Always buy tires here! Prices are the best if you order online and get them installed at the store. Don't want to wait? Set an appointment for Wednesday or Thursday is best. Older guy who checks you in at the service bays is great! Counter help, especially lady in her fifties are very nice and friendly. While I am not a big fan of the oil change service, the tire guys have always treated me right and I have probably bought 4 to 5 sets of tires there in the last 5 years for my various vehicles. read more

People do not bring your cars here! It is not worth it. You are trying to save but it will cost you more. One start is a lot to give to this location sadly I can't give them -5 stars and Walmart also doesn't give a sh.t about customers, having idiots on their manager positions, clients doesn't matter what matters is making millions, we know that. There's this guy a manager, he's always wearing black pants and black shirt, he says he's the only manager and no one above him. He's never taking responsibility for his employees denying everything without asking the employees back there what happened, if he doesn't give a sh.t imagine the workers back there, talking about the auto care center. It is my fault for keep coming here trying to save a few bucks. Every time there's an issue when I take my cars here for tires, oil change etc. This last time doing the oil change they brake a piece next to the motor, no one told me until I went back there and saw them trying to fix it. Now my car is leaking oil all over the place, called them (same manager) and told me the piece they brake it wasn't for oil, what a coincidence, my car was perfect before, took it there and now leaking oil everywhere. I scheduled an appointment for 8am for 2 new tires. Brought my car in and they started it an hour after my appointment time. No one told me they were running behind. I had 2 cranky kiddos with me and it would have been nice to know so I could have had someone come pick me up. THEN when it was finished I walked out to load up and one of my hub caps was missing. Like what the heck. No one said anything about it. So I turned around and went back inside with my kids and asked where it was. The guy came out and said "oh it broke" like ok what are you going to do to fix it?! The manager replaced them for me but seriously was the worst experience ever. read more

I purchased tires from Walmart and also purchased the replacement warranty which included tire rotations. I took my car in to have the tires rotated and the inside was worn a little and they refused to rotate them based on the wear. It was not that bad, not even down to any "wear bars" I left and did it myself, I used a torque wrench and checked the specs and every nut was a different tightness from the previous installation, probably just hammered them on with an air wrench and most GOOD techs know to use a torque wrench to do the final tightening. I will not purchase tires from them again, and another reason I won't go back, it is a first come, first serve basis, so, your car is held captive until they get around to it, tying up your whole day sometimes. I was also told that if you have an emergency, use "Fix-a-flat" Slime product and then if you need a repair, they will then tell you that it voids the warranty on that tire??? read more

So the sales clerk that met me out by my car actually talked me out of purchasing any tires from here. He told me that there are not auto mechanics working there that will actually show up to work and do a good job. The folks I dealt with did not have very good social skills as far as being smiley, happy, and adding to any conversation that went in, but they were fast and not rude. I did not like the fact that whoever worked on my car thought it was ok to turn my bass ALL THE WAY UP!? I never have it up high, not ever! I can only hope they weren't blasting the radio volume. I don't have an overly exceptional speaker system so why would you do that to someone's radio system? I hope that didn't add a fuzzy noise to my radio, as it is not the clearest sound. Secondly, there was trash left on my passenger seat. Some sticky tape or label from something. Accidents happen, but still, do a final check of your work. Third, I asked for my spare tire to be put in the back of my suv on a mat I had, which they did. However, I just assumed they would wrap plastic around it, like the plastic they put down on your car seat when doing mechanical work at shops. No, they did not, and shame on me for thinking that was common sense. The tire could have got black all over the back of my seats which is fabric. Luckily, it did not slide around a lot, but there was only an inch between the tire and back seat, so really I just got lucky. I just wish people were more thoughtful. That should not be something I should have to ask for. Common courtesy. This all being said, I would recommend you to try your own experience at least once. They are probably underpaid and overworked and carry low moral...maybe not...? People can be sad and have bad days, as well. So I try hard to give benefit of the doubt and use deductive reasoning. Had I worked there, I would have just done a few things differently. I love shopping at Walmart and the tires were great and the warranty as well, and they are located everywhere, so for convenience sake, we bought tires there. We did call around to a few other tires shops, and nowhere seemed to be cheaper for what I needed. I've been to several Walmart locations around the country & wasn't too impressed with this one. I went for an oil change. Most locations have customers check in inside then take their keys. I went in and was told to go outside and pull up to a door. I did so & was greeted quickly. The gentleman who assisted me was friendly and knowledgeable. The service took about 45 min and I was second in line. My only issue is having to go back outside, wait, go back inside then back outside again to pick up the car. It's hot. We're in Arizona. Don't make people wait outside in their cars when they could be inside sitting in the waiting area or getting some shopping done. By keeping people in their cars, you could be losing money they would be spending if they were inside. If you want people to check in outside, put better signage up. Btw, the lady who checked me out was also friendly, but the man I spoke with who directed me back outside was tired and a bit quick. He might be good at working on cars, but he isn't the person who should be working with customers. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. My wife and I took her car for a simple oil change since oil change the car leaks oil. We took it back and found out that they damage the drain plug by over tightening it and destroyed the O-ring. The O-ring were supposedly replaced but the car still leaks oil. Now we have to take our car to a shop and have it looked at or repaired because Walmart is incompetent and complete a simple task of changing oil. Worst customer service I've experienced. Was quoted an hour and 30 minutes and I waited close to 3 hours and 30 minutes for a simple oil change. That's it, just an oil change. There were 5 cars in front of me and I figured I could grab something to eat, take my time shopping and then pick up my car. After 2 hours of waiting was told about 20 more minutes, I'm a nice person so I said ok. After 45 minutes I went back to check and they told me that they just took my car back, And that it would take 40 minutes to service my vehicle fo an oil change. At this point, my hands are tied and I can't even leave. There are many other people waiting for the same reason, and they have been here just as long as I have. How does it take 3 hours and thirty minutes to service 5 vehicles for an oil change when there are 3 employees sitting behind the counter at customer check out? They told me they only have one employee able to do the oil changes but only after I complained. I don't know what else I could've done except get really mad and risk them screwing up my vehicle. I will not be coming back and will be putting a call into corporate. read more
