I placed my order on 9/6/25 and payed my bill in full $1991.00 and was assured my new rims would be here in a week . It is now 9/29/25 and their counter person couldn't even find my order in their system. When I produced the paid receipt he went and looked finding nothing . Finally I see Quinn the counter person I placed the order with he tried to con me into a different set of rims . I stated I want what I ordered in the first place . I requested that they have them overnighted because it was totally their screw up . I was told they can't do that . So now I have to wait until they come in MAYBE Friday but probably Monday or Tuesday of next week . That timeframe is bad since I fly out Sunday for a 3 week work trip . Pretty cool that technicians get to pick and choose what gets reinstalled on a customer vehicle. They are good with tires, but I won't use them for other services again.
