that I booked another appointment online, she started to put the pieces together and realized a few other clients had the same issue. She checked the pads that were being ordered and realized that these pads had a coating to prevent early rusting. She explained to me what she had come to identify as the culprit and said that they would install new pads without the coating. It has been two weeks and the brakes are smooth and quiet. Abby and Nathan P. gave us a difficult time with the issue. She was not happy until we the customer were happy. No attitudes were ever given. It is hard to find people and a company that you can trust. We will continue to bring our Toyota and Honda to Belle Tire. As a customer, you are never brushed away or dismissed. Obnoxious liar by the name John works at their location in Palatine. Had my winter tires put on recently by them , all four tires were stored with them. On the same day as I pulled out of their shop light came on indicating low tire pressure. As I looked at my onboard computer I saw two tires had no pressure reading, but two did. I called them and told them about the problem with TPMS and they said come in four days with Friday appointment set up. On Friday(today) this liar John took my car in and then came back alleging that all four sensors are not working , because I'm missing all four of them, or may be batteries died ( obviously he was conflicted with which lie sounded better). I was shocked with his statement , as I told him that clearly I had at least two working sensors according to my car computer. He kept insisting that I'm missing all four sensors , and brazenly kept arguing with me . I said to him that the tires with wheels were entrusted in their possession ( kept in their storage) with all four working sensors , they ( liar John and the manager) kept brazenly denying everything and John offered great solution to install all 4 new sensors at $90 each. Then the manager started brazenly attacking me by saying that he will call police (obviously for me calling him up for their lie). I took my car immediately across the street to Discount Tires. After I explained the issue to them, they checked each tire and confirmed that all of them indeed had working sensors. In two minutes they were able to fix all of my four sensors. Never again Belle Tire in Palatine for me, never I will trust them. I called them and demanded to return my summer tires which they have in their possession, I will make sure they return each of them intact. read more

Went in for 4 tires on my drift/burnout car and they had the tires that they could get the next day Josh hosik was fantastic he found the tires in 30 seconds and came up with a plan although when I went went to leave the technicians were all looking at the car and being nice about it but ding dong with his orange Mac box didn't like the car so he said cops are on the way and called the cops now I understand his frustration being at work and seeing someone out having fun in a cat but he should have just minded his old buisness‍ read more
