They open at 8am get there. Second- the GPS will take you to an abandoned looking building. Park there in the gravel area and walk next door. You'll see their small office. You might have to get their attention by calling out to them because they are working hard. Third- they are honest. Genuine. Sincere. Fair. They weren't trying to sell me anything. I thought my tire was for sure unrepairable and I needed a new tire. Ok, long story short. The tire wouldn't inflate anymore. It sat overnight at Sheetz until the morning to get towed. It was towed without issues to Solis. When we arrive, he immediately inspected it and said it's repairable. The valve just needs to be replaced. I'll do that and inflate it to be sure. 20 mins later he comes out, installs the tire; it was good as new. No leaks! Best part? $16!! My thoughts? He could've easily charged me for a new tire because I didn't know any better. He could've easily charged me for a second new tire because there was a large nail in a back one. At that point he might have convinced me for 4 new tires... but he did none of that. In fact, he made sure the second tire wasn't leaking air either before I left. This is the kind of customer service that small towns like Zebulon are known for. It's family run, small, and honest. Make the drive to Zebulon for their work- it'll be worth it.

I live in NW Raleigh but when you find a shop that is consistently efficient, courteous, professional, and friendly, you stick with that shop. They have performed every service that I have requested. Brutally honest review - took our SUV in on Sunday morning, we had a slow leak in right rear tire…read more Waited a while, Dante (extremely kind and professional) let us know that when our tire was removed, the technician actually ripped a hole through our tire. Dante let us know that they damaged our tire and generously offered to replace it . of course you can't really have a brand new tire and a used tire on the rear of your car which we pointed out. Dante offered to replace both tires at the cost of Mavis . we were so impressed to buy his owning up to the mistake that we offered to pay for one of the tires, and Mavis would pay for the tire that they damaged. We left Mavis with a spare tire on the right rear of the car and we were told to come back Tuesday when our two new tires would arrive. Arrived on Tuesday, and the two tires were put on the back of our SUV, watching the entire process, especially after the technician putting a hole through our tire, we did not feel a lot of confidence in the skills of the technicians in the bay . Left now for the second time, got home and realized that our tire pressure warning light was on because the tire had not been filled to the proper amount. Plus, on our receipt, it stated to come back within 25 miles of driving to have the torque tested. Now we are on Wednesday and it is the third visit to Mavis in four days. Let the gentleman know at the counter that our receipt said to bring it back in within 25 miles and he said he had never heard of that. Showed the receipt on my phone and let him know our tires were low just since yesterday. Got the torque tested, got the air in the tires. In all honesty, if this review were based on Dante and his professionalism, we would give a five star rating, however, the lack of confidence in the technicians is very concerning and for that reason we are giving a three star review. Secondly, what if we were in a position that we could not have paid for that second tire? It was a $449 transaction. We offered to pay for that tire so that our tires matched, but not all customers would be able to do that and that would mean that Mavis would have had to eat the cost of two tires. The establishment is new, nice, clean, however, we personally would not go to this location again . This should've been a one time appointment to check on air leak in a rear tire that probably could've been patched and it turned into three visits, $449 and a decent amount of hassle. I took my hummer H3 into Glenn's Service Center After…read morecalling and asking if they could do a diagnostic and repair my vehicle. I was having trouble with it not starting sometimes. The girl told me she would charge $120 for a diagnostic and if I had them repair it, they would reduce the cost of the diagnostic from the cost of the repair. So I had it towed into them which cost me $100 to have it towed. Because it would not start. she said I should have it back within a day or two. If I left it to be repaired, which I did. I was greeted by a man named Jerry who handled talking to me after I gave the girl my work order and in my work order, I told her to fix the EVAP problem and to put a new spark plug in one of the cylinders that showed it was misfiring and she said OK and papers from a diagnostic scan that I had brought to them showing that I had problems with the EVAP system and the fuel pump sensor from a previous scan I had done and gave it to her and told Jerry that I needed it fixed, which he said okay, no problem and they would fix it and have it done in a day or two! I took my vehicle in on Wednesday morning and Jerry told me he should have it back by Friday. I agreed for him to fix it and left it I did not hear from him so I called Friday around 12:15 after I woke up to see if my vehicle was repaired and realized that they had closed at 12 noon. On Fridays, which he did not tell me when I took it in. So I had to go all weekend without my vehicle. I called him first thing Monday morning after a long weekend and ask him was my vehicle ready He went on to say that the wires had to be traced under my gas tank and charged $600 labor and didn't fix the EVAP problem or anything else that I asked him to fix! He charged me $691 total told me that it was ready to pick up Monday afternoon. $600 was labor and $48 in parts. , I paid him cash $691 and he told me it had a two-year warranty ! According to his receipt. He did not fix the EVAP It said that he traced the wires under the gas tank, which had nothing to do with my work order. He also did not give me credit for the $120 that I paid for a diagnostic. When I question him about that, he said that they do not credit diagnostic when it has electrical problems. I didn't have electrical problems. I had fuel pump problems.!! Four days after I picked it up from him, I was at a place of business at 9 PM at night by myself as a female, and my car would not start just like it was before I took it to him. I called him and told him the next morning and he told me to bring it in and he would check it out and fix it. When I took it to him which the girl told me to bring it on a Wednesday at 3 PM and I did. Jerry took a scanner and went and told me it was misfiring. Then he looked at me and he said" I'm not fixing nothing you need to leave" I was in shock. I said what do you mean I just paid you $700 almost to fix my car and it broke down within four days of picking it up from you and he said if you don't leave, I'm calling the police. He ripped me off. He did not fix my car. I don't think he did anything to it to be honest. I never had any problems with the wiring and I gave him a work order to fix the EVAP and the fuel pump sensor. Which showed on the scan I brought him. He didn't replace the spark plug either where it was misfiring. He didn't do anything that I requested according to what was wrong with it and it's still not running right. I cannot drive it. I'm afraid of breaking down again and not starting and I feel like he should return my money and I ask him to refund my money if he was not going to repair my vehicle because I had given him $700 cash and he told me to leave or he would call the police. Do not go to Glenn's Service Center In Wilson They are the worst I've ever seen in the biggest Scam artist and they do not have certified mechanics there I recently found out also! I've tried to contact the owner, Glenn I asked Jerry before I left that day who was Glenn and he said Glenn is anybody that you want him to be. That was really a smart answer. I know Glenn owns it or did own it! His son Brandon works there someone told me but he didn't ever tell me he was Glenn's son! I don't know who Jerry is except he's running the place and he really ripped me off and did not fix my vehicle. I will be taking him to court. And reporting him to the Attorney General's office and everybody else with the state of North Carolina. That is no way to treat anyone. Took my money and gave me no service on my vehicle when he said I had a 2 year warranty and it wouldn't start just 4 days after I paid him almost $700 and it still is doing the same thing as before I took it to him to fix! I was having…read moreproblems with my transmission and Nick stated that my power steering pump needed to be replace after arguing with him about I drove my car there with no problems with the steering. I just need for you all to check out my transmission. Diagnostic test only stated problems with changing gears. I knew that but after the test was unable to move it. I had to purchase a remanufacture transmission for $3900 and then another $500 for water coolant. I took my car back and told them the transmission was not changing correctly well its the rear end differential. I asked them why it didn't show up during the diagnostic test. I don't know. Well my next step is to contact Channel 5.
