They rotated the tires once as I requested front to back. The noise persisted but not as bad, so we came back a second time and Andrew (and his crew) cross rotated them this time which solved the problem. They even gave us a referral to Christian Brothers automotive for an alignment check. The used tires that I have been buying have 90% or better tread and I pay about half price of a brand new tire. Part of the savings is in the mounting, balancing, and valve stems. Those little hidden fees add up considerably. All of their used tires come with a 30 day warranty with no questions asked. Sure the big tire shops will offer a road hazard warranty, that you often pay extra for. In 35 years of driving, I have only made good on that road hazard warranty one time. If I'm buying tires at half price, that math simply doesn't work for me anymore. I highly recommend these people for all of your tire work. If you need new tires, just pull in and they will give you choices of used ones that can be mounted in 10 minutes, or she will pull up her distributor pricing and give you a Smokin Hot deal on brand new tires that she can install the next day.
