I gave 4stars because they didn't reset my oil change in the maintenance system and it came on just after I got back into Florida. I called the Toyota dealership. They recommended that I go back to Valvoline to reset the system. Something they should know to do automatically. Because I was traveling to SC, I Super at a Valvoline there to have the system reset. The woman who greeted me was incredibly kind and helpful (I wish I had caught her name). I had an oil change done just a few weeks prior--at a different place--but when the team here checked my car, they found it had no oil at all. I could have seriously damaged my engine had I continued driving. They immediately added oil, and during the follow-up safety inspection, they discovered a hose leak. Jamar, who I now call my angel of the day, explained everything clearly and even replaced the faulty part after a quick trip to AutoZone. The level of care and attention I received was exceptional.
