The roads were icy and covered, and my commute is like an hour so I had to get some air in my tires. I pull up to Discount Tire and ask if they can assist me with checking my tires and putting some air in them and the answer was yes! No if ands or buts! Mind you it was like 7 degrees outside. I pull into the garage and was greeted by such an amazing young man!!! I believe his name was Chase or Chad something like that but he was so pleasant, greeting me with a good morning just as cheerful in the cold and then he and his guys took care of my tires. The customer experience is everything to me and needing my tires checked and be safe is my Number on priority and they took care of me at no charge! I will definitely go back and give those two young men a gift card just as an appreciation of their excellent service! They hold the door open, come to the front counter quickly to help and always get services done quickly. Other places are an all day affair for car services but this is not the case at Les Schwab. I've always gone to my car's dealership for services, but I'm officially switching to Les Schwab for good! Also, they do quick tire repairs for free. Once they got an Allen wrench out of my tire and this time it was a screwdriver bit. I appreciate that they do this free of charge and quickly. First time customer…read more I went to a few tire stores to see if I could get a TPMS sensor installed on my Toyota. It is very annoying in that the small screen gets useless as the warning keeps coming on. Anyway, the other stores, even the one I bought the tires from, said they only install on new tires. I stopped by to see what Gills could do. Lucas helped me out and tested all the TPMS and found the one that was bad. They even got me in the shop and out the door in amazing time. After a few blocks of driving, the problem went away. Lucas North is the type of person you want in front of customers. Friendly, no sales pressure or trying to fix other 'problems'. I will be moving my car needs to this local shop. And spread the word to other people that are looking for a service center they can trust.
