I called to schedule another oil change for the Dodge and inquired if I could use a Car-X coupon that I had received for the Jeep. The call center rep said she thought I could but would check with the store service manager. Next thing I knew, I was transferred to a very rude person named Toby. He immediately started rattling off Groupon terms and conditions. So, I tried explaining once again that my V-6 Dodge Pentastar engine does not require full synthetic, but my Car-X coupon was for my full synthetic Jeep. The coupon said it was also good for Synthetic Blend $29.99 and includes Tire Rotation and Free 21 point inspection. Toby escalated the service call to yelling at me to take my business elsewhere and he didn't care if I spoke to the Corporate Manager. So, done. I've scheduled service with the friendly folks over at James River CDJR and you will never see my happy face in your store again. Hope this gets pulled up the chain and have a great day!!

He is a liar and a crook!! It could take months to get a title IF I can get one....

He got me in that afternoon! Got there, and they were so kind, and so helpful. Very thorough and professional. They worked with me in dropping off and picking up. Also explained in detail what needed to be done and why! Even pulled up a picture to show me what was being replaced because I had no idea what it was he was talking about. Upon my arrival at 11:55, I gave my information and keys accordingly. After waiting 35+ minutes for them to take my vehicle into the garage, I was told my front-end tire alignment was off and would cost $129 to align it. I recently had the vehicle aligned less than 2 months prior because I had new shocks, struts, and springs installed. I told them I would like to talk to the previous company that did the alignment and did not want the service. After waiting an additional 30+ minutes, I was told to come to the back, where I was shown massive chips out of the inside of my tire due to their improper removal of the tire from the rim. I was then told a completely fabricated LIE, blaming the previous company that worked on my vehicle. Which I called them out on. I was told I didn't need to pay, as I was so disappointed with their service. I get home, and after inspection, I notice they didn't even put the air cap back on after filling my tire with air.
